Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

I remember back in the P2P days when the Canadian police sergeant requested our help in posting on the forums for victims to contact him, and then the U.S. Postal Inspector doing the same. Both were done before any announcement of charges being filed, but you knew they both were investigating P2P and Nick. It is why I am not that surprised that the investigator with the Colorado Securities Division posted his comments at behindMLM since it had the largest following on Achieve. All the information was posted at MMG, including his Email address. So the word is out there for victims to contact him.

Patrick confirms what Oz reported earlier, the Colorado Division of Securities is investigating the Achieve Community.

    Oz's Post on the subject.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

Obviously Kristi has decided to ignore news of the Colorado Securities Division investigation and carry on as if nothing has happened:

    January 22 2015

    Hello Achieve Community!

Today I just want to share some general information with you.

    First about credit card fraud:

January is a notorious time for credit card fraud, people use their cards more often in December because of the holidays, and January sees a lot of charges that aren’t legitimate (I think some hackers believe that there is a percentage of people who won’t notice an extra charge or two during this time of year too, so do reconcile your accounts).

The banks are very good about refunding any unauthorized charges. You just need to call your bank if you have this problem.

Online fraud is something every online company has to deal with, using the most secure systems we can.

Achieve does not store any card information, social security numbers or any other sensitive details from our members on our site.

Everything is secure and sent to secure sites.

I’ve heard from people running a couple other programs this month that they have had issues too, and a few of our members have been in those programs.

The general thought is that the best solution for purchases online is using a prepaid card that you load with just the amount you want to use. That way if it is compromised, there’s nothing there to grab. I think this is a very good idea.

The main reasons the banks, and MasterCard and Visa create the limits they do is because of the fraud and money laundering.

Again, in our experience, any fraudulent charges are refunded by the banks, and they go after the hackers.

We do everything in our power to make sure you are safe, and we work with our merchants to be sure that our systems keep getting updated so that we don’t have issues.

When we have heard of a problem, we have immediately changed our gateways so that we can keep you safe. And it’s something we will always work to resolve.

Second, a bit about processors just for your information.

Most of you have used payment platforms like PayPal, Payza, STP, Egopay – that sort of account. You open them up yourself and can send and receive payments. A lot of small online companies use these, most of the online stores and auctions use them.

These are manual payment platform. Each transaction is done manually, one at a time.

Some of them allow some batching, if the amounts are the same and the country is the same, but most don’t. They charge a percentage of the payment in fees to either the sender or receiver.

They are limited in their reach (STP for example isn’t available in some US states, and few countries). They limit the transaction amounts from sellers. And they are very expensive is you are making thousands of dollars.

Most programs that use them to make payments aren’t paying out much or don’t have a lot of clients. These are quite useful for purchasers however.

All of them have restrictions against MLM companies, network marketing, and the like. They do allow for person to person payments to get around this however.

For Achieve we need processors. Processors are automated, not manual. Our members sign up with them through us, not on their own.

And we have the agreement with them to provide the funds to pay you into your individual accounts.

We work directly with their banks, and the funds go from our merchant accounts to the processors account with us. Transaction fees are normally set, not a percentage, and allow for larger transaction amounts to be processed without larger fees.

They provide the records that are needed for compliance and create the security to keep your information safe. We can send out hundreds of payments in one transaction.

They are also global in most cases (some aren’t) and provide the bank cards and bank transfers as well as the currency exchanges.

Achieve has thousands of members and we’ve made hundreds of payments to them daily. Something that would be impossible to do manually.

Our processors also take care of any issues with their users, and have the support staff to deal with that. When you sign with them, your account is separate from Achieve, it’s yours, and only you and the processor knows what your transactions are.

Achieve just sends the information to them so they know who to pay and how much.

This is a long term business, and we intend to provide, always, solutions that are best for you. The safest, the most convenient, the most legal and compliant.

I hope this helps you to understand a bit more about how things work in our industry.

    To your success,

    Kristi

Putting aside the obvious ramifications of the Colorado examination for a minute, the announcement itself spells the end of Achieve.

