Look at the facts: Scoville went to Dubai and proudly announced that a Finance Superman named Dr. Amin Forati President of D&B was new TM CFO and a TM bank would have been opened soon in Dubai. LOL, it was just a parade for investors while some money (17mil $ !!!) "floating" to Amin Forati paypal account to be cashed through assets that Forati/D&B has in Europe, like Switzerland or Austria were it is possible to link a paypal account to banks account. It seems now that Sec investigating on Scoville relatives to recover Tm funds while should investigate on the fact that Amin Forati as TM CFO could have managed all money!!!!!!

Charles, you are going to need people who had more than just people who generated "SOME" sales. Your problem is that less than 1/10 of 1% can actually verify anything as far as "SOME" increased sales are concerned. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. You are going to need 100% of your members claiming they made sales from using TM services, and not the majority of their income from referral fees and ad packs. Good luck with that.

There is a difference between jail and prison. Jail is for civil cases and prison is for criminal cases.

I don't know why Charles is even bothering with this request. All he needs is William B to testify showing his FB Timeline and stacy to explain to the judge how the SEC got it all wrong and are as dumb as all of us "haters" that he so eloquently debunked with his arguments. But I am sure besides stacy and William B, Sunil, Sharon James, Imy, Darren P., Lloyd Dotson/I M Bigg and Frank Calabro, Jr. will rush to volunteer to testify. I can't wait to see the list of his witnesses, but It is definitely going to be interesting to see "WHO's NOT" on his witness list.

The disconnect between the charges vs Charles and his defense seems on the insane side.

All the testimonials, etc make some sense after he is found guilty, (In order to determine higher or lower level of sentence under the guidelines ) but have ZERO mitigation on the actual ponzi/unregistered securities, etc charges.

NONE, and I repeat NONE of the admins of these Ponzi's EVER have any financial records. They know if they do the number of charges they will be facing will be much higher than if they make a Receiver have to re-engineer them.

These are civil / administrative proceedings, which cannot result in imprisonment.

Instead, the SEC has asked for civil money penalties,(fines) disgorgement of any "ill gotten gains" (I.O.W, any money taken in since TM began) the appointment of a receiver and freezing of all his assets.

The criminal action will follow later with a different set of charges and penalties i.e prison sentence

Just reading that now - hey, Chuckles and Trevor are around the same age bracket too if I'm not mistaken?

Yes and remember OJ Simpson was acquitted of a criminal charge. But it was the damages that he had to pay in the civil case that bankrupted OJ.
