Many of us have been watching this "wash, rinse, repeat" cycle of the same old SCAMS, same old pimps for decades.

I'm not optimistic.

The states have done far and away the best job recently with multiple cease and desist orders. Still it would seem work needs to be done. Frank Calabro Jr. agrees to stop securities fraud, continues anyway...

If they would start taking the pimps and promoters down at the same time, they could be in a better position to put a serious dent in these frauds.
