I'm laughing at him talking to the SEC like they're talking him to buy into his scam.

and his telling them what his other failed scams, including one they didn't have, is lollerz.

The bit where they ask him about accounting records is funny....His reason for not having it is that it's "too much data" to keep...LMAO....

Charles claimed that adhitprofits closed after a pay processor in Aus stole 500k.....

Lawyers really aren't that expensive here....LMAO....

    And unfortunately,

there was a payment processor I was using with

AdHitProfits called EZY Bonds, and they had stolen

about a half a million dollars from the company.

Q What are they called, again?

A EZY Bonds. E-Z-Y, and then Bonds,

    B-o-n-d-s.

Q And they stole money --

A About half a million dollars from the

company. They had people wiring the money, and then

with that money they would be able to use that money

to make purchases on AdHitProfits. And then when

people would earn commissions or whatever, people

would make those requests through EZY Bonds to get

those commissions, but no one was getting paid. And

then when I asked for the money that they were

holding for my company to be sent to me, they

wouldn't send it, so they stole it.

Q How did you address that?

A I reported it to every known organization,

including the SEC. I reported it to pretty much

    everywhere --

Q Did you file a lawsuit -- sorry.

A -- including the ASIC. And I retained an

attorney in Australia, and it would have just cost

too much money. I didn't have that kind of money to

spend on that kind of a lawsuit, so I had to just let

    it go.

    BY MS. OKINAKA:

Q You've only taken out half a million to
    date; is that right --
    A That's right.
    Q -- from Traffic Monsoon?
A And it was to buy a flat in the UK, and
    that was it.
Q And then does Traffic Monsoon pay for you
to fly back and forth and so on?
A Yeah. There's business expenses there, for
sure. So when I did my taxes I took those as
    business write-offs, yeah.

When it comes to the question of the NY event Charles throws Lloyd Dotson aka Ian Bigg right under the bus.....

    One of the members that's

involved, his name is Ian Bigg. He set up the event.

He organized everything. He set up the hotel. He

booked everything up and then invited people to come.

And then the people that were already involved, they

came. And he said, hey, everyone, Charles is coming.

First, he asked me, can you come to this? And I was

like, yeah, I'll come for that. I'll come and see

    you guys.

Given what we now know, it's obvious Scoville was talking himself INTO trouble and not out of it, and had no clue what he was doing.

He must have thought the SEC interviewers were under his spell, just like the TM members and that they wouldn't just blindly accept his statements as fact.

How the heck he didn't realize that when an SEC interviewer asks you to spell out the exact name and title of each name you introduce into the interview, it means they are going to verify your story, I don't know.

Now you know why these things take so long.

Every claim he made, every event he claimed happened, every person and company he named needed to be cross referenced and checked.

is this scams thread still closed at mmg? interesting the first time it was closed and things deleted was a week after his April 25 interview.

I guess the 'massive traffic' is the same as the 'blind network'.

Yes the TM thread is still closed at MMG......To be fair the closure of the thread and the deleted posts were due to Elena's trolling....

while I would certainly attribute the deleted posts to the trolling, I'd bet dollars to donuts it was closed as a result of the interview.

I needed to save this so on a blue day I could come back and laugh.

Mark Lloyd TO ALL THE DOUBTERS OUT THERE, DIRECT FROM CHARLES OWN FACEBOOK PAGE.

I've had a very positive and constructive conversation with the SEC today, and they explained to me they have every intention to work out resolution with me without having to go through litigation. They said this is their experience almost all the time. They've moved the hearing until 23 Sept 2016 to give us plenty of time to work out settlement resolution. I stressed with them my priority at this point is to make sure that the people who have purchased the adpacks get the money that's owed to them. They told me that we'll sort out the plan for accomplishing that, and I'll work with the receiver to make sure everyone gets paid what is due through the resolution as quickly as possible. I outlined a plan for determining amounts to be paid. I told them that speed in getting this done is important, and to place urgency in carrying out this step. I know people want to get paid as soon as possible, so I even suggested a plan I believe this could be carried out nearly immediately. The next step is making sure the business can move forward from here without a revenue sharing position, still providing quality services, and still create a way for people to earn money by surfing ads.

