MISTAKE: Many new Representatives try to fly solo. You don't have to and
you shouldn't try to do it all yourself. Going it alone is much less effective than
bringing your Mentor into the picture to help you!!!
Processing your Prospect. What do you do?
1. Introduction (very short)
2. Send Your Product/Company Video's via email
3. 3-Way with Your Mentor
Your Prospects should be highly intrigued by your brief introduction (Secret #4),
and then even more excited by the videos you've sent to them.
Your job now is to call your prospect and make sure they've watched the videos.
Here is the way I approach this step. I assume that they've watched the videos.
I never explain products, Company, or comp plan at this point, (other than they're
great) and I never want to come across as the expert. We ARE going to come
across as excited, and that we care about our Prospect's success.......
" What I want to do next is to get you on the phone with a man who was just like
you and me, saw this concept, and within a short period of time, it changed his
life from both a personal and financial standpoint.
His name is Tim Darnell (I'll use my name here - obviously insert the name of the
successful Mentor in your program here).
You're going to love him, and he will probably tell you a little about his story and
answer your questions. I just want you to get to know each other......I've already told Tim a little about you and
he's excited to meet you."
Notice how little you've talked about anything other than the next step, meeting
your Mentor. You've said very little about any details regarding products, the
Company, or the compensation plan.
You have found out what excites them most about the videos - the product
benefits and/or the income opportunity. That information is valuable to you and
your Mentor.
Your Talking Very Little is The Key for This Process to Work Best!
Your Prospect is going to be less impressed with whatever you say, anyway, and
will listen more attentively to the expert - your Mentor. Sorry about that, but it
works like this every time! You are not important at this point. ....
Also, your Prospect is going to tuck away the fact that they don't have to talk in
this process if they were to jump on board - a big positive for anyone!
....You will receive the grade of A+ if you'll
let your Mentor do 99% of all the talking.
Your Mentor knows to insert the element of urgency without appearing pushy.
.......if your compensation plan is a Binary, your Mentor will help the
Prospect understand that he/she can be at the top of some if not most of all the
growth that you and your Mentor put in the business from this point on. That's
huge and a great reason for the Prospect to act now!

literally dozens, hundreds or even thousands of people
could go under your current Prospect!
...That work is simply talking to people.
In the process of letting your Mentor do all the talking, you're getting a first-hand
education that will allow you to soon be the Mentor to your organization! Soak in
your Mentor's content and style, and you will be on your way!
