So, substitute "Charles Scoville" for "Andy Bowdoin" and tell me why Scoville has a snowballs' chance in h*** of avoiding being nailed to the wall by the SEC and court.











Scoville may well be convincing the remaining TM members of his innocence.

I know others have pointed it out before, but here's the conundrum as I see it.

If the Monsooners were only buying advertising, and were not investors in a scheme; then they have paid for it and presumably had it. Therefore the SEC (and indeed Chazza) owes them nothing.

If they are saying that "their" money is being held onto by the SEC, then they must have been investors whose investment has been trapped by the SEC's action. They can't have it both ways.

Have I got that right? Please do correct me if not!

If these people (sunil & co) were advertisers, as they claim, why did they not purchase the ads for $10.95 without the share option.

If they had done that then they could claim that they were not investors !

It would also make good business sense to get the same advertising $39.05 cheaper.

If you read the document, they say that they have reached an agreement with a notary to notarize these for only 20 pounds each...well...here in the US, most banks will notarize anything for FREE...so is this yet ANOTHER way for them to fleece the sheeples?
