Someone should point out to William Bryant, that self-professed attorney, forensic accountant and philosopher, that he is raising money under false pretenses. He said the gofundme account was to raise money for the TM members to sue the SEC and PayPal. Only one itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie problem William. TM members have no standing, including you. Only Charles and any investors in TM would have standing. Affiliates are not investors. You had better hope that no-one reports you or you could be in a heap of hurt.

All just part of the long con. If/when he goes to jail he wants his family to see him as a victim of circumstances. Scamville will be crying & carrying on at trial in an Oscar worthy performance.

I'm taking all this on.. and I don't know what to make of it to be honest. I didn't expect PayPal to do what they did. I didn't expect the SEC to do what they did. Whatever's happening it's outside of my control. People need to understand: Nothing related to the pain people are experiencing or have experienced is from something I did. I've been a law abiding citizen. Paid taxes, registered car, registered the business, had license for the business. There's a power out there and they have plans. I've operated this business with integrity. There's been people who cheated the system, broken the rules, and accounts have been blocked. All I know is that I'm just me. I had an idea, and put it out on the internet, and it's generated a lot of success in people's lives... and to all of you I'm grateful, and to God I'm grateful.. and I know there has been no investment offered on TM ever, and I just hope and pray now that through this I'll be able to pull the business through this on the other side, but most importantly to me is the people in my life I hold dear such as my wife and son.. my family.. friends..

Anyone that was involved in this or any other scam needs IMO to do both of these immediately. Actually with the world the way it is today, I would do both even if people haven't been scammed. (I don't know what the non US equivalent is but have to imagine there is similar) Personally, I would do the freeze with a police report that will also support them when suing their upline and reporting them to every agency that will listen.

I will add for the future if they have to run to Facebook or similar to ask the likes of a William Bryant where their money is they have already been scammed. If they have some system generated back office balance existing only in cyberspace they have already been scammed. If they can't contact a major financial institution directly for deposits, withdrawals , and balance checks just walk away. (Payment processors and soon, really really soon to be issued debit cards don't qualify)

Unless Charles gave them the "secret" to how he shared his profits, TM II cannot be the same as TM. Let's just assume for a moment that Charles goes to court and wins against the SEC. Why would he need TM II website? TM would be totally legal to operate anywhere and not have to worry about being shut down again. So having a company that is not located in the U.S. would be meaningless. Real brilliant anonymous people behind TM II aren't they.

The trafficmonsoon.plus website is what happens when criminals think they are above the law and that they know better...

It's going to be fun watching the mighty hand of the law in action with Traffic Monsoon...

What is obvious is that there were a group of people who put in a lot of money and didn't have a chance to get their seed money out. So they have banded together thinking the masses will blindly follow them into TM II so they can get their seed money back. This is all smoke and mirrors to con the members one more time. If Charles did give them the "secret" then he is involved. Of course there really isn't any secret, it is just new people joining and members reinvesting buying more ad packs, just as the SEC said it was.

If I were Charles I would be very concerned about all this talk about my death.

As a scam this will certainly bleed a few more suckers, just like the legal defense nonsense. Scoville isn't in the capacity, neither are the Ponzi Rangers who should have tried a "mother may I" with the receiver before this endeavor.

For the umpteenth time, Scoville provided the data that support the allegations. If anything was false, it came directly from him. Charles is not going to be cleared of anything. The SEC will prove its case and I would be shocked if Scoville doesn't end up in prison.


As previously pointed out, the "asset" Traffic Monsoon is in control of the receiver. Anonymous Staff doesn't have a legal claim on it to be giving it back to Scoville or anyone else. Any worth that brand has will be divided up among the victims. There is no need for any action beyond what the receiver requires to prove someone's claim.

Supposing for a second that Anonymous Staff did have the ability to mirror Monsoon, in the US they can't just "put the site to him" and ride off into the sunset. There would be tax consequences if TM+ was truly a viable business. Maybe that doesn't matter to the people that believed the rest of the ruse, it simply seems to me that no one pimping this mess understands even remotely how the law works.
