Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but the new General Data Protection Regulations relate to data processed within the UK / EU, don't they? The SEC is an American organisation, isn't it? And last time I looked, the USA wasn't in the EU. So how exactly does Jose think it can, or has to, comply with EU regulations? This is an attempt to get people to donate to the "cause." Charles alienated too many of the faithful who were donating with all his religious rants and then proclaiming himself a god. At least he didn't claim he was God.

They were also getting a lot of heat from the remaining faithful as to why all of the appeals were being filed instead of getting on to the trial and proving TM is not guilty of the 4 fraud charges filed by the SEC against TM and Charles.

I think we can safely say My Daily Cash Machine has officially gone where all good ponzis go - nowhere and fast.
