You know what this means don't you ???

    Abso-bloody-lutely nothing.

No disclaimer in the world can protect the perpetrators of the type of illegal activity being carried out by those behind the My Advertising Pays fraud.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

You know this stuff cracks me up. Of course the whole agreement is unenforceable since it is for an illegal activity, we need it on that roll of TP you have.

As a professional hater, I can't imagine willingly signing a business contact that says "you can't sue us. but we can sue you, and you will "cooperate" when we do."

They won't even ask what happened to the banners broker scam. They certainly aren't going to go back a couple years for any research. lol
They've been told this is different, so it must be.

Holy hell the dears dare not show back office screen shots, but here is Tony Booth Erection of Communication in his new video "The MAP to Easy Street!" "Earnings 120%" & "great pension" but don't dare call it an investment. I love the part at the end where they claim they manually process withdrawals for "security" purposes. Because no bank or broker can identify a customer by browser, has 2-Step authentication, Code Tokens, or knows what accounts were previously authorized for wires.

    Holy **** this guy is a dunce.jpg

On that note heading to the gas station lunch counter to complain about the sun, some people truly are too stupid not to con.

Meanwhile, there's a bit of foot stomping going on about "haterz" and in particular, the Tara Talks blog:-

One of the comments in response is from Richard Meade, who seems to be getting vaguely threatening (and it is "pray" if you are invoking the Almighty, by the way):-

But they daren't openly advertise their next hotel shindig - Tara is clearly having an effect! As Ribshaw posted earlier, they are meeting in Cardiff, but not saying where; so you have to contact Simon for details. Presumably they check who you are first, and then give you a secret code word to say when you get there?

Did Simon tell you that he'd got another car, by the way? He's such a shy and retiring little mouse that perhaps he didn't mention it.

hilarious how all these 'purchases' are just pics at a dealer or a roadside on a road test of a used car for sale.

Never understand all this buying cars ( if he really is that is). Even if I won lottery I'd still only have 1 decent car, and a nice home.
Reading the comments on maps Facebook , there does seem a lot of easily led, simple people, who believe anything, without doing a bit of research!

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Wonder how Danny feels about his hero Simon Stepsys once he reads Simon being discussed on the floor of the House of Commons:

    "2 Feb 2001 : Column 603

As I had encountered no bad cases myself, I wondered what the Bill was about. However, once I had talked to trading standards officers in my area, Derbyshire, I realised why no cases had been referred to me. The fact is that the scams often require relatively small sums from a large number of individuals. The operators feel that they can rely on complaints not being made, and on the loss being written off to a bad experience. As my hon. Friend the Member for Northfield said, many people just see themselves as mugs and feel that they were stupid to be taken in. John Logan, who was caught by one of the many scams of Simon Stepsys of Win-Star Direct in Cheshire--who, having been caught out by the Office of Fair Trading, had to make a "voluntary" statement that he would not continue his scams--produced a cogent account of his experience. He said: "After a protracted delay, I received the material and eagerly opened the envelope. My hopes were high. After all, I wasn't looking to get rich, just earn a few extra quid. It took about all of thirty seconds to realise that I was just another mug!"

John Logan did not make a complaint. He just felt stupid, tore up the material and chucked it in the bin. It is because many people react in the same way that cases are not referred to us, and stronger legislation is needed. Derbyshire's trading standards department tells me that, although the complaints it has received represent only the tip of the iceberg because most people feel too stupid to say anything and the sums involved are often small--though they add up to a huge amount--it received 38 complaints in the last financial year alone. I want to mention three of those scams, because I think that the more variety we see, the easier it will be for us to identify the problem with which we must deal."

And let's not forget this gem:

    "COURT HALTS MISLEADING HOMEWORKING ADS

The High Court today stopped a Cheshire trader from advertising homeworking schemes containing false promises of earnings.

An interim order was granted to John Bridgeman, Director General of Fair Trading, against Simon Stepsys, trading as Win-Star Direct (formerly PressWise Marketing) of Nantwich. Mr Stepsys agreed in advance to today''s order being made and was not represented in Court.

