What is it with Ponzi biz flop owners and their insistence on always trying to compare what they do to 'McDonalds' franchises?! It's what happens when your legal experience is gained by watching Law and Order, you bank on your target markets' naivete, the type of analogy and anecdotal evidence used on the usual suspect HYIP ponzi forums becomes the norm and you gamble on the fact your victims have never heard of, much less been involved with ponzi / pyramid fraud or even read the transcripts of previous similar cases.

Lol, no as far as I know it has nothing to do with the great TM leaders.

Charles and his McDonalds comparison is the same specious defense of TM that stacy has used. So has Charles borrowed a page out of stacy's playbook, or was Charles feeding stacy what to say? Remember, stacy was putting all of us naysayer, "haters" in our places with his brilliant comparisons of TM to real companies. Well at least in his mind.

On another note, I am not so sure that Charles is going to take the SEC to court. I think he will reach a plea deal so as not to have to come back to the US thinking they won't extradite him if he is charged criminally. Can you just see stacy, Sunil, Sharon James, I M Bigg/Lloyd Dotson, Frank Calabro, Jr. and William Bryant on the witness stand for Charles's defense reciting their it's not a Ponzi and here's why stories. Entertainment better than any reality show.

And it's unbelievable how many people still think everything is fine. Can they be that gullible? That cnn breaking news photo, so many people think it is real!

Odds are it is a work Visa which can be extended.

Actually I am surprised that it has not dawned on the people trying to raise money for Charles to get an attorney don't ask why hasn't the wife provided the money for the attorney? After all she was a six-figure earner in TM and her assets have not been frozen. Well at least not yet. That is another reason why I don't expect them to come back. If she appears for a depo with the SEC, they know the SEC may very well get her assets frozen.

Personally I think all of Charles' posts saying the same thing over and over and denigrating the SEC and the Receiver is setting the members up for his explanation as to why he didn't fight the SEC. His excuse will be the SEC had it rigged against him getting a fair hearing, and of course the majority of TM members will buy this BS hook, line and sinker. He also thinks this will give him the ability to head up TM II with no consequences since it is not based in the U.S.

We have Charles harping on 'customers bought a service' and 'no refund policy' again.

Man, if I were an affiliate, I would feel taken advantage of and MISLED by Charles. Clearly members feel as though it was THEIR money frozen by PayPal and the SEC, but Charles says it was his!

Even though members signed the 'Terms of Service' saying they were SPENDING money on a service, the DOUBLE TALK by Charles and his promoters must have implied they would make money.

Again, posts like 'our business' and 'my money' does not suggest these people thought they were customers saying bye-bye to their money. Talk about a con. And besides the aforementioned, he lied to the members about where the sales were coming from. No wonder.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to pay all the people inside a circle without money coming from the outside. 99.6% was an inside job.
