The second Letter of Intent was signed on February 21, 2013 as attached in the above Original Petition filed with the court. On February 22, 2013 just a day later Eddie announced in the press release quoted above that he had purchased Superstar Management Group. So, clearly agreement had been reached and Barry Mezey should have been paid. Eddie rambling on in his ludicrous petition to the court that he doesn't owe Mezey anything is laughable. Barry Mezey certainly never agreed in their oral contracts to give Eddie Vakser Superstar Management Group for free!

Eddie also claims that Barry Mezey threatened physical violence against him. Well, Eddie, where are the police reports concerning this????? That is some petition to the court!!!
