But 1 day after the letter of intent attached to the Original Petition was signed by Fast Eddie, he issued the press release quoted above. Eddie said Protek Capital has acquired (bought) Superstar Management Group. Did Eddie Vakser pay the $350,000.00 cash promised to Barry Mezey? Suing the Texas Secretary of State is idiocy beyond belief. Their General Denial pretty much tells Vakser to jump in the lake. They claim sovereign immunity, "request that Plaintiffs be required to prove such allegations by a preponderance of the credible evidence, as required by law" and ask for attorney fees and all other relief. Vakser is sinking Protek Capital like the Titanic.

Did Fast Eddie pull yet another fast one and announce the acquisition of Superstar Management Group to pump up Protek Capital's stock without actually paying Barry Mezey for his company? Claiming to own a company that one never paid for to manipulate stock is fraud. Claiming to own a company one has not actually purchased is fraud. Eddie Vakser consistently issues press releases for companies claiming big clients and accounts and incredible revenue, when in reality little or most often no business operations exist and are taking place. The second Letter of Intent was signed on February 21, 2013 as attached in the above Original Petition filed with the court. On February 22, 2013 just a day later Eddie announced in the press release quoted above that he had purchased Superstar Management Group. So, clearly agreement had been reached and Barry Mezey should have been paid. Eddie rambling on in his ludicrous petition to the court that he doesn't owe Mezey anything is laughable. Barry Mezey certainly never agreed in their oral contracts to give Eddie Vakser Superstar Management Group for free!

Eddie also claims that Barry Mezey threatened physical violence against him. Well, Eddie, where are the police reports concerning this????? That is some petition to the court!!!

SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
I’m writing this open letter to all those “BASHERS, nay Sayers, liars, and the so-called Moderators who constantly are attacking my companies, myself and everyone related and associated with my businesses!

I’m posting on my Facebook portals, because elsewhere, I’m being CENSORED and my posts, comments and responses to our shareholders questions and inquiries are being removed. And selectively deleted!

These actions have also caused a lot of our shareholders to write to me in anger, and also post comments accusing me of “hiding” and refusing to respond and post my comments and answers to their concerns and questions.
Portals such as Investor Hub International, RE: https://investorshub.advfn.com/Black-Dragon-Resource.../ and https://investorshub.advfn.com/ProTek-Capital-Inc-PRPM-7702/ , where so called: moderators such as Kool Aid Man (Tom) , Winningpenny (Jason Kirk) , Milton Tonic, and Midwesterntrader (Dusty) …just to name a few BASHERS! Continue to remove my posts and my answers, while they practice in SLANDER, LIBEL, repeating lies, fabricating stories and posting accusations that are false, wrong and are designed to “character assassinate” myself and my companies. These people mean us, the shareholders harm, and in some cases are even paid to post and Bash us!

So here is MY FAIR WARNING TO ALL OF THEM, and anyone else who in the past, or are currently engaged, or planning to Bash, lie, censor and remove our posts, invent stories, and purposefully print negative statements and false accusations against myself, my companies and associates, you are warned!

Recently, I funded and engaged a law firm, one of several, who already sued and served an individual, all his companies and interests, several other parties, and related Bashers, not to mention, the secretary of state in Texas! In fact, Texas is now leading in helping CEO’s, investors, shareholders, and companies such as ours, in prosecuting people who are engaged in lies, manipulation, false claims and “character assassinations”. As part of my overall initiative, we will also have additional “funds” and legal teams available to assist our shareholders who feel that they were damaged, and financially hurt by these people.

The changes in the laws and practices, but even more important, the changes in attitudes by the lawmakers, is what is now propelling this new movement. I sent letters, for example, to IHUB, and now they agree to share ALL personal and identity information about their “bloggers”, posters, Moderators. And etc…. All we had to do, was post a subpoena with the courts. That is now, their legal standing, so that people, like me, who have been damaged, and hurt financially by these IHUB members, have full information as to whom and where we serve them!

Furthermore, as a CEO, and also a major investor, I’m allowed to lead “class action” suits on my and my “interests” behalf, as well as on behalf of all of our shareholders. Even the “small claims” courts are now accepting similar cases.

