Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
From what I see he is just confusing members/customers even more !
He claims it's their business, however, I have only seen scammer scoville named as the CEO, only scammer scoville listed on the SEC documents and scammer scoville claims that they are only customers/members.
There are many businesses that fail every year for numerous reasons, do their customers hold protests outside of the business premises encouraging more people to become customers so the business can continue, do they hold protests outside of the bank encouraging the bank to lend more money so the business can continue.
No, they move to the supplier that can satisfy their needs as a consumer/customer. Even a business that loses a supplier will find another supplier.
As Nostrils has pointed out there are hundreds of traffic exchanges out there, there are hundreds of rev share's out there !
So why all the commotion over one rev share that has a CEO with a history of scamming ?
I personally think that they don't really know if they are customers/consumers or owners/investors !

Of course they know what they are! Bear in mind what they SAY they are will NEVER match what they actually are! You can call them ponzi pimps, or players or whatever, they just want a fast buck and don't care who it is stolen from!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
One thing I have been hearing lately is that Paypal "stole" the $61 million, now the SEC has "stolen" the money.
If Paypal "stole" the money, how did scammer scoville manage to put $20 odd million in his personal bank account ?
If the SEC has now "stolen" the money how did they manage to steal it from Paypal ?
Also why is $61 million still being bounced about when scammer scoville managed to withdraw $20 million odd from that ?
What was it that the SEC got from Paypal ? around $47 million if I remember rightly, and we don't yet know the full extent of what has been found and frozen elsewhere.

He also claims that the SEC have not been in touch with him lately, despite him sending his protest videos and emails. Funny that because a little while ago he claimed that the SEC were targeting him !

Perhaps Sunil missed the part where he was just a customer? Scoville the US Citizen running a website in the US, using a US payment processor, and depositing money in a US bank is 100% what this is about.
Next time Sunil should buy ads in revenue share exchanges that don't sell to Americans and send his money to an island mail drop. These have always proven successful.

Considering $207M was pumped in, let's call it $25M is left and $400M is owed these folks could stand to start asking how much of their money Scoville and the pimps stole. I believe many are looking at their back office balances and still thinking that is what the SEC is holding. What happens when you get all your business updates in Facebook groups.

Think it's about 45-50M left including the bit frozen in his personal acct.
But more importantly, I'm curious where/how do you get the 400M is owed? I mean it might be true, but I haven't been able to get that from the SEC info. All I've managed to get definitively is that there are nearly 7 million ad-packs (6 million pending and nearly a million active), and so can work out an estimation of the "liability" on those- which I make to be $192 million (but it could be significantly less or more- that's the central average of the estimate!). [note: not a legal liability- purely a liability expected by the "investors" based on what happened!]
So none of this alters that I totally agree with the point you're making... it's just that I'm a details-monger! Grin.

This argument arises every time one of these things is busted.
For all his huffing and puffing and threats to storm the preliminary hearing, sillysunil obviously doesn't realize, while he may be "interested" in the outcome, he is not, by definition an "interested party"
IOW, he's a victim, not a stakeholder

Stacy , seriously, you should quit drawing the parallels between a ponzi scheme and your bakery, you sound stupid.
Unless of course if your boss solicits the public to work for him for unlimited salaries and in unlimited job positions.
Like, when you got your job did your boss :
1. said right away you hired without even looking at you background ?
2. said buy something first from him for $50k to get $55k salary, or something for $100k to get $110k salary or for more, but all you have to do just flip 10 burger buns a day at any "salary" you choose?
3. Said that you can bring the unlimited amount of other people and he will hire all of them and give them the same deal and pay you 5% cut ?
If TM really reminds you of the bakery you are working at , I am sure we might get the SEC interested in it as well.

I don't understand. I thought the hearing was in September and then it's October and now it's November?
What's going on? Why are the hearings being delayed?
What are the key dates here if someone could tell me please

It was originally 23 Sept and got put back to 1st Nov because Charles changed attorneys (and his new one has filed some stupid motions)... see the TM Scam FB if you want to see those motions or they're also probably in this thread somewhere too.

You are much closer than my $25M, effective clawbacks will also put more money in the pot. There is however a * to be addressed below.
As far as I'm concerned any money Scoville pulled into his personal accounts is fair game for other legal challenges. Let's say a crafty attorney takes a position that since Charles rolled members from one scam to the next that he was simply running one multiyear scam. Maybe it comes to light Scoves was involved in some swindles on the side and gets sued over those. While I consider these things to be a low risk in the total picture, they are a risk nevertheless.
The money held at the processors is a more conservative number, mostly though I would like Monsooners to start asking better questions like you just did.
52. Traffic Monsoon account at PayPal had $46,515,787 in the account as of July 11, 2016.
55. As of July 21, 2016, the TM account at PayPal had a balance of $23,316,843.
56. Scoville has wired the funds withdrawn from PayPal to the Traffic Monsoon account at JPMorgan Chase in Park City, Utah. From there, he has
transferred at least $21 million to his personal JPMorgan Chase account.
Since the freeze was lifted he has been withdrawing funds, apparently for his own benefit, as quickly as possible.

This has some payment processor balances as well if I recall.

To keep it simple 61M was paid out per below, this would satisfy 1,109,090 ad packs. 15,000,000 ad packs were sold/created out of thin air, 13,890,910 are still in back offices somewhere. If we use 7M, that means people collectively are expecting $385,000,000 (7M X $55) or more is due. It is a very specious assumption IMO that people would be walking away from 6M in ad packs without expecting their $55 per.
45. Since inception, $134 million in investor cash went into PayPal, and approximately $61 million was paid out to Traffic Monsoon investors prior to the PayPal freeze of TM’s accounts.

"Legally" people are going to get much less than they put in. I believe too many still have the expectation that what they saw in their back office is what the SEC is actually holding.

So some of this is to educate, some just for giggles. You could drive yourself nuts looking for numbers that you don't have, other than to say much more is owed than remains in the kitty.
It's not our job to prove the maths, it should have already been done by the "leaders" who earned commi$$ion$ off their downlines. In fact it should have been done prior to them taking dime one telling people what a no brainer TM was.
Since that data was never public no remotely competent person would have been advising anyone to plow money in. That ship has sailed, the very least affiliates that don't want to be suckered again could do is stop clucking about "buying ads" and put pen to paper thus seeing how little money is floating around.

All the stress of scamming is aging Jose Nonsense in dog years.
Its his own fault. He always ranting about not being a 9 to 5 slave....
Ma Dukes Scamville also seems to be losing it a bit.
(although there is a theory this is actually Charles Scamville)
Jose Nonsense took many comments out of that thread blasting Ma Dukes Scamville.

Ah, I wouldn't bet on Anita and Sharon turning up in Utah. They're having a little get together at present.
TM 336 Oct 16.jpg
What do you think they are talking about? Pets? Children and grandchildren? Clothes? Knitting patterns? Politics? Baking cakes? Films and music?
Or what excuses to make to get out of going to Utah, and what scheme they should go in for next?
Answers on a postcard please......