Jack McGrath You are aware a receiver has been appointed and Charles is no longer in control of anything. There is no settlement coming and it will be years before you see pennies on the dollar. Scoville may be trying for an insanity defense with his latest nonsense as he will be facing prison time before this is all over.

    Mark Lloyd
Mark Lloyd Many SEC cases get settled out of court as its in the best interest for TM, SEC and all the customers. Herbalife got an SEC filing against it recently. A receiver is not been permanently appointed and its within the receivers best interest to work with TM if Charles thinks he can pay back everyone without a loss and also distribute the rest of the funds in order to take into account how many packs people are sat on.
There is absolutely no point in him lying at this stage as it would only be used against him as the authorities are no doubt checking his facebook account periodically.
So therefore if TM and himself were completely screwed then the best thing for him to do rather than lie would be not to say anything....but yet here he is making public statements. I'm going to stick by him on this one.

Jack McGrath Mark you are delusional, if you even bothered to read the complaint you would see there is no way Scoville can pay back what he owes. This is the man's 18th scam and he is full of **** like all the con men and women that promote these scams. The receeiver has been appointed by the court and what is left of Charles money has been frozen. Next will come the clawbacks from the net winners, as is the case with every scam like this. Then a few years from now pennies on the dollar.

Jack McGrath Jose Miguel Lamas Osio there will be a receiver appointed that will divide up the assets left and return them to the owners. This will take a about two years and you will need to fill out a claim form on the receivers website when posted. You might get something back, but it will not be the full $600. Anyone telling you otherwise has no idea what they are talking about, Monsoon is done and Charles has no control at this point. Expect criminal charges to follow

Mark Lloyd So Jack McGrath explain to me and everyone else, what happened to Herbalife? what happened to Fiat? What happened to HSBC? And until the hearing, the receiver is only temporary one, and therefore it is not final. An out of court settlement wouldn't end with assets being divided.

    Jack McGrath
Jack McGrath Herbalife involved the FTC and was not a Ponzi Scheme. The time for an "out of court settlement" has passed, you obviously don't understand the law. The SEC is moving to expedited discovery which means Scoville will have to produce even more damning evidence than he already gave. This is over, criminal charges will follow.

Mark Lloyd Have you read the hundreds of case documents? If you did, its only the opinion of one biased accountant and he wont even say it is a Ponzi scheme, he only sais it has the traights of one, so if I put a human in a cow suit, does it make it a cow or does it just have traights of one. It was made extremely clear in the interview what people were purchasing, and if people purchased for an investment which a lot did, then they breached the terms and conditions they agreed to. Charles has absolutely no legal representation, they would not move the hearing back 8 weeks when they could have just got it over and done with. The case is actually very weak against traffic monsoon.
And he is within time for a settlement

Jack McGrath Zeek Rewards and Ad Surf Daily are great examples of what is happening here. In fact some of the same liars that promoted Monsoon promoted those. And this was Scoville's 17th scam so I don't know who you think you are kidding. Anyhow this might help you understand how this will play out if you stop parroting and start reading.

Jack McGrath It is not hundreds of pages, it is 20. Items 67-70 very clearly label Traffic Monsoon a Ponzi scheme. Just as it is very clear to the SEC liabilities far outweigh assets which is why the froze the bank accounts. Obviously you are going to just repeaat what you are being feed so there is little point in my arguing with you until the time you actually chose to read and think. You can google the case since Facebook won't let me post the link. Case 2:16-cv-00832-DB Document 2 Filed 07/26/16 Page 1 of 20

Jack McGrath It's 20 that you haven't read since you didn't even know it very clearly calls Traffic Monsoon a Ponzi scheme and an unregistered security. Which would further explain how this is going to be prosecuted, securities violations and wire fraud. Same as Zeek and ASD, like I said, unless you are going to stop parroting typical pimp drivel and actually bother to understand the law you are wasting my time.