We are also allowed to conduct “DISCOVERY” and have mandatory interviews with any other parties who communicated, shared information, and/or advised these “posters” and bashers. And finally, because these individuals were also engaged in “stock” manipulation, and “trades suppression” using “scare tactics” where our shareholders were pressured and discouraged for trading our tickers, especially, when in our cases, many tickers that were dormant and at “no BID” and “no trading volume”, were , (and still are) , trading at a higher PPS , BID support and volume that supports “liquidity”, then those shareholders too were financially damaged because they were denied participation forced by False news, lies and fabrications by these Moderators and Posters. As a note, we discovered that some of them are being “paid” and are also on payroll with individuals and companies who trade, and manipulate our stocks, PPS , shorts, and MM trading.


So, finally. I don’t care if some of you think that this is just empty promises, and an angry rant from the CEO and Investor! I will do all that I can to protect our shareholders, our companies, and our SHAREHOLDERS VALUE!
And now that most of our major software that took over 2 years, and seven figures to complete , is being fully launched and implemented, and my guys are on “auto-pilot” to manage them, I have free time to dedicate and address these issues.

I have one of Eddie's angry victims in my e-mail box venting. Clearly, our scammin' goon is determined to completely expose his complete ignorance. One would think he would know the law much better as many times as he has been in court. What a load of dung!

Defamation and slander are torts and not crimes, so there will never be any prosecution. Texas law enforcement, its judicial branch, its legislative branch and its executive branch have nothing to do with that. Eddie Vakser will have to find an attorney that likes to take on cases that are sure losers.

Eddie, let's see the statements from the accounts with these alleged funds and do name all the lawyers on your legal teams. Any major lawsuit would require 10 grand or much more to initiate and could run several hundred thousand dollars.

The dollar limit is $10,000 or less and defamation cases are not heard in those courts ever!

Eddie took pretty pictures. The 40 acre apparently abandoned farm is not operating and won't magically morph into 200 acres. It is residential and not commercial property, so no business other than monkey business is happening there.

Fast Eddie has not posted the test results on the weed. Green Light Farms has not sold any pot for some time. The corporation is inactive and therefore not leasing anything to any idiot (Vakser) or any entity as the corporate filings show. Neither Vakser nor any of his entities have acquired Green Light Farms LLC, so why in the Sam Hell is Eddie rambling on about the company making money when it is clearly no longer operating.... This is all more fantasy that Eddie is using to defraud investors. Sales and Vakser are a big 0!!!!!

  It’s almost like clockwork, that right around January 15th or so, all the financial institutions are finally back from "vacation".
  
  So, let’s get back to work! (And just for the record, myself and all my people never stopped!)
  
  OK, we are starting with a host of new updates and releases to set up the "goals and expectations" for our shareholders, our institutional investors, and ourselves.
  
  At first, let me recap what we set out to do, and what we actually did and accomplished last year!
  
  1. We needed a company that would play a role and help us develop our own “Cryptocurrency”. We found and acquired Black Dragon Resources Inc., Trading under BDGR Ticker.
  
  2. However, and almost as a “TEST” in our capabilities, BDGR was not trading, no BID support, no BID and ASK, and no volume nor liquidity. And the company has not filed for over 12 years and was being DOSSOLVED at the state level as well as being considered for “delisting” by the SEC. My group of CPA’s and auditors, as well as our attorneys got the company back on track, and filed all the disclosures so that in “RECORD TIME”, the company achieved “OTCPK Current Status” in less then 50 days after filing. (Acquired BDGR February 2, 2021, fully “current” status, and trading with volume and liquidity by March 15th, 2022.)
  
  3. We set up our group of programmers and producers, under management of our CTO Joseph Savard, to launch our own proprietary NFT’s and Cryptocurrency called “Black Dragon” and featured the “Black Draco’s”, as the Tokens and coins for the company. www.blackdracos.io
  
  4. Admittedly, the overall development and implementation took several months longer than expected. This is a brand-new territory and the rules and regulations have not been established yet, so things tend to take longer and cost more to develop. Nevertheless, the NFT’s have been launched, and the B$D Tokens have been launched and are being accepted at over 12 trading platforms. (We will announce the platforms and addresses when we post our official PR This week).
  