Mr Stepsys continued to promote and operate a number of homeworking schemes despite giving undertakings to the Director General, in August last year, that he would stop the publication and dissemination of misleading advertisements. Today''s injunction restrains Mr Stepsys from making false or misleading claims regarding working from home schemes and on winning the pools and betting on horse racing.

John Bridgeman said: ''This is not the first time that Mr Stepsys'' unsatisfactory advertising methods have come to the attention of my Office. His record to date shows a wilful disregard for the advertising standards imposed by the law and by the Advertising Standards Authority as well as for Cheshire''s Trading Standards Department.

''Consumers should be very wary of paying in advance for "easy money" home working schemes. Under a genuine scheme you should expect to earn money rather than pay it out. Mr Stepsys''s schemes preyed on the vulnerable. Anyone who suspects such a scheme should report it to their local trading standards officer and help to expose the scam and save others from being caught out.''

The advertisements, which appeared in national and regional newspapers and classified-ads magazines, encouraged consumers to send for details which made claims for the best paid homework plans ever'' but omitted essential information about what the work involved, the availability of the work, and gave a misleading impression of the earnings potential.

The schemes required consumers to register by paying a fee of #20 - #25 to work from home and promising high earnings which failed to materialise. Rewards offered included: Earn Thousands of Pounds Weekly With No Investment Whatsoever!'' - Earn Up To #400 A Night'' and even Unlimited Earnings''.

Most complaints concerned two particular schemes: Homework & Moneymakers'', which claimed earnings of make #19,500 plus in 3 months, and Earn #100 per hundred'', which claimed that by sending us addressed envelopes you can earn all the extra money you need daily by working from home in your spare time.'' These claims could not be substantiated."

Yes siree, Simon is such an upstanding, honest and caring man (cough, cough)

    ================================================== ============

    To all the MyAdvertisingPays4now believers:

Yes let's review Tara Talks unblemished record.JPG

Just to be clear, Danny's complaint is not about a major advertisers choosing not to do business with MAPS and its cabal of get rich clickers. Tara's blog is hurting recruiting, not FREE recruiting mind you, just the stuff where recruits have to pay up. Why if this is such a great opportunity can't people be brought in just to click and earn?

How does anyone know MAPS is owned by Mike Deese in anything other than name?
Why is it mentioned that Deese is so honest? How does anyone know if the books aren't open for all to see?
We are told there are 160,000 members, where is the independent proof of this?
Danny claims people are making money, again where is the proof? Not a few cardboard checks but complete audited financial statements from a well respected accounting firm?
(INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIABLE DATA PROVES SOMETHING IS NOT A SCAM, DANNY ET. AL. HAVE PROVIDED NONE OF THAT WITH THESE RANTS)

Simon went on to pay for his dreams with deceit and no legitimate business he can point to. TARA TALKS: SIMON STEPSYS - BEWARE!

The issue of bankruptcy is important as it calls into question some of the leaders judgement and credibility. If Mark Ghorbril is implying someone can make six figures at the same time he is late on his house payment what does that tell you? If he truly thought he had $1,000,000 in his Banners Broker account, but alas it was all smoke and mirrors, what does that tell you about his ability to perform due diligence?

MAP IN A BOX has exactly what do to with selling advertising space to vendors not in the scheme? YES DODGY!!! Why does everything surround finding fresh money?

Slander slander legal definition of slander is SPOKEN. Where is the proof that anything Tara has WRITTEN is not true?

What exactly is Tara saying when she calls the hotels? "Google Simon Stepsys." Oh the horror, maybe they see something they don't like?

Tara was right on Banners Broker, Digadz, Intellashares, and now MAPS. Would say that makes her more of an expert on spotting scams than any of the top recruiters in MAPS. How many busted scams have the top 5,10,20 MAPS pimps been involved in? Not failed business mind you, full on Ponzi/Pyramid scams. What are the odds they got this one right?

Back in Banners Broker heyday, the same type of affiliates were saying the same things about BB's detractors. In the case of MAPS Tara laid out her well founded blog post on why it is a scam. Danny, just like Booth and all the distraction masters wrote a lot of words without proving a thing.