Mark Lloyd This is just a filed document to prosecute, they are just allegations. Just because the SEC calls traffic monsoon a PONZI dosent make it so. He needs to be found guilty for it to be true. All they needed is a very biased accountant who has worked with them for years to say yes I believe it is and then they can put it on that document. That document means NOTHING in court without referring to the evidence where the statement has been deduced from.

Actually I was quite happy to accept TM being a Ponzi scheme if the evidence was there, but by the definition above it really isn't, and therefore isn t breaking the law

Jack McGrath That document was based on evidence Scoville provided. You really aren't very good at this. Your lack of comprehension and government conspiracies may placate people stupid enough to invest with you, but this was a Ponzi and is all over. It is as I said, a receiver now has the assets and criminal charges will follow this civil matter.

Mark Lloyd that document was based on SELECTIVE evidence from all sources which only backed the prosecution, so is a one sided view of a big picture. Have you said Ponzi so many times you actually believe it? Because saying something is dosent make it so. Don't know where government conspiracies come into anything nor where the assumption that I ever recruited anyone into traffic monsoon came from, but you've not compiled a single argument as to how traffic monsoon is a Ponzi

    Lisa Fredricks Parker Sandoz
Lisa Fredricks Parker Sandoz Ok Mark Lloyd, look, you are a very special level of moron. That is fine if you are happy being such, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not infect others with your stupidity and do not expect intelligent people to buy into your idiocy. Crawl into your cave and be a hermit, believing whatever you like, rationalizing it however suits your desires, and leave other people alone. You are so convinced you are correct that if you were (in some alternate universe) to be found to be right, you will win big time--your funds in TM will multiply dramatically and you will be.the richest person on earth. You can then emerge from your cave and gloat over having been right all along. World domination will be yours for the taking!
(Oh, and yes, I have read every page of the documents presented and Scoville is FINISHED, TM is FINISHED , and perhaps this time around Scoville will start enjoying a view with bars in it and being careful not to drop the soap.)
When that happens, if you made any money already from TM you'd be well advised not to spend it. If the Feds want it back you may avoid that bar view for yourself. Otherwise you can enjoy not dropping te soap right along with Criminal Charlie!

Mark Lloyd Having an opinion and being able to back it up with hard facts seems to be too much of a challenge for people like you to be able to discussion with. The fact you feel the need to name call shows you have not a valid argument to make towards me. I have been decent to everyone I have spoken to on here so really all your post does is show everyone exactly how to take you...with a pinch salt

Jack McGrath Mark Lloyd all you did to start this conversation was quote Charles Scoville a known scammer on this his 17th scam. Where are your hard facts? As for my assumption that you recruited anyone into Monsoon it came from your post, maybe you failed at that in the same way you don't have your initial investment much less $42,000. I also notice you were telling people you could withdraw your money at any time during the infamous Paypal freeze. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater

Pt What do you have to do?

    Mark Lloyd
Mark Lloyd No pyramid scheme. You work for the company by directing traffic on Internet websites, 10 sites a day. Then however many shares you have in the company will depend on how much they pay you a day. 1 share=1$ per day for 55 days.

So where's the investment come in?
    Like · May 26 at 4:42pm

    Mark Lloyd
Mark Lloyd So basically you purchase Internet traffic which is intended to be sent on your own website, one advertising pack comes with 1 share. You don't have to even use the traffic, just exploit the purchase for the share. Each share will return 20% over 2 months

Mark Lloyd Yeah it's not for everyone, me and a college have been messing around with this company for over a year now testing on a smaller scale. It's always worked apart from a lul in profits for a couple of weeks when they upgraded their system but that was all transparent by the company

Mid level marketing I'd believe it when you start making profit from it mate because at the moment your still in the minus from what you invested.

    Like · May 26 at 5:22pm

    Mark Lloyd
Mark Lloyd I can withdraw any time I want now, just gradually moving funds to another company and maintaining current shares in this one. I'll then be doing the same with that one on a 3rd.

Mark Lloyd Very low risk as it's short term investment, then when you withdraw investment money your left to play with your profit or you can just withdraw the profit and call it a day
