So here we go with the hand wringing, tearing of hair, and misinterpretations of the Judge's order to try to convince each other there is still life in this corpse! Anyone that thinks TM is going to survive the trial is getting too little oxygen to the brain. Probably will get more accusations of the judge being in the SEC pocket, the receiver is stealing all the money, yada blah, etc. !

I try to temper the joy I get watching these mouthy ponzi turds swirl slowly around the bowl by thinking of the actual victims but it's hard sometimes.

What makes it difficult (for me anyway) is trying to sort out the actual victims from the pimps that try to say they were victims so their names won't come up in the clawbacks actions.I do enjoy watching the perps circling the drain, though...

Silly me, I thought that the Sharley case, where he is accused of securities fraud with all the references to ponzi, is entirely different than the Mark Cuban case, where he was accused of insider trading! C'mon, Shucky, even you can't be that ignorant!