  5. Our parent company ProTek Capital Inc., (PRPM), also had a small delay in its own “dividend” whereby, BDGR as a wholly owned subsidiary was to reward PRPM shareholders with a share dividend, so we are re filing the request with FINRA again this Q1. However, in our efforts to recognize the Tokens value and also because we know how to be creative, we went ahead and paid PRPM their share for the “additional” stock, as if FINRA’s dividend did go through.   6. So, with our “Pilot” program complete, we now will focus on Q1 of 2022. Since our Tokens have been accepted and at a higher value than even that of our own BDGR price per share, we will be issuing a Q1 dividend as well.   7. And finally, our efforts in having our “support” team and our CTO assisting our shareholders with their E-Wallets and CC transfers, resulted in our expansion to add a new Crypto Currency Trading Platform, and our own “Crypto currencies Exchange” system. These are systems that we plan to implement Q2, 2022, and will be enhanced by a very sophisticated “Founders Circle Program” for our original shareholders as well as a “rewards and percentage” driven “staking” program designed to enhance and grow our shareholder’s portfolios.
  
  New additions!
  
  This year, we’ve added several full-time marketing directors who will be in charge of almost “daily” company (and companies) updates.
  
  We also added our own MM (Market Makers) teams who are strictly working on our Tokens, NFT’s and all other digital currency. ( we will also have them available to our “Founders Circle” members as a service for their portfolio of Black Dragons) .
  
  So this is just the beginning!

First of all, I filed police report, and a few years ago, with help from BM's mom and sister, we had him committed to an institution. He got out, and started with threats and accusations again. I sued him, so that we can put a stop to all that nonsense, and at the same time the "Discovery" and subpoena rules and law, allows us to also include all the other "bad actors".. You will see soon. Life leaves too many clues! He has not even hired an attorney. he was just in Federal court in Florida for impersonating and officer, and again in Federal court for hiring a "hit man" to take out his mom. Now, he is begging the judge to dismiss the case because he is not competent to stand trial, and that he is mentally disturbed. ( Now I could've told them that part!) . I'm just protecting our investments! I did not buy his company, because he had fraudulent contracts, and everything was based on lies. I let our MOU expire and not happened. He left a bloody trail of athletes and celebrities chasing him for promised money. PRPM is being recognized for acquiring BD..R and for developing something special where our shareholders have a great benefit and a future. Wait till you see BD trading.

You announced the acquisition of SuperStar Management Group by Protek all over the world wide web when you knew absolutely nothing about the company. You did not due your due diligence including proper financial audits and verification of all the contracts and business activities of SMG. You just ran your mouth and spouted pure fantasy and outright fabrications to your shareholders and potential shareholders in public press releases.

You said in no uncertain terms that you had bought the company. You talked of a conglomerate with a"complex business plan was designed to create a technology and software investment incubator that will serve as a development and growth component for the small to medium sized software development, social media, content management and intellectual properties companies." There were all sorts of celebrity entertainers' and athletes' names dropped as current or former clients. Quite an involved fairy tale you told. Now that that fiasco is backfiring and as with most of your deals no operations (business activity) ever took place, you are screaming from the top of the roof and in court claiming that you in fact didn't buy it. And, after all that fanfare about what you were going to do with said purchase....Just Wow!!

Damages in lawsuits are an opening of Pandora's Box. The defendant will get financial records, tax returns, business contracts, correspondence (emails, texts, social media messages) and more. The defendant will literally be privy to pretty much everything except the underwear size of the plaintiff.

The investors and everyone with any association with him or his companies may get dragged into Vakser's class action fiasco. Real class action suits are done at no cost to the plaintiffs as the attorneys can make a bloody fortune on contingency. Vakser may have to beg his investors for cash to pay attorney Daniel Garrigan as Protek has zero dollars and he is probably close to broke himself. Will his investors and buddies be willing to spend tens of thousands on this lawsuit that is generating business killing publicity across all 7 tickers and has an apparently destitute defendant?

