In yet another episode of Clem Lemons runs at the mouth we have:

    Kevin Thompson MLM Attorney
‎"In fact, pursuing multiple MLM programs simultaneously is a concept that is almost universally discredited by the most successful MLM veterans working today. That is, the ones whose methods you'd think would make the most sense to duplicate." Great insight by industry expert and friend, Len Clements.

Quatloos, as I'm sure most of you know, is a haven for haters, anti-MLM zealots, and run of the mill internet trolls. Surely no one here actually considers this forum a credible source of information. Yes? And yes, I've recently been made an admin of the Scam.com board as part of the owner's and other moderator's efforts to clean out all the anonymous haters and trolls and actually make it what it's suppose to be - a forum to expose scams.

Tracy Coenen (Sequenceinc.com) is a cohort of Barry Minkow (Google him). The two links you provided refers to propaganda posted on Usana's Yahoo stock board by Steve Rotolante (alias terminatedramp - a name he came up with to proudly declare his account had previously been terminated by Yahoo) who is also an accomplice in Minkow's stock shorting scheme, and who hates me because I keep exposing his lies and mistakes. Coenen just took what ever garbage Rotolante posted and repeated it in her blog. When I went in to refute these claims and provide verifiable facts to support my rebuttal, Coanan, who claims to be a devout advocate of freedom of speech and defender of the First Amendment, deleted my responses and blocked my ability to comment on any of her blog entries.

As for oneunites.com, although I appreciate her promotion of me and my company, I have no idea who this person is, and have nothing what-so-ever to do with her lead generation program.

In the process of exposing scams and frauds over the last 20 years I have pissed a lot of people off. I'm sure you'll find a lot of their rantings on line.

If you want to know who I am and why I'm here, why not post links to the schemes I've exposed and/or criticized? There are numerous examples on my website. Apparently I can't post links here until I've posted 15 times (odd rule), so just add these extensions to a URL that begins with MarketWaveInc.com...

While doing your online investigation of me, you might also want to start by taking a look at the legal case list on my resume here:

    marketwaveinc.com/about.asp

You'll find that in most cases I've testified against MLM companies, including three cases on behalf of distributor plaintiffs against Equinox, one of the largest and most notorious pyramid schemes.

As I said, I'm extremely skeptical of the Amega wand. My intention is to expose it as a fraud. However, I will not slant the data. What ever it shows is what I will report. That's why I want to make sure I design and conduct tests that cannot "validate" the wand due to the placebo effect or kinesthetic tricks.

If I'm in the wrong place, no problem. I'll leave. Just let me know.

    Martin,

While I respect your efforts to warn would-be entrepreneurs about illegal schemes,
your observations regarding multilevel marketing (MLM) are ignorant and unjustified. Please understand that I am not using the term "ignorant" derogatorily, but rather to describe your commentary as being ignore-ant of readily available historical, mathematical, and legal information about this industry and profession.

First of all, as a successful distributor, consultant, advocate, and court certified expert in the field of multilevel marketing, I am offended by your reference to my profession as a pyramid scheme only by a "matter of degree"....

Interestingly, Steve Rotolante does not appear in the list of individuals USANA filed a lawsuit against in the supposed shorting scheme against Barry Minkow and others that USANA never proved anyway. Isn't this considered slander?

Len is an armchair lawyer of the most dangerous kind. He thinks folks should want to get sued so they can countersue with a Slapp suit. The idiot never realized that the Slapp suit (strategic lawsuit against public participation) was the original filing. And, even though a scambuster that gets sued has this protection in a few states and if they are in the right can easily win anywhere, it can be exceedingly difficult to collect. So who would want to get tangled up in frivolous lawsuits except Mr. Mensa himself.

If Rotolante enjoys filing suits against idiots who may be collection proof, I would think he has a good case. Where is Len's proof of these criminal stock shorting allegations??? In my experience Lenny just runs at the mouth.

You have to admire a guy who makes friends where ever he goes!

    Wait, did I say friends?
That's not right, I should say, a lasting impression. That's a good way to spin it.

I think it's going to be fun to do a little research on some of these clients. Mother Soy for example:

Warning Letter Issued to Mother Soy __________________________________ On October 24, 2006, FDA’s Detroit District Office issued a Warning Letter to MotherSoy Inc., Evansville, Indiana, for misbranding its Essential IsoFlavones and Essential Protein shake products. FDA conducted an inspection at MotherSoy on June 26 – 29, 2006. The inspection disclosed that the firm was offering dietary supplements online with health claims that claimed to cure, mitigate, treat or prevent cancer, heart disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and

other diseases and conditions. Previously in March 2000, the firm received a Warning Letter for similar violations with its Essential Pro Plus and California Joe Drink protein shakes. The firm discontinued the marketing and sales of these products. However, the compliance follow-up inspection found the firm continued to make health claims for its dietary supplements, making their products unapproved drugs. To view the full text of the Warning Letter, go to: http://www.fda.gov/foi/warning_lette...ive/g6093d.htm.

Also of interest, several (6 so far) of these "businesses" can no longer be found on the web and appear to be defunct and some of their domains are now up for sale. lol I have also noticed that 5 other clients so far are heavily Christian faith based.
