If anyone ever needed a reason to avoid joining LUCKY5, check out who is promoting it:

Yep, it's the (in)famous Banners Broker pimp, Annegrete Krings.

Do yourself a favour, people and keep away, unless you have money to waste and a burning desire to be ripped off.

Remember, Annegrete Krings doesn't do "legitimate"

    Bad luck, fellas.

Your attempts to stay under the radar have failed dismally.

What absolute complete and utter nonsense.

In MOST jurisdictions, it's both illegal to promote AND / OR sell scratchcards
    without a permit

Funny... most of the more active promoters and websites for this one appear to be in Australia, yet they target Europe.

I apologize for awkwardness in writing this post, as there is quite a bit weighing on my mind at present.

    GEC a.k.a Lucky5

Their main website appears to be http://www.lucky5.com, which has been under continual registration
    since 2002 - in Australia.

Back in January 2015, a warning about Lucky5 appeared in connection with http://www.natianal-lottery.co.uk
and the supposedly dismantled VWD lotto scam, suggesting that one or both of VWD's principals may be behind
    this new scheme. http://www.realscam.com/f9/players-lottery-1253

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

Why look who want in, it's none other than Banners Broker "millionaire" and top Pimp Little Jamie Waters from Homefith.

He spammed me with this email. (my bold red)

    Screen Shot 2015-07-11 at 16.01.32.jpg

    Hey Sucker

As you know I've been 'out of the game' so to speak, for the last 10 months focussing on my mailing and students.. and pretty much ditched the murky world of online biz ops for a whole host of reasons.

Probably like you, I get pitched on almost a daily basis on something new - be it a traffic clicking deal, a health product, a new cryptocoin, or one where you pee on a strip to prove the product works (yea, try selling that to your gran!). Yesterday I was sent an email that peaked my interested, so much so I felt wise to offer you the chance to jump in with me, the reasons why will become clear below.

Long and tall - €30 a month and you get 5 virtual scratch cards with a good odds winning. Forced matrix (NEVER rely on spillover) and I felt it was something unique.

Opens THIS Tuesday, 14th at 12noon GMT. Worldwide.

    Now;

Not a great deal is known about the founders and company formation etc - as it becomes clear on Tuesday I'll make my final decision. Ultimately (and my current gut feeling) you could argue its only €30 so giving it a couple of months as a side project could pay dividends. Low point of entry and chance of decent returns. Good momentum. Ticks most of the boxes at this stage.

    So yea, peaked my interest.

Below are some details I was sent by someone connected to the owners/founders. Could turn out to be a wasted read, but if you are interested in running with me - reply with 'Count me in' and you'll get my link.

I'll fire them out in the order of replies - so if you reply straight away, you'll be my first, if you're my 6th, you'll go under my first... hint obviously reply quickly!

    >> Short Explanation Video; <<

    Document briefly explaining the concept

    Out-clips of email received below::::

    Hey man,

I will try and summarise this opportunity and help you to understand why I think you should definitely give it a try.

Firstly it costs just €30 per month to participate and you can pull the plug at any time you want after the first month if you choose. There is no contact and no obligatory commitments. Pay them €30 and your in, don't pay the €30 and there's no hard feelings, your out.

€30 gets you 5 x €5 scratch cards each month (with the remaining €5 going to cover company running costs and also pay the company some profit, fair enough).

The scratch cards could win you anything from €5 to €500,000 and there is a 1 in 3.4 chance of winning, with the average prize being €8.

You cannot purchase more than 5 cards, its exactly the same fee for everyone. If you want to purchase more cards then you will have to set up another account in a family members name.

    Short Explanation Video;

    Document briefly explaining the concept

    What are you getting?

Well on the face of it this is really nothing more than a monthly subscription to purchase scratch cards. If you already like to purchase scratch cards and lottery tickets then this would actually provide you with your best possible chance of winning money because ALL ticket money goes into the prize pool - 100% of it !! The company remember makes profit from the €5 per month fee (after running costs).

That's why this is a great opportunity to try it out and if you don't like it then you can cancel after the first month, no questions asked.

Now for the MLM (Multi Level Marketing) "scammy sounding bit"

All this "Forced Matrix" terminology dross that I REALLY hate is actually nothing to be scared of, I will explain how you can actually benefit from this set up.....

What is a "Forced Matrix" ?

Essentially its a way of growing a company in a way that would not be possible conventionally. Whether you are involved in MLM opportunities or not, there are many many big players out there who are, and they LOVE these kind of opportunities, because they make money from all the people they introduce, so they are incentivised to bring people to the business, which they do in bucket loads!!!! They get small "kick backs" from all the people they bring, and ultimately because the company have more members the company also makes more money. Essentially its just a marketing cost for a business, with the benefit of no upfront fees and ultimately much much cheaper in the long run than say TV advertising etc.

This particular MLM set up means that any person in the business can ONLY have a maximum of 5 people on their front line (trust me this is nothing, I know big people in UK who would normally have 100's if not 1,000's on their front line!). So, what happens to all these extra 100's of people that cannot go on the "big players' front line?...... Well, they continually spill down and go underneath the first 5 people that they brought in, benefiting the "big player" financially as far as 6 levels deep.

