Obviously Sunil has a reading comprehension problem because the TRO clearly states and proves that TM was a Ponzi. They have all of financial records from Charles himself, and they quote them in their TRO. But then we had the same things said in every Ponzi when it goes down by the major pimps. It is entertaining to watch them making fools of themselves for all to see.

lol @ charles latest post regarding Good news! I've spoke to SEC and they're willing to forget about it (Paraphrasing)... One doesn't simple call up SEC when they've been investigating you and got a court date set ... and have a simple chat about restructuring... Cannot believe the TM zombies are falling for this.

I've been lurking for months but this saga has motivated me to sign up. I really want to make a thread about Zukul but that's a whole other issue right now.

And some thickos will do it. I only ever did one stupid mistake in online stuff and i never listened to any of them crooks again, even though they tried to get me to join TM.

Thing is, anyone who is a leader in an RBO (recruitment based opportunity) knows what they're doing. They know how the system works, know it's a scam, and lie through their teeth.
