It is going to be interesting to see how long it takes for the court and the Receiver to shut down this new website, and have Charles explaining how they got the TM database.

There’s a whole load of *winkwink* we don’t know who’s running the new Traffic Monsoon website *nudgenudge* going around at the moment.

Perhaps none more comical than what Ernie Ganz is telling his fellow Traffic Monsoon investors.

Interesting isn't it that this is being put in place in case Charles dies, and oh if he doesn't win the SEC case. If I were Charles I would be worried about my longevity with this kind of talk by those who claim they support him 1000%.

Considering some of Ganz' past interactions with the law, I'm debating doing to this grape what I do to the cash gifters and peeling him.

Scoville as I read through some of the documents appears to have fallen on more than one occasion for OCC: Advance Fee Fraud. Little doubt a man this dumb could be getting a wooden nickels worth of advice from some shyster ripping him off. Does he have any clue how much trouble he is in?

Now a legal defense fund is set up on GoFundMe, is he buying a prom dress? His top notch attorney's can't set up a trust fund for his defense under their own name? Are people this stupid?

Then we have the pimps like Calabro that last month was claiming he had $400,000 in Monsoon, it was so robust. A seven figure earner, rags to riches, recruited 6116 people #boss-affiliate. Why isn't Frank in for $125,000 to get his $400,000 back? If fairness he did share a Mark Cuban SEC video on Facebook and that's almost the same. Are there no attorneys that would take this Easy W on contingency? Do the haters always have to point out the obvious inconsistencies?

All these "leaders" ever talk about is how much money they make, look at the swag they bought. You can do it too, but you have to pay first. When the "it" goes belly up, as it always does, the solution involves more OPM and staying smiley. As if this time, oh this time we're gonna get it right. So we're going offshore with an anonymous group of Monsoon Patriots, goody gumdrops. Have people learned nothing?

With this new website, and having the database of TM members, Charles' posts on FB were designed to keep the members in the fold for this TM version 2.0. It may also explain the scrubbing of the FB posts he made as well as others as this new website launched. They are bragging that this is registered outside the US and they are only going to take crypto-currency for total anonymity. This way if Charles does go to the slammer, when he gets out he has something to come back too. Of course that is dependent on how much time he would get and if they can keep it together that long especially since the business model can't sustain itself despite what they claim.

Needless to say, it is going to be interesting to see what the Judge, the SEC attorneys and the Receiver end up doing about this website disrupting their plans to keep TM going.

Did I miss the meeting or memo when the words Safe & Secure were redefined?

It's good SOMEBODY has been paying attention.

Amidst all the hysteria, Traffic Monsoon members have overlooked the fact the "new" Traffic Monsoon has no money.

Which means they have to start all over again by sending more money, to kickstart things, then wait another 60 days to see if there's any profit to share.

Aren't there laws in place to protect people's personal data? All those people who handed over utility bills or government id's what happens if that data is now being used by this mystery group?

It is beyond laughable. When I first saw that screen cap the other day, I was almost expecting one of the exchanges from the *ahem 'Chase manager' to say something like "Yeah, brah, totes a good idea to meet up for brunch sometime. Laters!"

And for any die-hard Scoville-ites out there that may be lurking about on these pages - your esteemed leader, business oracle and Ponzi guru is in the doghouse and he and you lot all inherently know it.
