Well, they've started really. They've closed down from Friday to Monday (inclusive) because of the 4th July holiday in the USA. Our Lynn Booth announced that "staff" (i.e. the ladies with laptops) would be having the whole 4 days off, despite the fact that they are in the UK, and 4th July is not a holiday for us.

Withdrawals will be processed again from Tuesday.

Be interesting to see if they are as creative with the excuses in future.
