It was in Perth, so I guess they figured you wouldn't come from so far away. Especially when they couldn't get more than 10 that were local.

Charles has multiple accounts and sadly this does not mean that he is back in the US. Hopefully he is, but he could still be in the UK. I am sure there are people in the UK who would really, really, really like to find him, and this may be nothing more than a ruse to get them to stop looking for him making them think he has returned to the US.

The problem you have with Charles is that he is a liar and a deceiver. Until it can be proved without any doubt he is back in the US, I am not buying it.

I'd like to think he was in Utah. His son certainly has to be returned to his mum, (if Charles has him?) who lives in Utah.
But I can't call this one. If he doesn't return, he'll be on the run forever. And Charlie might be a Grade A scammer, but he's also a dad. I
can't see him running away from his son for long periods of time.
But if he IS back, he'll be seeing the inside of a court room very soon. It'll be real interesting to see what happens...

What I cannout understand is why these people think the SEC is out to hurt them personally. Don't they realise that the SEC is actually trying to help people who put money into Charles's scheme/s? That they want to see people get money back, rather than lose it for good?
