Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
Well all the members were all a-twitter with the excitement that Troy and Kristi would be announcing the new payment processor on last nights call. But Troy and Kristi did not announce the new payment processor, but they did announce you can login to your back office, click on members area, products, and you can go to either the banners or forum and then once you are there you can navigate back and forth to either the forum or banner maker page. I am sure this had all the members dancing with joy at this exciting news.
They also said that the members of their new private forum is the place where all of you can talk about anything you want to talk about and say anything you want to say about Achieve and our Community. Wanna bet that the first person who dares ask a serious question, or makes a comment about not having a payment processor to get paid will be banned immediately for being a troll, a trouble-maker, a negative person, or any of the other names they call people who dare question Troy, Kristi or Achieve? Oh and they also don't want members posting on the public forums, only on their own private forum. Typical Ponzi trying to keep all the negative press from showing up in any search about Achieve.
So far no response from the faithful about this "exciting news," on the public forums like MMG. You can bet if they announced the payment processor the thread would have been alive with all their gloating against us "naysayers."
Wonder how long before the members realize this was over when Payoneer dropped them as their payment processor?

Interesting contrast between the language of the November 5th update where Kristi Johnson tells the Achieve Community:

I think we are seeing "this ain't gonna end well" in the present tense.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
Hmm, seems all is not going well in the new private forum. Seems tolerance for people questioning things isn't sitting well with one of the Admins. The Admin admonished the members by saying, and I quote: "I’m so tired of all the snivelly little babies in here who keep complaining about everything. Just stop it!"
Won't be long now until the banning begins. And lilbit at MMG is upset that people are "spying" on TAC in the FaceBook forum. Next she will be complaining the members are being tortured.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
On his excellent blog, Patrick Pretty has neatly captured the depths to which the supposedly Christian, charity oriented criminals behind the Achieve Community fraud, Kristi Johnson and Troy Barnes have sunk in an article entitled: Federal Prosecutors Have No Immediate Comment On ‘Achieve Community’ Call In Which Senior Citizen With 86-Year-Old Ailing Husband Was Told, ‘You Are Exactly The Type Of Person That The Achieve Community Is Built Around And For’
The Achieve Community HYIP ponzi fraud has now gone from being "just another" fraudulent HYIP ponzi "game" among thousands of similar scams existing on the 'net today, to being a cruel, calculating criminal enterprise deserving of the harshest penalties available to lawmakers.
There is not a Senator or members of the House of Representatives in the US who should be allowed to rest easy until he or she has personally acted against this despicable fraud and its' perpetrators.

Sort of thinking out loud, but if there are 12,000 members/matrix positions in this artifice doesn't that mean Kristi and Troy are on the hook for $4,800,000? Wouldn't it be a good idea for someone in Achieve to demand proof of funds? Surely this money is held by an independent third party in some sort of a trust, and that would settle the snivelly little babies and their petulant behavior.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
Well, Kristi gave her update today, and surprise, surprise, surprise! No release of the payment processors name for Achieve. Here was the "good news" update:
Monday Update
Hello Achieve Community!
We have almost 14,000 paid members now, and are starting the third week of September for payouts.
No date yet for the payout processor, so keep checking the updates.
Now that we have our Forum up, it is up to all of you to create the communication you want to have there. Help each other with questions please, and if there are comments you don't like don't answer them, it isn't necessary for anyone to be bothered by our members opinions. The Forum is a place for everyone to have their say.
Troy and I do not have time any longer to answer all your questions personally - that is why we have a Forum. Almost every message we receive has already been answered in the updates or can be answered by our members in the Forum, or on our Facebook group page if you are not a member of Achieve yet. We will try to respond if there is mis-information, but again, we just don't have time to see all of the messages, posts, comments that our members make. We've grown too large for that now.
We can not help you if you are being declined when you try to purchase. Either the information you are entering is not complete, not correct, your bank is blocking the payment or you have reached your limits. There is nothing we can do about that right now.
We do have a support team if you have any other problem that needs attention. Access that from our website.
To access our Forum and Banners login to your back office, click on members area and login again with your same login details, click on products and then forum or banners and login once more with the same details to enter the forum. This is how it was designed by our webmaster, we may be making it a bit simpler soon. This will get you there for now if you are a paid member of Achieve.
When we have our processors up Achieve will be paying out nearly $700,000.00 to our members! We will be making a difference for a lot of people soon. If you would like to join us please see the videos on our website and sign up - The Best Network Marketing Opportunity - The Achieve Community International We would love to have you!
To your success,
Kristi"
A lot of look here at all this great news and shiny things, but no payment processor. IF they can accept payments, they can name the payment processor. Unless of course they don't have one. You can bet your sweet assets that they are scrambling to find one or they would name them.

The people here (pause for lie) are amazing. Things behind the scenes ( pause for lie) are wonderful. I have great (pause for lie) integrity. I am doing this video (pause for lie) to put the record straight. The Achieve Community is (pause for lie) a wonderful opportunity. Blah, blah, blah, blah,blah.....

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
While no official word from Kristi, or any update of hers posted at MMG, the members are crowing that Global Cash Card is there new payment processor. Global Cash Card touts itself as a payroll processing cash card and not a payment processor. Now Achieve touts itself as an International company, but Global Cash Card only does business in these countries: US, UK, Australia, Mexico and Puerto Rico. And even then they have limited ATM capabilities in most of those countries. Real winner there Kristi and Troy.
But it gets even better....Global Cash Card is not more than 10 miles from my house. I tried calling but all their voice mail extensions are full and you can't leave a voice mail. Gee, I wonder why? So I guess a road trip is in order. Besides it is always fun to discuss things in person instead of over the phone. I actually met the head of marketing at a business networking function a few months back so will have to renew that friendship.
Thanks Troy and Kristi for choosing Global Cash Cards. That is if you have indeed done so. Until I see an update from you so stating it is just a rumor.

Yeah I can see where starting an illegal pyramid scam and not having enough money to relocate someplace warm without extradition could cause some tense moments at the supper table. Perhaps not as bad as elbows on the table, but darn close.

Re: The Achieve Community - huge ponzi scam
Now what is truly interesting about Troy taking a leave is that all the agreements are with Work With Troy Barnes, Inc or LLC. not The Achieve Community. Unless he has given Kristi authorization over the funds, he is the only one who can legally authorize any transfer of funds anywhere. Since Work With Troy Barnes, Inc is only registered as a business entity in Delaware, and Work With Troy Barnes, LLC is only registered in Michigan as a business entity, it remains to be seen just how any payment processor can legally do business with them.
This house of cards is about to fall down, and it is going to be really, really ugly when it does. If the stories are true, there are a lot of new people conned into dumping a lot of money into Achieve, and there is no way they will be around when they can complete their first cycle. Their only hope is the Feds shut them down and freeze assets.