HYIP ponzis rely on a steady intake of "new" money to survive. That is, money from new members. Not experienced HYIP ponzi "new" members, either. New to HYIP ponzis members are what is required.

Members who will leave their money in the game.

Members who won't, as experienced HYIP ponzi players do, "hit and run" as soon as their seed money is recovered and they become "in profit"

No HYIP ponzi can survive the restriction to the flow of new(bie) money caused by an announcement such as the one that came out of Colorado yesterday

If you think Achieve was sinking fast before yesterdays' announcement, hang on to your hat, it will only get worse.

    Hello Achieve Community

I hope you are all having an amazing Friday.

As Kristi gets the processor ready to enable you all to sign up, I would like you all to please focus on our future and leave all the negative behind.

We don’t need to send private messages to see if anybody knows the latest gossip about the Achieve Community.

Let’s keep Achieve to ourselves. If you have been put in an Unofficial group or page please take yourself OUT of them and if they are bad report them.

The Achieve Community is going to pay out Millions and we will all be enjoying our families and friends In style soon.

Please stay off of Facebook and the social media when it comes to our Community. Karma will take care of all those bad people and you will have Opportunity to watch them eat their words.

Have a great friday I am still calling members – but as you know my list is huge, so give me a chance to catch up please.

    To Your Success

And, around and around she goes, where when she stops, nobody knows

    January 26 2015

    Hello Achieve Community!

Lots of work got done this weekend! I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and are ready to go! One more reminder to check your details in your back office.

We are starting the programming for the processor today. Until that is done I won’t have instructions for you, but we do not anticipate a lengthy process here, a couple of days at the most, so do watch the updates for information about what you will need to do.

I will also send out an email to our membership when everything is ready. If you purchased in September-October you especially want to get signed up right away once we announce that we are ready for you.

Payments will start going out right away to everyone who went through the matrix once you get signed up with the processor. Doesn’t that sound good? It’s been a long time and I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate your patience and support.

We are on our way again!

Some of you are aware that we had plans to meet in Las Vegas as a community this spring. Because we would like to see as many of you there as possible, we are going to postpone the date for a few months and get more of you paid first. But the party is still on!

Keep checking with us here please….everything you need to know will be here soon!

    To your success,

    Kristi

    Five months.

One wonders how many Achievers would be so understanding if their employer didn't pay them what they're owed for five months.

I'm guessing "not very bloody understanding at all"

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

    Thursday Update

    Kristi Johnson

    January 29 2015

    Hello Achieve Community!

We are coding the processor and still waiting for their instructional video, but I’ve had a chance to do a bit of testing and this is going to be a very easy sign up! Which is good for all of us, and also means we will be able to start payments quickly.

While the programmers make it all perfect, thought I would share a bit more detail about the virtual card.

As soon as you sign up with the processor, the virtual card is available to you. You fund the virtual card just like you would a prepaid card, and it works the same way for online purchases, and you can do it right online.

This means everyone can purchase positions with us from their funded virtual card and/or their earnings, right from the back office, right away. This also means that purchases will be much more secure for our community. And that is very important to us.

We are still working with our merchant to keep you safe, and the banks are working with us as well. If you or your bank have done a charge back in the last week your account may be suspended until we can resolve the problem.

This only affects a very few of you, and will be temporary until the issue is resolved. We are committed to your safety here. I just want everyone to know that.

I’m really excited about this program and where we will be able to go now. Once we have the instructional video from the processor I’ll share that with you, and then we can start getting everyone signed up and moving again.

Payments will start going out next week!

Keep taking care of each other – we are a very special community.

    To your success,

    Kristi

    How exciting.

    A whole paragraph saying nothing.

You get an unfunded prepaid card - well WHOOP-de-DOO

It's a piece of embossed plastic with pictures on it, for goodness' sake

Oh, how unsurprising - you can use your card to send money to Achieve

WOW, that will be a first - Achieve actually paying

How about we wait and see how many members get paid and how much they receive before running out and paying those outstanding bills, shall we ??

