Remember all those lengthy debates we had on the TrafficMonsoon LLC Facebook page Stacey (Stephen Sim is my married name)? During one of them you presented your own calculations that showed that there needed to be a high proportion of "other services" sold in relation to "ad packs" sold, in order for TM NOT to be a PONZI. So now that Charles himself has given his evidence to the SEC that 0.4% of the income was from other services, and 99.6% of the income was from ad packs, you seem to have convinced yourself that it is indeed a PONZI. Well done... pity it took you so long though.

We know Charles for the 2 millionth time. The good news is on 9/23 you are going to have the opportunity to explain it to the SEC and the Judge. Failure to show means you can't and all the TM members will know it. Thanks for boxing yourself into a corner with no way out except to show up for the hearing. Besides if they don't buy your story, you have William B there to show them his FB Timeline that proves TM is not a Ponzi. You should sleep well knowing you have this in the bag, so why are you so worried? Of course you will be without your staunch mouthpiece stacy, but I am sure your attorney can get his testimony done via a deposition at his house. Or you could pay for a house-sitter to take care of Grandma so he could come and appear in person. It's the least you can do for his dedicated service and carrying your water for you.

Just think, if the people who show up and have the records they have for their being part of TM, they will have more records per person than you have accounting records.
