    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

Hello Everyone :-) Good to see , You will be pleased to know that the UK gambling commission are all over this, they are currently investigating it as it is clear to them that something is very wrong, along with the fact that they should have a licence for the UK! they even referred to it as a Ponzi Scheme, staying with that thought the UK National Fraud squad : Search | Action Fraud - Were very interested in this and are also taking action as they also referred to it as a Ponzi

On another note someone has set up this group on Facebook called LUCKY 5 Scam Warning , to make people aware of some facts because that is where they ( the Leaders ) are activity promoting lucky5 - go and have a look : - https://www.facebook.com/bewarelucky5?fref=ts

This has been going on for months - delays in launch - reasons are flaky and the same excuses used - payment processors etc / if its a multi national company or a global company as has been promised in the webinars - they would already have relationships with existing payment processors !

I think it was just to keep the momentum up to keep recruiting, get the numbers up, at the end of the days is just a numbers game how many people can they get to actually give them 30 euros a month plus the 8.50 euros they wanted just to get your Wire Card debit card to draw your money out of cash points or spend where you see the visa master card sign, you get my drift ( email and telephone call - Wire Card have not heard of Lucky5 or DailyWins N.V or Lucky5casino )

Yes maybe they may pay out a few people, but the winnings they have been promising is unachievable, we were told one in the webinars that this global company who ever they may be had spent lots of money setting this up ( look at the web site lucky5.com does this scream multi national company!! ) they apparently have put money in the prize pot but they don't want to announce who this big company is !! How very strange !! I would take the bet that the " Leaders " Will or would have gained far more money out of this venture than the normal person down the chain

We were all told once it was a company called TAIN behind this and they they owned DailyWins and Lucky 5 - TAIN are a platform and service B2B supplier - that was later revoked by one of the leaders an admission of incorrect information - How can you get that sort of information wrong ! - are they just flying by the seat of their pants and trying to fob people off WHO IS REALLY BEHIND LUCKY5 ?????

Well there are allot of questions to be answered about the " Leaders " I dont know exactly who they are or where they fit in to all this, I can only go on what has been found -

Read this article: - Fraud lotto firm Information Technology Systems axed - Mirror Online and another good read - far better odds on the lottery for less money
    s
these people below in no particular order are associated with Lucky5 in some way - but SOME are also associated or linked in some way to the scams and High court action mentioned in the above links - Thats quite a coincidence ! but dont forget INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY ! we cant accuse anyone we have to wait for the authorities to finish their investigations :-) it could all turn out to be 100% legitimate, or not !

    Lorraine Salmon

    too many more to mention. . . . .

Did I mention the Licence issue, he is a snippet from facebook page Lucky 5 Scam warning:

" The Gaming Commission. These guys were contacted about a week before Lucky 5 was due to launch a few weeks ago. They hadn't heard of Lucky 5 but said they would look into it. Within hours they confirmed that it was illegal and pointed us to the following two laws of which Lucky 5 contravened. Gambling Act 2005
    Gambling Act 2005
They informed us that they would be contacting those involved to shut it down. Interestingly two days later, Lucky 5 announced there would be a weeks delay. During this time, a brand new company was set up (Dailywins NV) and their "licence" was moved from Malta to Curaçao "

Plenty more information coming through from various sources

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

It's about now victims of the Lucky5 Scratchcard fraud need to start protecting themselves.

    * If they have used a credit card, they need to institute chargeback proceedings with their credit card company.

    * It is now time to make sure their bank and / or credit card company blocks any further automatic deductions by Lucky5

    * They need to ask themselves if they are comfortable with any personal / bank details which they may have disclosed to Lucky5 or any of its' pimps

The signs of Lucky5s' imminent collapse are there and should not be ignored

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

Still nothing has come back from the ever elusive " Company ", the last update was on 28/7 people are reporting their support tickets are not being responded to, negative comments are being deleted from groups. Why if this is a multi national global giant or whatever word they use, dose not answer tickets, no answers to peoples questions, no answers to the reasons the information in the webcasts dose not seem to be true ?? I see on the FB page lucky 5 scam warning, they have posted screen shots of the webcast, stating registered in Malta, then the hype about the multi national giant, they even put a little chart on how sweet !!! its been reported that the T & C from bwin .com are very similar, ive not read in detail but i have looked and i do think they are similar, may just be a coincidence ........ (bwin already sell virtual scratch cards)

Excellent comment from " Little Roundman " on the FB Page, I think some one said they had already called the mirror, the same reporter who run the report back in 2011 on the vwd scam, oh yeah get this, the guy you called out on FB said that vwd was a successful company and lasted 8 years HA HA HA It was still fraud, why else would they be forced buy the high court to close !!!

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

Todays' Lucky5 promoter has taken it upon himself to be the unofficial Facebook spokesperson as well.

Goodness, how many times do we have to suffer through the same ol', same ol' ad hominem attacks, strawman arguments and "you're anonymous, so you're not credible" insults from operators and promoters of shady and / or illegal programmes ???

We give you ANDY SMITH and some examples of his best work from the Beware Lucky5 Facebook page

    First the man himself:

( I know, I know - yet another example of someone using his grandchildren to foster an image of trustworthiness while simultaneously promoting multiple shady opportunities "behind the curtain")

Andy Smiths' AndySmithMLM page on Facebook

Some examples of Andy Smith doing his darndest to divert attention away from the fact he's actively promoting a soon-to-collapse-before-it-even-launches scam

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

    Good Afternoon, readers.

Here's the latest "update" from Lucky5.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it is to read the update to see if those behind it are telling you anything concrete or whether they are simply feeding their members with froth and bubble news about things that "may" or "could" happen at some point in the future and none of which make any material difference to members' money making potential anyway.
