The only unknown in this whole charade was the timing and how magnificently Monsoon would implode. Anyone that didn't see it coming is too stupid or bent to be offering much less charging for money advice.

There's no whether this will be seen through the legal process, only the extent is up for grabs.

It is abundantly clear if Charles is represented by an attorney it isn't a very good one, or they would have shut the man up months ago. Scoville either does a runner, goes to prison, or a psychiatric hospital at the rate he is headed.

Traffic Monsooners we have started building an upward momentum. People are making plans, the fight & fire is back in the bellies of the leaders. I am sure the SEC can see we are not the Average Revenue Share company. The SEC have a fight on there hands because. WE HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. We all worked hard, recruited our family & friends. People left the ball & chains of there 9 to 5 jobs. Food was put on peoples tables & amazing friendships & spirit were created. We never harmed no-one we never even critisized the competition even when they took digs at us. We are a group of millions of people who are trying to make this World a beter place. Its fine when governments create unneeded wars & when banks print money to hide there scams. We are normal people who want to be left alone to help eachother. It goes back 1000's of years in history where the rich powerful people take advantage & surpress the less disadvantaged people. I tell you one thing the SEC have an honest, determined and unbreakable group of people on there hands. Our money has been abused by PayPal & now the SEC has our hard earned money. I worked day and night to get to my tripple diamond status and i recruited 75 people in 140 days. I sacrificed a lot of my life & time to build my Traffic Monsoon business. SEC you have no right to take away my hard earnt money when the pharmaceutical industry keeps people sick to sell medicines for profit rather than bring cures out. SEC you are there to protect us the consumer not destroy our genuine businesses. I will fight for my justice till i have the money i am rightfully owed.

I'm finding it hard to believe that was actually written by a real attorney.

Plenty of foreigners hate Americans as it is.

It's troubling that Charles has been able to convince so many people that the SEC has stolen their money.

Many attorneys that are considered very reputable will write letters. As long as they are paid enough they are in. Tim Darnell got an attorney in Dallas to write a nasty Cease and Desist to me for $2,500.00. But, when one of Darnell's elderly and outspoken victims contacted said attorney and jumped to my defense Darnell was dropped like a hot potato. When I contacted the attorney as the letter directed me to he had already checked everything out. Writing lie-filled demand letters is not the same as filing with the court (as an officer of the court) and risking being sanctioned or disbarred. It seems the lovely gentleman that worte the letter in question is no longer fighting to save TM. Curious! Not!

lol. I meant in the way that we're told an 'attorney' wrote it. Just the whole format of the page is suspect. Where's the attorney's letterhead? What's missing under the signature? The arguments are childish. etc.
