(if his stupidity is all just an act as many of you believe, then he would know full well he's going to lose, in which case why turn up ?)

So... what happens for the hearing if he's a noshow? Presumably they rule against him.

Most likely the temp injunction becomes permanent, the seized assets become forfeit and subject to distribution to victims, and with luck criminal warrants are sworn against Charles, at which point if he is caught on US soil or wherever an extradition treaty is in place...!

I have watched the twistings and turnings of our resident contortionist Stacy, and a question that keeps getting away is: What the he!! does a bakery worker in Texas need to buy advertising for? The presumption must be made that he keeps on with the dumb act to bolster the image of ignorant victim so he can be in line when victim reimbursements are distributed...

Simple answer: He's a ponzi pimp doing what ponzi pimps do.

His "advertising" is for other ponzis.

Well he is nuts because information we have received says he is back in the US. It's not clear if he is at his paid up lease in Utah or living with his parents or another relative.

What was interesting to me is after the I'm broke and in the poor house claim he magically found the money to get back to the US on his own even though the Receiver offered to pay him and his family's plane fare back. He also made a demand for living expenses, but at last known report he had failed to comply with the Receiver's request for filing the necessary paperwork for a decision to be made.

I also think his attorney would not have taken the case if he had no intention of not showing up, and it was in their agreement he had to show for them to take the case. You can bet if he doesn't show, Ma & Pa will lose their house. Charles is a liar and a crook, but I don't see him causing his parents to lose their home. As fast as the time is flying by now, 11/1 will be here before we know it and we'll soon find out if he shows or not.

Remember the hearing on 11/1 is just the precursor to a civil trial if Charles doesn't do a plea deal on the civil charges. The first round of subpoena's that the Receiver sent are due back on 10/5. It is going to be interesting to me to see who is next on the Receiver's list to get a subpoena. It is apparent she is already putting the wheels in motion to do the clawbacks. All she needs is resolution on the civil case and the real fun begins. All the big winners in TM from the UK will be claiming the SEC does not have jurisdiction over them and they will fight to keep their ill-gotten gains. None of these characters will gladly pay back their ill-gotten gains. Going to be a repeat of Zeek.

The truly sad part is those victims that are hurting financially right now, who are expecting relief very soon are in for a big disappointment come 11/1. They don't realize it yet, but they will be lucky to see what money they will get back in 2 years; and that's the earliest it will be. When this realization hits, is when it is going to get really ugly with all the major pimps of this facing their downlines and their downlines know where they live.

Sadly I think the lies are what qualifies him for the "trusted" title for his two major audience sub-categories:
a) The Ponzi pimps need him to lie convincingly to keep their gravy-train going
b) The Sheeple need him to lie convincingly so they can bypass their tiny brains and activate their hypogreedamus and believe all the time that it's a real business that is "for life" and is going to be bigger than facebook, and that every time there's a payment hiccup then their beloved leader can explain it away in a jiffy, even if it's a nasty little glitch like the SEC shutting it down as a Ponzi.
