He did have a good thought with this:
"My advice to people in MAPS is to withdraw all you can and use up the rest of your credit packs. Let your packs gradually run down, expire and keep withdrawing the earnings from them instead of buying more packs with it"
Although, I did read a comment from someone who had run 5 packs in to 10 and was having a problem getting his money out, so there is that. At this point affiliates need to assume they have lost everything they have put in, and their friend's money as well. Anything they can actually put in a real bank account will take the sting off.
OR affiliates, get one of those biggo checks an plaster you mug all over the interwebs, I understand social media back office riches are the same as real cash.

Ten minutes in the "self help" section of your local bookshop, and you'll completely understand how and why MAPS and Banners Broker can turn otherwise intelligent people into "fake it till you make it" zombies.
Recognize this famous quote from Winston Churchill ???
"Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, give up. Never give up. Never give up. Never give up."
Sounds great, doesn't it ???
Positive, motivating, inspirational.
Do you think Winston meant it to be applied to those participating in ponzi frauds ???
(Richard Arblaster, are you listening ???)
Take it a step further.
Is that Churchill quote applicable in every circumstance as the positive thinking, self help and motivational gurus would have you believe ??
People should think about that the next time they decide to climb Mt Everest in their underwear in the middle of winter, or, as in Arblasters' case, send money off to his friendly neighbourhood ponzi fraudster.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

Further to my last posting, Mr Arblaster is now looking for a cheap runaround car.
Specifically: cheap to run, cheap as possible on the road fund licence/tax, with parts that are easy to get hold of. Not, you note, a Porsche like his mate Simon the Virus. Not even a Ford Mondeo.
Everything I said above, I say again.

LRM, what you said about positive thinking above - I absolutely agree with you.
A lot of this "positive thinking" malarkey is pure bollo*ks in my view. And those motivational clips (with nice pictures of soaring birds or waves crashing to the shore) do my head in. And as for that Zig Ziglar character.........!! I'll hand it to the people who peddle this stuff, they understand the meaning of "never underestimate the power of human stupidity" alright. No wonder the people who are involved with these various schemes use the motivational weapon. But I could look at a motivational poster all day and never get motivated by it. I'd be thinking all the time that it is trite, cliched, meaningless rubbish! (Yes, I know I am a cynical old bat, but at least we old bats can draw on past experience and face the reality of the situation. Then we can deal with it)
If you want something to happen, you need to take positive action. Want more money? Then get a job and work up from there. Change your job if you have to. Work out what you need to do to get the job you want. Want romance in your life? Then go out and make yourself attractive to people, go places to meet people. Comb your hair, dress smartly, present yourself nicely! Neither job nor romance is going to knock on your door. Just as these people are never going to be millionaires.
They think they are entrepreneurs, that they are self employed megastars, but they are fooling themselves. I've known self employed people and entrepreneurs, and it is a tough life. It means hard work, day after day, every day, no holidays, few breaks, few treats because the business must come first; just grindingly hard labour putting in the hours to get established and then keep the business running. And none of the people I have known ever made it by clicking on 10 ads a day and buying credit packs.
Just wanting something does not (and should not) mean that you will get it. Look at the people who go on the TV show "X Factor" for example. Look what they come out with...."It means everything to me.....I want this SOOOO much.....It's my dream.. I don't want to shatter my dream....." - and then they get on stage and they can't blo*dy sing!

These people just amaze me!
Della, I'm with you. No matter what they choose to do from picking up a few extra shifts to earning a Phd, 99.9% of these folks will be better off in five years if they put the nose to the grindstone.
I wonder if some of these people have a "casino" mentality that keeps them constantly in these schemes. Going to the gaming tables with $100 bucks, win $20 but think "what the hell is twenty" then keep playing till the casino has the full $100. On the other side are people like Simon who no doubt makes some money, but appears to spend every penny and then some just to keep the image. It is a rare scammer that ever has much to show beyond a few bobbles.

Hi Della Cate thank you for giving my latest post "MY ADVERTISING PAYS EVERYONE IS ADVERTISING NOBODY IS BUYING" credit. I am aware that it is not perfect in terms of writing style I am not a writer. But I am someone who is passionate about helping ordinary people achieve there online success story. I am sick and tired of people promoting programs and opportunities over themselves. I recommend to anyone wishing to achieve an "Online Success Story" is to build and create your own brand first and then build your business around that brand. This will be allot more worth while that promoting someone else's business and brand.

Hilarious they still spout the 'quit your job' mantra when they need people with jobs to steal money from.

This is a little strange.
If I Google search from Google UK Simon Stepsys all is well
If I Google search from Google UK Simon Baxter all is well
If I Google search Simon Baxter Simon Stepsys I get the following message at the bottom of the page

Isn't his real name Simon Mccate or something like that? I thought Stepsys was just a scam name he adpated, like The Joker or RatMan.

They're having their birthday "do" in London today, aren't they? MAPs is 1 year old, so they say.
Here's a lovely picture of the extra big cheques that some of the eager affiliates ordered. How thoughtful of Richard Mead to offer to take them away and "send them on later"! No mention of a REAL paper cheque that they could take to the bank and actually pay in to an account or cash. I thought that was what usually happens with these big show cheques? How strange. Must have been an oversight.

The fact that anyone can just order the 'big check' makes their pics moot.
Any company I worked for that's honored employees has purchased whatever gift they gave themselves. They didn't tell the employee to go out and buy what you want us to give you.

As a business owner I imagine you have a pretty good idea how much you owe your vendors, and how much customers owe you. Don't get to the end of the month and deposit whatever and pay whatever without some sort of accounting. If back office numbers and all the clicky clicky actually meant something MAPS would be able to produce the checks to the penny. That they even have to ask tells me there is no real accounting system in place. No accounting = no real business.
I am reminded of one of Chris Smith's many tales that affiliates had been withdrawing more than they actually earned. Simply impossible if the back office had been anything other that smoke and mirrors.

I wonder who was the person who managed to win 3 raffle prizes with only 1 ticket??
Is anyone seriously surprised that the raffle was (apparently) bent?? But I suppose if you can get people to buy into the idea of MAPS in the first place, running a questionable raffle is easy-peasy.