This is off simon stepsys facebook page regarding the UK budget from george osborne. Aparently one woman 'doesnt need to worry no more', yeah right.

If this story is important to you and you are stressing, on this beautiful carefree morning, about whether you are a budget winner or a budget loser then we really need to have a chat because this is completely irrelevant if you know certain inalienable truths about the way the deluded control those they successfully delude! Trading precious time for paper is the definition of insanity Simon Stepsys

The recent hush-hush meeting in Wales was apparently held in.....Bridgend. Hardly the centre of the Universe.....not even the centre of Wales.....

Meanwhile, our new friend Torq (Salodarubbish) has this super suggestion:-

Wayne and Steve said a few things recently that sum up a lot of what I believe predators like Simon Stepsys do to line their pockets. Well worth quoting...

Why blog about scams as opposed to say butterflies or aunties recipe for rum cake? Because her cake sucks and screw Simon Stepsys, belongs in prison and the first round of soap is on me. Absent any proof MAPS is little more than a gussied up chain letter. All these mappy faces will turn to frowns when people lose every dollar they put in. The real dummies will lose money they borrowed.

Thankfully blogs like this exist to allow people see the hard questions asked, since the likes of Stepsys and Booth simply delete real Q&A on their blogs while waving the smile flag.

Have to wonder why Booth hasn't showed up here to answer some probing questions??? Maybe provide hard data on where affiliate money is coming from, and why MAPS isn't an unregistered security.

Danny boy really sounds rattled.....another blog post having a go at Tara.

Tara, honeybunch, you must be hitting where it hurts!

    DT 10 July 15.jpg DT 2 10 July 15.jpg DT 3 10 July 15.jpg

For your convenience, here are the screenshots from the above posting. Jon Walsh also gets it in the neck, as Danny claims he was "trying to strike a deal" with MAPS. Not exactly, Danny. Jon has made offers to talk, as I understand it; but it is Tony Booth in particular who won't discuss MAPs with him....which of course leads an interested person to wonder why. If the "business" is above board and everything, why not talk to Jon? Why not accept his offers to introduce MAPs to people? Unless there is something to hide - and I am sure there is not!

    Is there?

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

This post is out of order, had to warm up my fingers with some oldish stuff at the bottom. Some of this might fall flat, some not make any sense, but happened yesterday and goes to my thinking about checks and balances in one's money life. Some punters might be satisfied that Simon claims he bought a second Bentley, in that case this is mos def a skipper...

When someone owes money, how do you know they are good for it? How much can they owe before you demand collateral? How do you build an accounting system so you don't get screwed by corrupt employees? It's pretty clear if you work 40 hours you get a check and work another 40 as long as the check doesn't bounce. With MAPS (and all other like minded scams) people are building a pool of money to be paid at some point in the future. Allegedly it's "there" because numbers on a screen and payment proofs.

EVEN if I considered MAPS a real business the lack of transparency would be 100% unacceptable. I would no sooner agree to this than I would hold a note for some real estate investor that advertises on telephone poles.

    Yesterday...

I purchased several option contracts to protect gains in some existing investments. How do I know the broker actually bought them as opposed to sticking the money in his pocket? I entered the trades in one account, and watched them process on a platform independent from the broker. I don't believe bucketing trades is huge risk, although Madoff claimed he was buying options that he never did. Trade confirmation done, how do I know the contracts will be honored if needed? The customer that sold the options has to have sufficient cash and approval from their broker before making the trade. The broker has to have sufficient capital to trade on the exchange. Then there are regulators on top of the exchanges. Etc. Etc.

I would consider counter-party risk to be zero in this transaction, not withstanding still not putting all the eggs in that basket. This isn't a class in options, some links and moving on...

    https://www.cboe.com/LearnCenter/pdf/understanding.pdf
What Happens When A Stock Broker Goes Bust?