    What's in it for you?

Personally I am not a fan on MLM opportunities as I'm not an MLM person. I have a few close friends who I like to share things with and that's it. And I would only ever share an opportunity with someone if they could benefit WITHOUT the need to introduce lots of people (because NONE of my friends are MLM people either).

What's unique about this opportunity (aside from how cheap it is to participate) is the fact that I am in right at the top. My very good friend Steve, who I trust 200% has told me about this, I am one of his 5, and he is one of the 5 of the person at the very top of this business (for once the "little guy" is at the top).

The guy at the very top who introduced my friend is called Len and I spoke with him this morning and he told me all about it. He told me the company have been working on this for a long time getting it ready for launch and they are working with the best possible professionals to help run the company. They have all the necessary experts from the Gaming world and are also using highly reputable companies to manage their banking affairs. They have spent time carefully working out the compensation plan to ensure that 100% of scratch card takings is paid out in winning scratch cards. Len is very excited about this opportunity saying he's been "waiting 57 years for this". And he has 100's of people ready to introduce to this opportunity (remember, only 5 can go on his front line).

What this means for you is that if you come on board with this opportunity then you will be just 3 levels down on the 6 level matrix of the guy at the very top. Meaning as he introduces more and more people who then spill over from his front line 5, you will begin to have your 5 x 6 matrix filled up for you! Meaning you get additional FREE scratch cards each month without even doing anything! That's why I feel so strongly that you should give this opportunity a try, even if only for a month. You have nothing to lose (well except €30 if you win nothing from your first 5 scratch cards).

In terms of spill over, please also bear in mind that I will be mentioning this opportunity to people I know and I expect to end up bringing more than just 5 people on board, so you will get spill over from me too. So you will benefit from spill over from me, my good friend Steve and also Len at the very top! Not many opportunities like this come along, hence why I am telling you about it.

With all this in mind I would also highly recommend telling anyone you know who "might" be interested in this asap, because if you bring in say your mother on day 1, then the sooner she is registered and in your matrix, the sooner she will benefit also from the spill over. Basically what I am saying is if you have anyone in mind who may like this opportunity DON'T wait a month to see how it goes, ITS ONLY €30 to try, bring them in straight away so they can benefit from the CRAZE of spill over that will take place on DAY 1 of the launch as all the big players register their 100's of people. It super easy to pull out if you want after month 1, just cancel your Standing Order and that's it, no hard feelings.

    How do I get involved?

This opportunity launches on Tuesday 14th July 2015 at noon GMT! Be ready! Until then there is nothing we can do except inform our friends and family who we would like to take part. On Tuesday Len will send out an invite link to Steve and his other 4 people that he wants on his front line. Once registered Steve will then send me a link to join and I will then do the same. So be ready from lunchtime onwards to receive your link and get registered asap to secure your place in the matrix. You can then send on your link to anyone that you would like to introduce, so make sure they are ready. Remember, the sooner you get them registered and their position in the matrix locked in, the sooner they will benefit from spill over as Len, Steve and myself start to introduce the remainder of our people. You will need your bank details so that you can make the payment and set up your standing order.

Sorry for the long one - couldnt cut out too much as to someone fairly new to the industry, that would have been a valuable read!

So remember, reply with "Count me in" and if it's right, I'll get you hooked up.

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

Here's Wayne Atkinsons' last (failed) Lotto related effort, the Ultimate Lotologist which lasted exactly six days on the MMG HYIP ponzi forum before it disintegrated.

Well, Lil' Jamie posted a picture of himself at bingo last week, so I suppose that scratch cards is a natural extension of that.

    Well, looky look,

It seems Wayne Atkinson or one of his followers complained to Vimeo and had the video featured in post #10 in this thread removed.

It appears Mr Atkinson isn't as convinced about the legality of Lucky5 online scratchcards as he would have us believe, either.

He's removed the original video from his William Shakespeare channel on TunePK.

Can we all join in a rousing chorus of "Mission Accomplished"

    Re: LUCKY5 online "scratchcards"

When someone is asking you for money online, it's always a good idea to put a face to the name.

Here's one of the organizers behind the Lucky5 Scratchcard scam: IAN ORFORD.

    And here's the man himself:

Ian Orfords' ianorford page on Facebook.

There's a video of Ian Orford in all his glory, as well, but, as is the way with people trying to CONvince others of their legitimacy, Mr Orford has included his grandchildren in the video, so I won't link to it or post it here.

Think Lucky5 is being run by a couple of UK MLMers who like a quiet gamble on the side ????

Curacao does NOT license online gambling. What they got is a simple biz license.

Curacao eGaming is not a recognized "whitelisted gambling jurisdictions" by UK's Gambling Commission.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitel..._jurisdictions

Keep in mind that this is a list of "regulators" that are acceptable to UK (and Curacao was not one of them).

I guess their is a scammer's handbook with templates of fancy things they don't own to be used like that house pic.
Haven't lost any money to online scams.......results are typical.
