Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
Stacy, I knew you were blowing smoke when you said that if PayPal cut TM loose you were done. And now your backpedalling has begun just as I knew you would. Again I want to thank you for proving all our points with your posts. no one has shown me that paypal has cut anyone lose . show me that and ill listen . your making up fake fantasy situations and events to make things look worse..
i have seen that paypal has changed their terms of service to not include any ad revenue sites. maybe Charles has seen this and decided to not leave 37 million dollars in paypal any longer..
below is udays paypal review update so i took my mmg signature down and updated my monsoon one..
Update on PayPal Review (Reporting at 12th Jan 2016, 02:30):
Dear All,
I got some update from PayPal regarding the ongoing review and before we discuss it, just few words of background on why the current review is going on. There has been some changes recently in the terms and User Agreement policy at PayPal because of which they no longer support ad revenue sharing sites worldwide (or support conditionally) and because of which they have been reviewing our program to see whether there is any possible compliance so that we can continue using PayPal at our program. In the event if they find that we cannot continue using Paypal, they will freeze the funds in Paypal for 180 days before giving the access to us.
So, what we have been trying now is to see whether our business model is compliant with their terms or not so that we can continue the business with PayPal and have the access to our buyers' funds.
Some good news is PayPal found that they can be able to support Ad Revenue Sharing programs in Singapore with some changes made to their terms and conditions locally. So, they proposed to us that they will formulate those new terms and conditions locally so that if we match with them we can continue using PayPal at our program with newly implemented changes. In the event we decide not to be compliant with their revised terms and want to continue with our current business model and with other payment processors, the money in our PayPal will be frozen for 180 days and then will be released to MPA.

I'm with you on this point, but for a different reason. I think Charles wants to cash out Paypal and do a runner if he is successful in cashing out.

Charles must have made some deal with Patels already. Read the update, he is basically pushing Payza on members.
But yeah, it would be real cool if Charles stuck all the money into Payza and never saw a cent back.

If he was wanting to run he easily can without leaving any processors open . as they are just a bonus stated here.. He just has to make sure every purchase gets its ad credits and they are deivered..

How would he do that, genius? He doesn't own or control STP, Payza, and Paypal. As soon as he starts withdrawing in large amounts, the accounts will be flagged and looked at by the staff.

Not the point what im saying is why would he leave payza and stp open . for monsooners ? Running usually includes a server change . a heart attack . ddos attack . a hacker .. Ive not heard any of that ..

STP he can't do crap about, it's lost money. Stella and Mark will distribute it back to members.
Payza is probably going to let him cash out at some outrageous rate.
Paypal is the big question here. Depends on how good their security is.

stacy: When PayPal changed their TOS for RevShare programs they cut every RevShare program loose. That's what happens when they say they don't want your business anymore. Why else did Charles only allow 30 days to cut PayPal from being a payment processor. It certainly wasn't Charles idea to end PayPal. You can't even be honest about what happened.

Well id think its better to stop using paypal voluntary than have the funds frozen for 180 days trying to prove to paypal that the monsoon is so much more different than its copycats.. I can without a doubt know you likely got all wet when u heard the news today. Its an opportunity to make up all kinds of negative fantasies and pull out your ponzi history books.. Lol. You cant prove what paypals view is . you can make up all you want have a good day brother i know your happy today ..

So what's your version of the events? Payza is under the joint investigation by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice, yet Charles is pushing it on people most of whom should be staying away from law enforcement as far as they can. Something forced him to do that. What happened?

Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
Let's do a little walk down memory lane. Back on 12/16/15, Charles said (I left out his dig at me), and I quote:
"Well, Paypal’s legal and risk assessment team have fully refiewed TM, and I just had a conference with them yesterday on the phone. They have revealed that TM is doing very well from PayPal’s point of view.”
And of course I would be remiss not to quote you saying:
"if paypal will not do business with a program online neither will I .
Interesting isn't it that in less than 3 weeks, TM went from being the poster child for PayPal being legitimate to having PayPal terminate their relationship with TM. Of course since TM had an account manager assigned to it, one of two things had to happen: 1. The account manager discovered what TM was all about, or 2. PayPal discovered what TM was all about, and said nothing doing.
Now if you want to believe that PayPal just up out of the blue made this decision, then it kind of destroys the claim that TM had their very own account manager overseeing all their activities. Charles has known about it and is just now telling the members so he can put his spin on what really happened. There was a reason why PayPal changed their TOS when it came to RevShare programs.
And no it is not just one of the many things I have said about a program is in trouble when these things happen, individually, collectively or several at one time. TM has been having website issues, payment issues, server issues as evidenced by the comments from the members at MMG.

So y'all are stuck with Payza. Well, good luck to y'all. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