    Which banks, Kristi ???

Would it be impolite to call "bullshit" on that one until we see proof ??

You say that as if it's a bad thing, Kristi

You know, most members would see charging back their Achieve account and having their accounts suspended a positive thing.

    * They actually receive real money in their bank account and not a heap of "Kristipromises".

    * They don't have to waste any more time waiting for endless dreary weekly updates promising lots and delivering nothing.

No need to say much more, is there ??

No payments for five months and new member numbers falling through the floor can mean only one thing.

It's allegedly a 'virtual' card which would mean they don't even get to hold a piece of plastic. lol

I believe this means the member's banks are letting them take money as they haven't figured out achieve is laundering the money through bogus entities. Not that a legitimate bank is working with the scam in order to secure the promised 'payouts'.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

    Here's the latest from Kristi:

    Hello Achieve Community!

    It’s finally happened!

You will now see in your back office a place to sign up for your wallet account with our processor.

When you click on that link, you will receive a notice that an email is coming to you – click on the link in that email, make note of the login details, and sign in to your account.

That’s all you need to do!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

There will be MORE instructions coming for you.

DO NOT send questions to us until those instructions have arrived and DO NOT send support tickets to either Achieve or the Wallet account support until the instructions have been posted here. Your questions will NOT be answered. We don’t have time for that OK?

Please, just go along with this system for now.

You can sign up for a virtual card and you can sign up for a debit card in your wallet back office.

Bank transfers are not working yet but will be added soon.

The limits for the debit card are currently at $10,000 per month, and there is an option for a $50,000 per month card. If you want the higher option, please wait for those instructions.

The information in your profile can not be edited….it’s what we have from our system only. However, each application for cards and bank accounts will give you the option to put in your accurate information. So please do not worry about that.

Take a look around the system, once you are signed up and then watch for further updates.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS AS WELL.

Once you have clicked on the link in your back office, and logged in to your account, we can pay you. The funds will be in your account and will be there for you until you chose your options over this next week and decide how you want to use your account.

You do not need to be signed up for a card or bank transfer in order to be paid. So take your time with this.

We are recommending that you use the virtual card if you want to make purchases with Achieve. You can load that card if you haven’t received funds yet, or use your funds as we do payouts.

Thank you all – I know this is very different from what you are used to using, and it will take some time to get familiar with this program.

There are options on your account that you may never use – it’s quite the program! Some of you may find it useful for other programs you do as well.

Tomorrow I will send out an email to all of our members to let them know they can sign up. Those of you who read the updates will be the only ones signing up today. Wednesday we will start doing payouts.

    To your success,

    Kristi

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

Here's the latest from Troy and Kristi. The new payment processor is AeroPay out of England. But all is not well. Troy announced earlier today that ‘we have put a stop to comments in the forum for now.' In response to questions from affiliates regarding AeroPay, Kristi Johnson advised:

DO NOT send questions to us until those instructions have arrived and DO NOT send support tickets to either Achieve or the Wallet account support until the instructions have been posted here. Your questions will NOT be answered. We don’t have time for that OK? Please, just go along with this system for now.

You would think that with this announcement that all would be well, but alas it is not. It seems there are bad people in the ranks of the Achievers. I know that will come as a huge shock to all of you, but sadly it is true. It seems there is fraud in the ranks of Achieve. Troy said:

Some of our members who are NOT so nice – of which there are only a few. Have been sharing our sign up link and putting in false information. Therefore the Processing Company have stopped sign ups for now so that we can ensure there is nothing in our system to stop you from getting paid.
When we see for a fact that a member is causing trouble we will just take them out of Achieve. This is a HAPPY place and we will just let the bad people go away. They don’t deserve our oxygen that’s for sure.

So who is AeroPay? They are registered in the UK, and financial records from the end of 2012 show the AeroPay had assets of £60,157 with £93,064 owed in liabilities. The net worth of the company is: (£-32,907). 2013 wasn’t much better, with another report filed by the company listing end of year assets as £99,024 with £110,155 owed in liabilities, the net worth of the company is: (£-11,131)

Now what is truly interesting is that their CEO is from Canada. In Aero Pay’s financial reports, Rosanne Phyllis Day is listed as the company’s Director. Day is cited as residing in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Only in the world of Ponzi's is this reality.

