I don't see it as an admission, more as rubbing it in peoples' faces, as in:

"Nyaa, nyaa, I'm a scammer and there's nothing you can do about it"

With the amount of complaints which went into PayPal pointing out an illegal ponzi was using their services contrary to the PayPal user agreement, I wouldn't mind betting the reason being given by the DigAdz pimps on the usual suspect HYIP ponzi forums is not the real reason DigAdz isn't paying out through PayPal.

How annoying is it when your in a program and then your earnings are on hold as the program has a server migration or the hosting can't handle the amount of users. Have a look at this
