I am sure glad that she and all the other major pimps are behind Charles and TM 1000%, or in her case about 0.0000001% of the money she has made in TM. I think Mr Scoville has done a wonderful thing in carrying my torch so brilliantly. Cheers to him! I just hope that that this sort of fraud stays being called a Ponzi and doesn't become a "Scoville"!!

You know Charles has to be beside himself right now wondering why his big hitters have not come up with the cost of his attorney. After all their claims of loyalty and support of TM and him, when he needed it the most, they are nowhere to be found to offer the assistance he needs. And all this time he thought they were his friends. He bought all their admiration of him and TM was real. Now he has learned it was all just empty words as long as they got theirs from TM. He has to be so disillusioned with all of them and wondering why they have deserted him.

But the real question the TM members need to be asking right now is why the major promoters, who have claimed their loyalty to TM and trust in Charles, haven't donated the cost of his attorney and what do they know that the TM members don't. Instead the regular TM members are the ones asking people to donate to the cause from the TM members who can least afford it, and who are hurting the most from TM being shut down. But this happens in every Ponzi, and as usual the big hitters have moved on to their next biggest and greatest Ponzi de Jour.

If he had already come out and railed them on facebook (he can certainly do enough brainwash 'updates') about it, I might (might) believe this is the case. He knows it's a scam just like they do. Hence all the faux justification posts and not one word about wtf haven't you funded my defense.

If this is their business, why are they not named on the court documents, why have they had no access to Tragic Monsoon financial records or reports, why are they not named as directors on the company documents or website ?

Simple answer, it is not their business, it is charles' business and charles is the one that is going to pay the heaviest price !