Of course. It is what they always do. Patrick has an article (PatrickPretty.com: Ponzi Schemes. Securities fraud. HYIP Schemes. Pyramid Schemes. Investment Fraud. Internet Crime.) about the websites being offline and how mad the members are at the "negative" NonOfficialAchieveCommunity Facebook site for Achieve. They are blaming sheepdog of ruining the lives of 10,000 Achievers and could be held financially responsible for Achievers. You can't make this stuff up folks.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

Possible new developments in Achieve thanks to K Chang. When the readytoachieve website came back online, I noticed at the bottom of the Home page a reference to a company in Korea. At first I thought it might be the name of the new host since they changed their hosting, but Boris from behindMLM said it was the name of the company that did the update of their website.

Now for the possible new development: When I posted the name of the company and the corresponding Korean text, K Chang looked them up and discovered this:

When Gogling the address in South Korea and I got this website: powerfeng.com/index.php?main_page=specials

Which at the bottom says: Our HASPAY Payment Gateway also accept credit card payment. This address is 1128-3 Partner’s Tower II, #1304 Guro-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, Korea

So Aeropay was a lie. What’s interesting is Haspay is based in China.

Actually I don't think Aeropay was a lie. I think they had agreed to be their payment processor until all the crap started hitting the fan with thousands of inquiries from Achieve members. I think that woke up the powers that be in Aeropay to realize that what Troy and Kristi told them wasn't what the real situation was with Achieve and they bailed. It is still not clear if Aeropay is gone and is being replaced by Haspay. Heck, I don't think Troy and Kristi even know who is the payment processor.

I am just surprised that any payment processor would have anything to do with them since they are under investigation in Colorado. Sadly there are still the faithful that believe all is well with Achieve and they will soon be receiving their payments as before.

Without any updates explaining the current status from Troy or Kristi, other than the usual we are working hard on getting things ready to resume payments BS, it is hard to say. One thing for sure is Achieve is dead. It just remains to be seen when Troy and Kristi will finally come clean and tell their members it's over, or they just try to slink off into the sunset hoping no-one will notice they are gone.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam

It's my belief Haspay is one of the launderers of the incoming cash. remember, they had different processors to pay out.
his facebook page is a hoot.

    Friday Night Update

    Troy Barnes

    February 6 2015

    HELLO ACHIEVE COMMUNITY

I will be working with the owner of our E-wallet Company this weekend so that we can get the EXACT instructions to ENABLE us to move forward with getting signed up correctly.

I will be making a video shortly showing you the step by step instructions as to exactly what you need to do.

You will be able to go back and WATCH it as often as you need to – to make sure you sign up correctly. I know that we all want it now BUT we HAVE waited this long let’s make sure it’s done totally right!

Please DO NOT try to sign up over the weekend and please NO support tickets or messages! This will be an easy process if you JUST WAIT for instructions.

Kristi and I will be very busy over the weekend and all we ask from you is that you give us the time to get everything in place and allow everything to go smoothly.

Get Ready to Achieve. I am Ready.

    To Your Success

how easy can it be easy if you have to WATCH (not just watch, but WATCH) a step by step video to do it correctly and the video will be left there for you to watch multiple times because you still may not do it right?

Setting up a bank transfer for the affiliates would be 'easy'.

Here's Saturdays Update: Nothing but more EXCUSES! Same Old...Same Old Crap!

    Hello Achieve Community

I will be creating the video instruction on the correct way to sign up with the processor Monday.

(Thought Kristi said the Processor was going to do this last week?)

Therefore it will be ready Monday night for you all. Sorry but that is the fastest time that I can get it done.

Please DO NOT send support tickets or private messages about the processor, you will all know exactly what to do Monday evening.

Have a Great weekend and I will see you all on Monday
