Thread: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville

I think that Ernie didn't contest the Receiver's filing was he was afraid the authorities would come after him for his Traffic Hurricane Ponzi that he claimed was to help Charles with his Traffic Monsoon legal issues. He made this big statement that he was going to take the proceeds and send it to Charles for his defense fund. Then the Receiver stepped in and said no you won't. This scared him to not challenge the Receiver or he would be in bigger doo-doo than just the clawback. Just my 2 cents worth.

Seems that Charles has been released from Prison earlier than planned. The Default Judgment papers were sent to him at the prison where he was confined, and they were returned as not deliverable as he was not there and no forwarding address on record. This was probably due to the COVID19 pandemic that he was released early. He wasn't scheduled to be released until later this fall. I am sure he will have to report to an officer of the court for him to be monitored now that he is out. He will have to register as a sex offender and they will have his address so he can be served.

Now it remains to be seen how long before he posts on a forum about how the evil government was out to get him and he didn't do anything wrong mantra he has been spewing for 4+ years with all his appeals. Of course that was before he did a plea deal in the child molestation charges and was sent to prison.

I assure you it won't be long until he is online telling his "version" of the story that will have nothing to do with reality. Stay tuned, as the civil case may finally be entering its final phases so the Receiver can get on with issuing refunds to the true victims of his Ponzi.

I agree in principle with what you said, BUT his mail wasn't sent to the prison where he has been confined. It was sent to the Juab County Jail Utah where they send prisoners who are awaiting court hearings, trials, etc.. Also due to COVID issues, all government agencies are 4-6 weeks behind in files/records being updated and court cases being heard. I think if he was still in the county jail, it would have been stamped refused service, not returned as undeliverable. Also this was official legal mail and if he was there, they would have had to deliver it to him.

He may very well be still in prison, but there is also the possibility he has been released early. The prison where he was serving his sex crime is close to 150 miles from Salt Lake where the county jail is located. For some reason the court who ruled on his judgment by default thought he was still in the Juab County Jail or they wouldn't have sent his mail there. They would have sent it to the prison where he was serving his sex crime.

Hopefully the mystery will be cleared up soon.

To add even more confusion as to the status of where Charles Scoville is, I had a search done of all Utah inmates by an outside company that has a database of all inmates nationwide. They came back telling me that they could not find him in their search, and therefore could not verify he was still in prison, nor could they confirm he had been released. They also told me that their not being able to locate him was a very rare result as their database is 99.9% accurate. Their only advice was the records were not updated with correct information since the last report by the bureau of prisons. So the mystery continues.
