It's the only part that is good. I loved it when he claimed banks print money. He's truly dumber than I thought he was. What was pathetic was all the accolades he got from his followers for spouting sheer nonsense.

What really pisses me off is the notion that the SEC wants a "piece of the pie". These imbeciles just don't get that the SEC stepped in to protect them. I've taken many a hearing for the SEC and they never even file a case unless they have enough evidence for it to stick...criminal charges always follow. And who is Charles going to hire as a lawyer? All his assets have been frozen. Legal Aid, maybe....or, he'll try to run off to Dubai to escape extradition.

Charles may believe that since he's cooperating with the SEC in the Civil case that he'll be able to live happily ever after in the UK. But, criminal charges will eventually be filed against him. Only then will he be able to plea bargain...

It's not such a big leap when you think what it took them to get where they are.

Hear from someone on the interwebs "pump in a bunch of money, click 10 ads per day, and some other guy on the internet will share tons of cash with you." Just because.

The real suckers sign up on the spot.

Others aren't sure, so they check it out...

They view a scam site that explains everyone promoting this has said the same things about identical "opportunities" before. Read things like this is Scoville's 17th scam. That top promoters like Frank Calebro Jr. promoted two other identical scams in Banners Broke and Zeek where people went, or are in the process of going to prison. They take this information back to their upline and accept that these things are just being said so traffic can be sent to our website. That we're jealous, broke, or don't understand the model. And they sign up.

That those same people falling for Monsoon will fall for a government conspiracy used in previous scams, not a stretch. They will continue to turn to Facebook for updates until the updates are no more. Some of them are even thanking the very people that screwed them.

Poor stacy is still searching high and low all over the Internet to try and find something that he thinks will allow TM and Charles to win against the SEC. He just can't grasp that it's over he wants to believe so badly Charles will win and the SEC is wrong. His latest search resulted in this from William Bryant, who he thinks is also a genius and of course is right and us "haters" and "vigilantes" are wrong, and I quote:

The SEC's lawsuit against Traffic Monsoon could not stand the scrutiny of an independent analysis when gauged within the proper context of revenue sharing and how it should relate to a business on the internet in a country governed by capitalistic rule. The Unite States was the first country founded on the principles of making money and that is what Traffic Monsoon does: It makes money by establishing a global network for that purpose. Traffic Monsoon doens't use any money from any of its members purchases as an investment towards generating more capital, and therefore our business of allowing members to purchase adpacks to gain revenue from does not constitute an investment and is therefore out of the SEC's jurisdiction.

The fundamental question as it relates here is: Could not a revenue sharing business exist offline? Yes, it could and therefore the same principles would apply to the possibilities within Traffic Monsoon as an online business.

The problem is that the SEC has a motive which intends to not consider Traffic Monsoon as it would relate to an offline example of revenue sharing but wants instead to create a nefarious example of what Traffic Monsoon is. But the SEC is only an outside entity attacking Traffic Monsoon. They are not the law of the land and their allegations of what Traffic Monsoon is should not be our concern when we keep in mind that Traffic Monsoon is accountability in motion.

As I said, I'm not concerned about the SEC's lawsuit. What I'm more concerned about now is whether Charles Scoville is going to give in to the pressure he's feeling from all sides. I'm concerned that Charles Scoville is going to attempt to appease the tyranny of the members who are panicking and the tyranny of a run-amok SEC which has made an arbitrary attack on our business.

Charles Scoville's problem now isn't the SEC or the members in the manner we think it is. His problem is that not enough people can articulate his business the way he (and I) can and therefore he's feeling the pressure to compromise his business for the sake of saving our members from harm from the SEC.

That's where he will go wrong because in doing so Charles will try to change Traffic Monsoon to fit the SEC's ideas of what Traffic Monsoon should be instead of fighting them all the way.

For example, Charles should not be offering now, at this early stage of the lawsuit, that he's in talks with the SEC and that they are talking about changing some aspect of Traffic Monsoon to adjust to the SEC's ideas of Traffic Monsoon. Instead, Charles and Traffic Monsoon should be filing a counter-suit against the SEC for damages.

Think about the millions of dollars we're losing every day because of the SEC's slanderous actions against our business. We should not be in talks and discussions with them because we've tried to appease them before and we see now how they turned on us. Charles gave the SEC total access to all our records and methods of operations of Traffic Monsoon and the SEC took what he gave them and twisted our business into an evil scheme. Once an entity such as the SEC shows you what they are capable of, you should never trust them again.

Instead, now we shouldn't just be challenging their assertions of what our business is, we should be fighting back with our own suit against them. They are costing our business money and our members as well. Traffic Monsoon is us, the global members, and as such we could possibly draft a potential class action lawsuit against the SEC for interfering in our business.

I don't want to compromise with the SEC for the sake of nothing! I want to challenge every aspect of their lame lawsuit. I want to counter their lawsuit with one of our own against them for damages to our brand. What we should be doing is continuing our trend of setting precedents by challenging head on this attack on our business. We can change the paradigm on what it means to generate income in an internet age. We can take our business model all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary, I don't care about how long the fight would last, I care about giving into tyranny, I care about giving into an arbitrary rule.

Traffic Monsoon is not a "Ponzi" as it is impossible for a "Ponzi" to generate more money than it would owe out across its "Ponzi" members. Regardless of how much sales we have of our advertising services compared to the adpacks sales, the fact that we have services which can be quantified as having delivered within the intent and scope of our services is indicative of our services not being a smoke screen to cover up anything.

Many of our members in Traffic Monsoon have never bought an adpack but have used our services and gotten great results from doing so. And members have gotten great results from advertising via our adpacks themselves.

Therefore, we don't have to try to adjust our business model to fit the SEC's small little box of what our business is. We should be fighting them all the way.

More than just our business is at stake here. This is truly an example where the principles involved are also worth fighting for. Therefore, I am not concerned so much about the SEC's actions as much as I am concerned that Charles Scoville will give in to the tyrannical pressure he's feeling from both sides of the proverbial aisle- the pressure from the members who never understood their business and the pressure from the SEC who refuse to try to understand what our business really is."
