Zeek Rewards’ receiver Kenneth D. Bell had no comment this morning on reports that some Zeek clawback defendants also were participants in Traffic Monsoon, alleged last week by the SEC to have been a Ponzi scheme that had gathered at least $207 million.

The reports appeared on RealScam.com.

In March 2015, Bell sued Adrian Hibbert of the United Kingdom, alleging he had received more than $82,000 in Ponzi proceeds from Zeek. Zeek was charged with fraud by the SEC in August 2012.

Another Zeek promoter listed by Bell as a winner in that scheme — Frank Calabro Jr. of the United States — also promoted Traffic Monsoon. Bell has expressed concern about online pitchmen moving from one fraud scheme to another.

Interesting that stacy since his last posts here has not been posting at EMS like he has in the past now that the TM website is gone. Seems he has now decided to stay in the confines of the TM FB page where like-minded people as him still have not realized they were lied to, and TM was all a house of cards. I can't imagine why they wouldn't approve me to join their group, can you?

I've spoken with a few lawyers lately. One thing is clear. Traffic Monsoon is not offering a security. It's not offering an investment. That is one thing very certain through these communications. A security is when someone makes a deposit or investment, and walks away. Does nothing. They rely upon the market to do its thing, and hopefully make a profit. There is no service provided to these "investors". Traffic Monsoon sells services. One service is the adpack. It provides a service. The company also is in need of service: surfers. Surfers are paid when they provide a service to traffic monsoon. Paid with money which actual money already exists and received by the company from the sales of ad services. Money paid from advertisers who made purchases 24 hours ago or more, the surfers provide a service to the company and view other people's websites. Every lawyer I've spoken to about this situation all believe the SEC is wrong in their findings, and especially wrong when they learn that there is more money available than what people have earned!
So why did the SEC file this lawsuit? Why have so many judges been recused from the case after being assigned? The SEC is getting paid. Are you? The receiver is being paid. Are you?
What is their intention here? Is it really to protect you? Or to grab the money? If multiple lawyers all say there is no investment here or any security... and the State of Utah Securities Division closed their file in the past finding no security.. what is truly going on here?

I look forward to their testimony stating the same......

he has absolutely no intention of it hence why I said he bluffed and the US called him on it.

It's interesting is that Charles and the TM Ponzi Pimps and players all truly believe that SEC employees are unsalaried and just sitting around waiting to bust the next Ponzi Scheme so they can get paid a commission...

I don't see how he can be 'drowning in debt' if he allegedly has spare cash to play around with high dollar Mustangs like he bragged on here and such. Plus, don't see how the government doing their job made him do that.

Scoville told the SEC he shared $600,000,000 with Monsooners through the magic of clicking, he showed back office balances making participants think they were entitled to this money. Early on some were able to withdrawal this manna from the ad clicker god. Is it possible these people were induced into buying more cow patties because of this whimsical math?

Any business that takes money from customers after making false representations with no possible way of delivering would be just as guilty.

It's probably easier for Stacy to blame the collective "they" than it is for him to accept he is part of the problem. He doesn't want to learn, if confused he doesn't ask questions. Maybe he just trolls, if he really believes this pablum you wouldn't know it from his actions.

Sammy Jane Absolute rubbish.. people are assuming just because they are involved it's the automatic shut down of a company that's wrong...SEC like to have a piece of the pie and will do what they can to negotiate and settle out of court so they don't have to court spend money not knowing if they gonna win or not..Every time a company is thriving and making a noise there will be people out there trying to ruin it..I don't know what the matter is with this world why people can't just be happy with others success..It's so wrong �� I am excited for my future in TM and it will be around for a long time...��
