probably steve lawson. his number should be up to 80k by now they way it's been growing in his other posts overnight. (sarcasm)

and that pretty much proves scammer scoville knows exactly what is going to happen and is now trotting out the "I can't afford to fight" excuse as to why it will not go his way.

hilarious how in one sentence he claims 'settlement discussion with the SEC' and in the next, tries to give the illusion that some at the SEC are saying it isn't a ponzi. that's why I believe he knows exactly what's going on and what the consequences are but needs to make himself look the victim.

I thought we had educated most of these people years ago that the SEC gets paid by "we, the taxpayers".

The TrafficMonsoon suckers will eventually get a percentage of whatever funds the receiver can recover.

The SEC does not get a dime of TrafficMonsoon money.

I guess Sharon James missed that memo.

This is beyond parody....I do beg your pardon, beyond wonderful. Anyone who can come up with such lines as "Like the colours of a peacock, keep rising", while bagpipes and heavenly voices play in the background, has got to be the top video maker on the internet scheme circuit. Everytime I feel a bit low, and want a good laugh to cheer myself up, I'll know where to look.

Apparently Charles doesn't know either.

A 200 million dollar 'advertising business', and to quote Charles, "I didn't have statistics to show me which services revenue came from. To me it didn't matter."

I hope rapping is not their day job, but then that explains why they were in TM. God that was painful to listen to and had to give up after about a buck fifteen. Hard to believe that they went on for 2:49.

Someone should tell this TM member that Paypal DID return his $80,000 on July 11th.....It was then stolen by Charles who transferred it to his personal bank account....

Yes, Charles' personal accounts are included in the Complaint filed by the SEC:

"7. In order to halt the ongoing fraud being perpetrated on investors, the Commission

the federal securities laws, as well as disgorgement, prejudgment interest and civil penalties from
Traffic Monsoon and Scoville. The Commission also seeks emergency relief in the form of an

started reading that and went back to around that date in this thread. the first thing I picked up was the big NY meeting was the 14/15th. makes one wonder if there were any undercover at that.

3 days after the SEC interview is when he started accepting bank wires

4 days after he dragged his new wife into this SEC intervew is when her facebook and mention of her on his pages disappeared .

When asked Charles claimed that none of the events were organised by TM....He claims that members organised the events and he just went to "show support"....

interesting that he can't remember what he allegedly, recently, went to college for and where, but remembers exactly where he worked at age 15 and that he went on a mission for 2 years.
