To date, Scoville has not executed that declaration.

This is all a lie. I know because Shirley Scoville has been declaring that Charles has provided everything requested of him by the Receiver and she still refused to give him a monthly stipend to live off of. Now Shirley Scoville wouldn't lie about this, cough, cough.

Scoville seems intent on proving to the receiver, court and victims he is a consummate liar and virtually nothing he says in any of his endless Facebook posts can be relied on as being the whole truth.

I believe it was questions about his involvement in the scam since he seemed to be putting himself out as some sort of insider throwing the big 'look at me' beach shindig and all.

Not forgetting his 4 hour videos explaining why TM was a "real business". If the Receiver sat through those, she has my sympathy.

Even his endless well of bullshit is running a bit dry after this latest setback.
My guess: whoever got that Payza $ just kept it & kicked Chirley to the curb.

2) What Judge Parrish DID say was that Traffic Monsoons' sale of ad packs differs somewhat from a run-of-the-mill ponzi, NOT that Traffic Monsoon was therefore not a ponzi.
