One wonders how much of a financial genius he is, allowing his name to be associated with such an obvious ponzi / pyramid scheme so close to its' collapse.

It's not like TM is in its' early stages, so the opportunity for him to make big bucks is long gone, so is any chance of him claiming he didn't know what he was becoming involved in.

What's left to say? The admin better not try to scam his new friends in Dubai on whatever deal he made with them to move the money out of Paypal for him. He'll have a lot more to worry about than his confused members and a bunch of trolls.

In principle, it's probably still possible to save this scam and ride it out for a couple of more years. The admin keeps talking about his vision and ambition. It would require the same level of ambition Bernie Madoff had to introduce the masses to ponzies on the level they are talking about.

IM(very)HO, Scoville sealed his fate when he came out of the usual suspect forums and roped in so many newbie "true believers"

HYIP ponzi players could accept a "round two" or "game two" but not so the thousands of newbies who really believed they'd discovered the click to riches.

Profitable Sunrise thought that it was going to grow into heaven and find a safe haven in China.

Profitable Sunrise was a HYIP with a set ROI. It's a bit more complicated with traffic exchanges that offer cashback on purchases over the indefinite time period. Their TOS for the most part protect third parties from getting into too much trouble with their governments (which have a nasty habit of screwing their populations more royally than TM is capable of).

If they are buying traffic without investing, it's not a security at all, and some of them evidently are. They might have some recourse through FTC if the traffic they bought truly sucks, but what are they going to say exactly? That they didn't read TOS and listened to their uplines on social media sites instead? Not worth the trouble unless you dump your life savings into the adpacks.

If you read the damn thing, like I did, you can buy traffic without buying adpacks. That's probably why he can still receive payments into his Paypal account. Was a mystery to me until now.
