Uh Charles, the SEC did not shut you down in August, they shut you down in late July. You know after you transferred over $21 Million Dollars into your personal bank account and while you were trying to transfer more. The only limitation PayPal put on your account was the $100K limit for transfers at a time. I bet you had to work all day and most of the night to get all that money into your personal bank account, and all for naught. That's what you are really ticked off about.

According to Charles Scamville posting as his mommy. That whole moving $ thing into personal acct meant nothing...he was just protecting that $.

If Charles was truly going to win, he would have won at the haring back in November of last year. The appeal is nothing more than a lame attempt at trying to delay the inevitable of the civil trial and him losing there too. He knows if there is a civil trial he is toast.

When Charles gave an update on his new coming soon business venture, he spent over 1/2 of the update making the same ridiculous claims about TM not the new business. It didn't sit well with the followers. He just can't stop himself from talking about TM.

Not the people buying packs, the external ones that made all this grand givery possible. Random musing about a new business, well that feels more like it is geared to the scorned ad pack buyers. Come to think of it we haven't seen any references in the court papers from non ad pack buying advertisers about how much they miss people clicking on their ads to make the days 10.

When MMG was going full bore in the TM thread I asked all those spouting the virtues of TM and what great advertising it was to tell me how much did they pay for their advertising, and what was the increase in sales from this great advertising they gushed about? No-one answered my question. I then asked before you bought TM's advertising, what were your sales results? What were your sales results after you bought TM's advertising? Only one person had the guts to tell me they had no clue as they were only in it for the $55 ROI they were being paid for buying ad packs. Out of all TM's members, less than 2% actually had a real business they were advertising with TM. On the Traffic Monsoon FB pages those who had real businesses were lamenting how terrible their results were, that is until they got their posts deleted. Can't have any negativity or "haters" posting exposing the great advertising lie. The other 98% were advertising for people to join their other Ponzi so they could get the referral fee, or their other pay-to-click sites (remember this is what stacy was promoting with TM's advertising) they needed people join to get their referral fee from signing up under them. What Charles' gullible members never realized is that Charles was only delivering on 10% of all the advertising they were paying for. So they were being screwed twice and they didn't even know it.

If you own a business and you buy advertising you want results from your advertising. You track your advertising to see if it is working or not. If not, you change your ad to see if it works. Advertising is designed to increase sales or it is worthless and costs you money. This is how you know that TM was never about the advertising, but the 110% ROI. Only a small handful of TM members ever complained about their lack of results with TM's advertising; despite all the acclaim of how great was TM's advertising. But when you are part of a closed-loop advertising campaign, only those in TN saw your ads, and then only for a few seconds. Yep real great, awesome, incredible, fantastic amazing advertising.
