Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
Meanwhile, Adrian Hibbert, former eager Monsooner, is trying to distance himself from TM....
TM 294 Sept 16.jpg
Isn't it the case that the Zeek receiver has come after him as a net winner to pay back his gains? Does he think that he will avoid a repeat performance with TM if he decries it now?
It hasn't stopped him moving into the next little venture (or two, or three):-

Powerlead. Exitus. Futurenet. And some cryptocurrency thingy as well? Our Ade loves to try new things, obviously!

While not surprised at this news as it was clear Charles was not getting the financial support he needed to pay his attorney, the bad news now we have to listen to six more weeks of nonsensical posts about how TM is not a Ponzi BS.
If Charles thinks he can change lawyers at the last moment again and get it rescheduled, he is going to be in for a very rude surprise. I think I am going to buy stock in clothes-pins. People will be rushing to buy them in droves to put on their noses to stop the stench from Charles' posts.

Whoever he/she is, they really should be telling you to wind your neck in, and stop posting nonsense!
Neither the SEC or Paypal seem confused about what was happening.
5. In reality, Traffic Monsoon’s advertising business is a illusion designed to obscure the fact that it is offering and selling a security in a pure Ponzi scheme. Over 99% of Traffic Monsoon’s revenue comes from the sale of AdPacks. The company has virtually no other revenue from any other source. All payments to investors are made out of these funds.
46. In early January 2016, PayPal contacted Scoville and notified him that it was considering limiting his account. PayPal’s compliance department had noted that Traffic Monsoon’s account had some earmarks of a Ponzi scheme, such as very rapid growth and almost no chargebacks or refund requests.

Probably have to start a whole new scam and roll people over to get this debt paid off.

Lord....Charles Scamville truly lives in a dream world.
A pansy, Turdbird that just keeps clucking away...
He just figured out he needed a securities specialist?
He just threw a % of rather tiny amount of $ raised away on Ed Wall?
He knew last week yet didnt bother to tell the deranged TMers who made plans to go 2 Utah?
etc
Funny in a sad way.....

Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville
What I find interesting is that last year Charles kept talking about how his attorney had approved AHP as being a legal program and therefore TM was legal too. So since the attorney who reviewed AHP and said it was legal, why isn't this same attorney representing him now? If his attorney was able to state AHP was legal, why wouldn't this same attorney be able to represent Charles in TM since TM is based on AHP? These questions are for the members, for we know the answers. We knew Charles was lying then, just as he is lying now.

I'm an avid student of trying to demonstrate from what Charles has told the SEC that he doesn't (and never did have) enough money to pay the TM liabilities.
BUT, I don't think that this #2 you keep quoting really shows that very well? It's open to interpretation. My interpretation of what Charles meant by that answer is that when the frozen ad packs come out of pending they would then have resumed earning, as if the "gap" in which they were frozen had never existed. In other words he would have said for example that if a given ad pack had been live for 30 days... then the freeze hit... then when the paypal money became available that pended pack would be resumed with 30 more days (approx.) to run - whatever it took to reach $55 payout in the normal way.
So... the alternative- best I can find in what he gave the SEC is that he said there were nearly 6 million ad packs pended, and so the average remaining liability on each ad pack is half of $55 = $27.50 ... giving an estimated total remaining liability of $192 MILLION on those ad packs.

And that would have been fine had he also suspended them having to click during that time for those packs. (I mean, they were getting paid back their own money plus some to look at hamburgers they were buying. lol) He didn't, He owes them, and that is why that very question was asked.

Hmmm, interesting you say that! I agree I never saw any communication from him (or his pimp/leaders) that members with frozen packs should stop clicking. Nor did I see any communication that they should continue clicking either. In the discussions I read on the various FB pages about it, most people were saying "no point continuing to click"- so the impression I got is that most people with pending packs didn't bother to continue clicking! Also, it seemed "obvious" to me that the implication of Charles' "frozen, pending" was that those ad-packs were completely inactivated, and so it seemed obvious to me that there would be no need or point to continued clicking. In reality I expect some continued clicking and some didn't. Also, of course, a lot of those with pending packs soon bought at least 1 new active pack (as encouraged to do) so then they would have to continue clicking anyway (but no way to know what % of members in this boat).

if members knew those packs wouldn't have earned them money while they were sitting there, they would have freaked and is exactly why he never told them. The fraud reports would have gone through the roof.

I think Charles has going from playing word games (paying everyone's earnings) to outright lying (pay everyone's account balance and then some).

There were 15,000,000 packs sold, or obtained via imaginary compounding.
As Stacy told us $200,000,000 would have allowed for the purchase of only 4,000,000 packs.
11,000,000 packs were created out of thin air, a HUGE problem for Chucko. Perhaps the judge will let him settle them with doughnut holes?
Revenue from purchases of AdPacks, including rollovers $738.5 mm
Less cash taken in of $207M
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Scoville owes $531.5M using his own model without playing any what went where games.
These two documents give an approximation of how much cash may be lying around.
55. As of July 21, 2016, the TM account at PayPal had a balance of $23,316,843.
