Seems strange that he would need to permission to take part, it is a real business after all so im not sure what the concern would be.
What is also concerning is that the canadian police cant pick a scam when its staring them in the face.
Myself and my sponsor are in the military, and once i realised the scam that MAP is I tried to convince my sponsor to give it up. After he wouldnt listen to reason I had no choice but to report him through his command chain for trying to rip off other military personnel. He was immediately ordered to cease his involvement otherwise face disciplinary action

Simon is now a CELEBRITY!

A legend in his own lunchtime.
Meanwhile, Dickie is worried and about to do something drastic!
Attachment 11000
What is he going to do? My word, that's a tough one. Give up the day job, maybe, like some other numpties have done? Or give up the schemes and concentrate on getting a better day job? Nah - the latter is far too sensible for any Mapper, I think!
(Love the first comment by the way - bwahahaha!)

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
of course he's taking a step backward.........he just handed his money to septic with a smile.
And I see septic suddenly needs glasses. Is this a set up for him to say he couldn't 'see' that maps was a ponzi? lol. I crack myself up.

Our favorite deluded Taxi Driver Andrew Walker has replied to poor old Dickies post.
Now he is at 1200 Ponzi point he is retiring this year.
Lets see how that goes shall we, if indeed it ever happens.

But as you can see, the ever resourceful Mappers have an answer for every question. Shame it's always the same answer of course, but there you go.
Glad to see our new favourite Canadian policeman is joining in, and with such a lovely snip of himself at work (?). I'm sure his superiors will love that!
Danny "Ozzy" Turner (in a snip not shown because really, it's too tedious to show them all; we all know what they are going to say before they say it) suggests inviting doubters to their events in order to meet various Mappers as that will convince them! An excellent idea in my view - it would certainly put me off forever.

It was Todd Henneberry, a member of the Canadian Military Police, and the program was called The OIAN. After 18 months of promising it would launch it faded into oblivion.

So pleased you remembered that Eagle. If Todd is anything to go by, being a policeman is not an assurance that they can not be taken in by ponzi con artists. Septic Simon may have a few more brain cells than Mathew Nunn, who was Todd's top promoter.
At least The Onian did not launch but he probably found some suckers who paid him a fee when it was still in pre launch.
Septic Simon or Mathew Nunn (Mutt). Which is the more convincing?

Yeah, but what are they going to study?
How to sucker more people in (Ordinary and Advanced level)?
How to post nice piccies of your supposed fancy lifestyle (Intermediate level)?
How to give up your job because MAPs is so lucrative you can do it full time (Beginners level)?
The mind boggles.

Simon Tidball, Simon Tidball; why is his name familiar to me?
Was he in Banners Broker? Anyone remember? Well, here he is, a-pushing of MAPs.
As for his posting, well, what can I say?? Danny "Ozzy" Turner comments that this proves the "law of attraction" works. Oh dear!

Anna, you reply of course it's a Ponzi or MAPS participants would not have to spend all their time recruiting fresh funds. Then you move on to people stupid enough to think there is no relation between their money coming in the front and older Mappers taking it right out the back.

I dream of the type of success and leisure Torq to Sabs must enjoy. My last only big accomplishment was having meemaw move the Chinese menu on her fridge to make room for a paint me did at day camp. Of course it's true story, here's the picture bitch ass doubters.

What would prove to someone much smarter than me-self that MAPS is not a Ponzi would be independent reporting, not a bunch of story time on the interweb. Most people have some version of a retirement savings at work that they and/or their employer contribute to. In the US the statement process is managed by independent brokerage firms like Fidelity, Vanguard, or Charles Schwab. Money is deducted from a paycheck and deposited in the brokerage, from that point all dealings are handled through the broker. This set up largely prevents an employer from taking employee money, claiming they have funded a retirement account, and then spending said money on who knows what. (As happened with many a defined benefit plan lest anyone think concern jealously extends only to ad clicking bonanzas for those who dare take action.)
Conversely, every Ponzi in history played out having the person(s) claiming participants were making massive profits not only collecting the cash, but generating account statements, and handling withdrawals. Until funds dried up at least they handled the withdrawals.
Since MAPS is so big and going to be bigger, Deese needs to ditch the mail drop in Panama and have a major financial institution start managing all cash transactions. Let a bank with offices worldwide accept deposits, produce account statements, and process withdrawal requests. Shouldn't be a problem, after all MAPS isn't a Ponzi.:RpS_wink:

Ribshaw, you said:-

Well, quite. We never see anything concrete, do we? We see people boasting of what they have bought with their MAPs "earnings", we see pictures of cars and watches, we read various stories about how people have reached diamond, ruby, emerald "level".......but we never see any proper audited accounts, we never see adverts from companies like Kraft or Cadbury, or indeed from any organisation that has a real product or service and is not another scheme of one sort or another. All we have is hearsay and information from people who are not disinterested, independent witnesses.
"Storytime on the interweb" just about sums it up.

Taking Slimon's earnings claims of $1,700,000 as the gospel means $17,000,000 was pumped into MAPS coffers. With $17M how much skill does it take to toss some dosh around, honor a few check requests, and make people think something big is afoot? On Friday I spent a few hours catching up on some reading while watching a CNBC - Watch Full Episodes | CNBC | American Greed marathon. ALL Ponzi scams involve obtaining chunks of money and doling out payments from the chunks until gone.
Unfortunately for many this is all the "proof" they need.

It's funny these folks hold themselves out to be "business person" or "entrepreneur" or "master commander of the interweb". Yet never demand much less offer anything one would expect a businessperson would want to see as proof of legitimacy.
This story broke last night, all those interested in MAPs might want to try a "Where's Waldo" and see if they can spot the similarities.
