Scammer in chief Jay Bennett who got Tim Darnell in Isagenix as Darnell talks about in this hilarious podcast has been off of the top 200 earners list for 2 years now (thanks no doubt to getting his a$$ sued by 2 of his recruits.) Bennett has apparently bailed that Titanic. Darnell hasn't been on a top earners list of any kind for years. He made a paltry 3 posts on his Facebook Isacrap group page this year. Not a peep out of our scammer extraordinaire since July there or anywhere else. Down the commode he goes again.
In 2019 he was producing podcasts that had no audience judging from the fact they were almost impossible to find. He was still crying about his internet stalker problem. Glad to be of service. He sued the Better Business Bureau and me and lost which he failed to mention. He never produced a single false statement of fact by either of us. Everything I post is the Gospel truth. 350 grand in debt, robbing his wife's 401k to pay the property tax as they were sued twice for delinquent taxes, over 100 grand in Federal Tax Liens and lawsuits out the wazoo and worst of all an internet stalker hell bent on shutting his Advantage Conferences scam down.... This sob story is absolute comedic gold! God hates him!!

Clean eating is so important in this world of fast snd easy. What I grew up eating is no longer the same. Gmo, poisons, artificial hormones, over antibiotic use has changed our food from healthy to not. Here is a great article about clean proteins and what is not.
Protein Grade Levels
All proteins are not the same! (Thanks to Theresa Fackler and Tim Darnell for this very informative article!)
Read this so you know.
There are 7 different grades of whey protein on the market.Here's a quick overview...
Grades 1 and 2: are equivalent to dog/cat food and Taco Bell....yes, Taco Bell. These grades are the worst of the worst. Mostly bio-waste animal parts, no regulation, filled with protein fillers, nothing life -enhancing about these grades. GMO fed cows.
Grades 3-5: This is what people buy 90% of the time in the mainstream stores and online supplement websites. These can best be understood as coming from conventional hormone pumped, GMO corn fed, antibiotic injected, forcefully milked out-of-season cows. This type of protein many times has heavy metal toxicity as well.
Grade 6: a better step in the right direction. Most protein in this class would come from organic cows. (Not necessarily free range or seasonally milked).
Grade 7: This protein is the "King of Clean". Grass fed, free range, seasonally milked, no hormone or antibiotic injections, free of heavy metals, no fillers, better than organic, 97% bio-availability, healing, and life enhancing.

Many protein products also contain additives like artificial flavors and colorings, says Wright, and sometimes excess sodium and unexpected ingredients like inulin or carrageenan, which could cause digestive upset for some. “The proteins in these products are highly processed,” says Vallaeys. “There has been a lot of research linking a diet high in ultra-processed foods to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and other ailments. You’re much better off getting protein from food—eggs, lean meat, poultry, beans, nuts, and dairy—which are naturally packed with vitamins and minerals, and, in some cases, antioxidants.”
Heavy Metal Contamination
A 2018 study from the nonprofit Clean Label Project of 134 popular protein powders found detectable levels of heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead, and toxins like bisphenol A in nearly all of them. Exposure to these substances has been linked to cancer, brain damage, heart disease, and stroke.
Surprise Sweeteners
Protein powders and drinks can pack more added sugars than you’d expect, which can lead to weight gain and make it harder to manage blood sugar if you have diabetes. For example, vanilla Spiru-Tein Sport protein powder has 13 grams of sugars in two scoops. And a single-serving bottle of Bolthouse Farms Protein Plus Strawberry shake has 26 grams of added sugars—more than what’s in a cup of Breyers strawberry ice cream. Protein products may also contain non-nutritive sweeteners like stevia or sucralose, or sugar alcohols such as erythritol.
Shoddy Regulation
According to the Food and Drug Administration, a protein powder or liquid can be a supplement or a food depending on how the manufacturer markets it. The distinction is important because, as with all supplements, the FDA doesn’t verify that protein supplements contain what they claim to, while foods are subject to more regulation. If it’s clearly a beverage—for example, it’s called a drink or smoothie or the directions say “mix with milk,” it’s probably considered a food. If not, the manufacturer may choose to call it a supplement. “Label accuracy with supplements is entirely reliant on the company,” says Pieter Cohen, M.D., an associate professor at Harvard Medical School and supplement researcher. One way to tell what the manufacturer considers its product to be is to see whether the package has a “Nutrition Facts” panel or a “Supplement Facts” one.....

This dirty mess turned into an ugly lawsuit and resulted in Jay Bennett falling off the top earners list and disappearing into the MLM mist. As detailed in the complaint, the first attempt at selling Isagenix on Amazon and eBay came to an abrupt halt a few months later.
At Bennett’s insistence, and representation he’d smoothed things over with Isagenix corporate, the original plan was restarted in early 2019 (around the date of Jennifer Rodriguez reaching out above).
In introducing herself, Rodriguez suggested one of her responsibilities was making sure Bennett’s downline maintained product orders.
This was done to ensure Bennett continued to qualify for commissions:...
The Amazon racket ruse saw Rodriguez, on behalf of Bennett, create a bunch of customer and distributor accounts to order product through:.....
Email addresses and phone numbers used to generate these accounts appear to have been created on demand:.......
The names of the accounts, at least in part appear to be real people. To that end contracts were drawn up governing who got paid what:......
As per the terms of the confidential agreements, patsies allowed Bennett to use their created Isagenix accounts to push Amazon racket product through.
In exchange, Bennett paid them a non-refundable initial payment of $25,000. Another $25,000 was paid when the account was promoted to Executive.
The terms of the contracts were for eleven months. For the duration of the contract, Bennett was then responsible for paying Lund weekly Isagenix checks.
Initially, individual delivery addresses were used to ship Isaganix products ordered through these accounts to. Lund then organized collection of the product.
Using this method, thousands of dollars were spent ordering Isagenix products:
VISA gift cards were used to purchase the product. The suspicious nature of the transactions was sometimes enough to trigger VISA’s in house security:
At one point Lund joked about selling a Ferrari to continue funding the racket:
Picking up thousands of dollars in orders from multiple addresses proved cumbersome. Eventually Lund came to the realization that, if he was to continue, it was be on the proviso one address would be used.
Bennett smoothed the request over with corporate, resulting in racket orders being sent to the same Utah address (click to enlarge):.....
Bennett also smoothed over the need for gift cards, allowing Rodriguez to order products across multiple accounts through one credit card.

Not to mention, his Struggle Sucks BS bombed and disappeared.
