Sorry, floxles, for using abbreviations and assuming everyone knows what they mean! LE is law enforcement. LR is Liberty Reserve - used to be the bank of the underworld. You can read about the LR shutdown here Bank of the Underworld - The Atlantic
Perhaps it might give you an idea about the magnitude of the problem the law enforcement agencies face and explain what seems to be their unwillingness to act.

Thank you all very much for answering my questions. I just flew over them but will read them again, when I have some time for myself.
Regarding the jurisdiction: I'm from Germany, but there aren't any big scam forums, so I'm lurking around here

Elizabeth Windsor's family are from there too. Her great great granny Victoria George grew up speaking German and married a German Albert Saxe-Coburg.
Funny how he fails to mention that the majority of his so-called "earnings" came from his referral commissions, not from this great advertising program.

The Scam seems to last just a little bit longer than the 2 years predicted. But the end is inevitable. Sad thing is, the longer it drags on, the more victims there will be. It makes my blood boil.

Is that "bishop" Cliff Coward of Richmond, Virginia and Agape Intl. Ministries?
Christians are supposed to use truth, not lie through their teeth.

That depends on your definition of "last longer than two years"
It didn't last longer than two years for US members, who made up the largest percentage of the total membership before they were booted.
In the real world, arbitrarily writing off that amount of debt would mean instant closure.
Then again, we're not really talking about the "real world" are we ??

The entire populations of the countries follow their leaders into useless and destructive wars. If it's possible to manipulate people to participate in pure evil, it can't be that difficult to convince them to make dishonest money.