Contrasting the above with a MAPS transaction. Money is sent over VX Gateway which is owned by who, who's that? VX Gateway is operated out of a series of virtual offices in Panama, Texas, FL, and the UK and is audited/regulated by who?. Has anyone seen the VX Gateway balance sheet, any assets? Where does money go when it leaves VX Gateway? As Della often says, maybe to the ladies with the laptops? Who are they, are they bonded? How much is owed to affiliates and where is this money being held? We haven't even broached the proof of where the revenue is coming from.

Very plainly this set up is a recipe for massive fraud. If a little mollycoddling on a Youtube video is all the proof needed that things are fine, then I suppose they are. For people that don't want to screw others or get screwed themselves I would say it's time for Deese & Co. to provide independently audited documents showing an honest asset rich business.

    ================================================== ===========

All rehashed thoughts. One of the perils of scam blogging, only so many ways to run a con.

    Sounds cute, says nothing.

Sitting on your ass collecting a passive income as opposed to working long hours in the rock quarry might hold some appeal, but MAPS? Does Simon trade his time for paper? He sneaks around recruiting people and collecting commissions. The world runs out of people before many others can do what he did. Certainly a few people "earn" large money in any Ponzi/Pyramid just by recruiting. Others by getting in early and cashing out quickly. Neither proves MAPS is a lasting business, legal, or will provide a passive income. More importantly, how can Simon claim he is helping people generate a "residual income" when he doesn't have one from any of his previous scams?

    https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/i...inLetters.aspx
    Chain Letters

Some people ask "I put in $50 and get back $60 where's the scam?" This ties directly to the endless recruiting for fresh money and why people are encouraged to roll over their profits. Simon's average victim put in around $2,500 last I looked in screenshot days. Long time before any of them get to 1200 packs. Or if they are taking their "profits" the current payout allows Desse to pay them for about 2 years just from their own investment. How can someone take in $50 and pay out $60? They can't, and there lies the scam.

so in the end, an audit from an independent source of 'the company' would put all your opponents to rest and you people who hate others having money can carry on with your 'advertising' biz.

    Thanks, Rack of Ribshaw

I meant to originally add in parenthesis in my post that for those who don't know, that is EXACTLY what Richard Mead suggested and advised his loyal legion of flap-heads to do i.e. go down to the Citizens Advice Bureau and pitch people.

    Ugh.

I just can't bring myself to even mention these cretins inc Sickboy Step*** half the time.

Just typing about them brings me out in a rash something awful.

And as for Richard Mead's post blatantly insinuating that there are some 'connected' people who MIGHT take things into their own hands, he may well be telling the truth.

After all, it's blatantly obvious that they have some absolutely muggy little villains running around. Like attracts like after all, especially when you have the calibre of The Pied Piper Of Nantwich leading the charge

Yeah! Time to get tough, Danny! Lure "haterz" into posting on your page and then BLOCK AND DELETE THEIR POSTS!

    That'll do the trick!

Trouble is, now we know that's what you plan to do, no-one will bother posting there, you nincompoop!

And I don't think anyone will be REALLY that bothered if you do.

PS: The MAPs scam site does not block posts - I have seen quite a few arguments between pro-and anti mappers going on there. And it is usually the pro-mappers who retire hurt.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Right now on the MAPs sites, MAPs Forums, & MAPs facebook pages I'm seeing absolutely no mention that MAPs members

"should not invest more than they can afford to lose."

In fact pretty much the only thing I see posted by Stepsys & the other leaders is
BUY MORE, BUY MORE, BUY MORE Funny that isn't it?

Some are even taking out loans, and using credit cards. One American lady posted she was selling her truck so she can BUY MORE, BUY MORE, BUY MORE.

Of course as we all know when this does end, and it will soon enough, we will see the usual posts, by the usual suspects saying that...

"of course members should not have invested more than they can afford to lose."

If Simon Stepsys or Mark Ghobril are involved it's 100% a SCAM!

Here we are again, back to the "one account per household" malarkey...........DESPITE the fact that old Stepsys and his significant other, Julie/Jules Davis, have an account each, and are both on 1200 packs. I'm assuming they live under the same roof?

    Maps 572 July 15.jpg

But I suppose rules like that are for the "little people", not for the superstars like Simon?