Tick-Tock: Dear Shareholders and Investors:
I'm sorry for the fact that once in a while I address and respond to several of our company's bashers and liars. I apologize to you, our valued and "REAL" shareholders for dragging you into these small and seemingly petty arguments. However, please let me explain as to some rationale and why we get involved there.
First of all, as I have been involved all these years in the public and trading arena, one must at least consider that ALL the regulatory agencies and enforcement authorities know who I am. Second, with a name like Edward Vakser, its not as common as say, "Joe Smith", so therefore no one can wonder IF its the same guy? No problem there, Its me, and I don't hide. I readily post my TRUE phone and cell numbers as well as my email address.
Now, recently, the Defamation laws and other remedies have become more and more favorable to the recipient of lies , slander, libel and other false accusations. Therefore, I posted a "fair warning" to not only all the "usual suspects", such as Kool Aid Man, Dusty "balls" aka Midwestrader, smelly SOX fan and Milton "Toxic" Tonic...... but also as a public warning to all others who attack our company, myself personally and therefore cause financial and other damages. Now, some of you may not appreciate and realize that besides being an officer/director, BOD member,etc... I'm also an investor and I'm here to protect my investments. Some of you may not like , appreciate nor agree with me, my business accruement and/or management style. However, that's why we live in a free country, and we all make our own decisions.
However, when there are those people who seek to manipulate our trades, and PPS. As well as using false accusations, defamation of character, lies and libel/slander in order to hurt our shareholders values, then I must put them in "check" and defend myself and our companies.
My attorneys wanted me to post the "fair warning" for several reasons. First, to ensure that we stated what we suspect and know about these characters and lies that they post. Seconds, and this one was an unexpected surprise, that these bashers actually responded and admitted that they were the ones posting....(Please remember, that just because you may hide behind "My Opinion", aka IMHO, posting false information , lies and repeating defamatory remarks, still will not protect you .) FYI, people can always deny that: "Its not them!". However, they solved that problem by actually responding as well as sending me and my partners fairly "heated" emails. All that now is admissible in court. And finally, where are we today? Well, those of us who had lived this internet experiment for the past 30 or so years may know and remember how impossible it used to be to acquire personal information and REAL names behind all these "aliases" . But now we have that option available. Also, even a strong and tough IHUB, now admits and have posted on their own compliance page the fact that they WILL release personal information to our attorneys.
So why am I doing this? Because my investors, partners and new acquisitions prospects want to see me fight back and respond.Due to the fact that some thought that IF I did not fight back and respond, that somehow I condone and are guilty of these lies and accusation.
In closing; none of you have to do anything, but whether you agree or disagree with me and my actions, at least know this: "I'm here to defend and protect our investments."

I'm just addressing the endless attack from our bashers, KAM ,Milton Toxic, Dusty (The Bitch) Midwest.......crap, and others... None of these scammers own any of our stocks! They TRY, and I mean really try to slow us down, by posting lies and libelous (including slander and character assassination) posts, accusations and erroneous information. They do this by design hoping that we get shut down and de-listed! Now, I tried NOT to get dragged in the gutter with them, because a lot of our investors and shareholders actually DO know how business works, and BEFORE they invest they do DD and are happy with the results. After ALL these years of trying, these bashers were NOT, (and will not) be able to stop us. Yes, they did file grievances against US, the company, myself and our officers and directors. However, although it is a nuisance, and yes it DOES cost me , the company and YES YOU the investors money and time, WE come up CLEAN! Why? because we ARE transparent and keep our efforts clean and above board! So yes, these bashers DO benefit from their "paying clients" making money on our stock both ways... when we go up, and when we go down...All is done by design by their dishonest and criminal activities. Its frustrating, when IHUB for example, will not allow personal attacks, posting lies and fraudulent information and posting topics that have NOTHING to do with the actual company!! And Yet, IHUB allows them to be on our tickers MODERATOR board, and they let them post lies all day long! So, lets examine CAUSE and the EFFECT. These self proclaimed "DO-GOODDERS" want you to believe that their around the clock BASHING us efforts is meant and designed to protect YOU the investor from ME... The Alleged CRIMINAL. Now, I'm a shareholder, director and an investor here just like you. So what happens, when their lies DO succeed in having the company barred from trading and/or de-listed? Well, then yes, they will achieve their goal and as punishment I will lose a lot of money because all these shares and companies will be WORTHLESS!!! DALLAS, Sept. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NetworkWire -- AURI, Inc. (OTCPK: "AURI") (the "Company"), announces today that the management has completed a planned acquisition of EVAP Inc.

As previously announced in the last PR, the Company disclosed the corporate actions with its intent to acquire an oil and gas technology and processing company. The patent-pending EVAP technology is positioned to enhance and change the processing of current oil and gas products.

EVAP Inc. is currently engaged and has several contracts with major oil and gas companies. This new addition will also include a new CEO and president, Mr. Jason Perley.
