Trained authorities have have given us both the Howey and Koscot tests. Since they have previously been explained to you with no success, there is no point in trying again.

TM is the same scam as ASD, anyone that can't see it is promoting it. (Sorry, that's just my negative opinion)

You, Lynn and okosh have been watching these things for a while, what is it you guys can see that makes any material difference between the "next-big-thing" ponzi / pyramid schemes such as 12Daily Pro, CEP, AdSurf Daily, Zeek Rewards, Banners Broker, MAP and Traffic Monsoon, (other than the fact TM and MAP haven't been busted YET, that is)

Before you answer, you'll notice I used the term "MATERIAL difference" as used by a court in deciding if the fact some ponzis claim to sell "banners" will others use the terms "banner impressions" or advertising credits "penny auction bids" or whatever the trend of the day is and yet others claim their terms-of-service agreement cancels out liability for their illegal practices.

Elena is neither anti-scam or a cheerleader....She just loves to argue for the sake of argument....Elena has no money invested in TM....Her interest in TM is limited to some members of RealScam posting in that thread....She is very bitter at being banned from here and would walk over hot coals to get to an argument with RealScam members and to continue a fight that only exists in her mind...

Best way IMHO to deal with Elena at MMG is to completely ignore her posts and never reply to them...By replying to her posts people are giving her exactly what she seeks and desires....

Imagine giving a known scammer a copy of your id, name, address, dob and password for traffic monsoon (which for many people is exactly the same password for everything).

With that information all kinds of things can be done from making a bank account, obtaining credit or be sold on to other criminals.

I see it being sold as they need the same dupes to follow them to the next con and can't have the stolen identity stuff tied to them out in the open. selling it leaves a lot of others to be blamed.

This uploading seems to occur in every scam of duration when the money dries up. We certainly saw it in the http://www.realscam.com/f8/banners-b...html#post44673 which Hustlers like Calabro promoted as the real deal. Longtime readers might remember Zeek Rewards compliance, tax and marketing issues to keep things on the upy upy with the law. Calabro loved that one too.

Amazing how the "opinions" of the haters on things like ID requests have a nearly 100% conversion rate to reality.


I can only speak for the US, but as whipper previously mentioned 1099s should have been issued to all TM affiliates that earned over $600 in 2015. This is a matter of fact, not opinion for the Stacy's of the world. Also FNO is ALL income whether withdrawn or not is considered taxable under https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/1.451-2. This always seems to pop up around tax time, so I'll save the trouble of asking the no nothing leaders.

Second, any cash transactions over $10,000 need to be reported as evidenced here https://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Small...-of-Over-10000. All the BIGG players long ago should have had their details verified.

Long story short US affiliates as a matter of LAW not OPINION should have already had their information on file. Why don't the leaders know any of this verifiable, trained authorities knowing knowledge? Really should people have to come to an anti-scam site to have tax law explained to them?

Scoville for all his blather about top attorneys seems not very well represented, or lying. If affiliates think the Paypal charade is a mess, wait until the funds are attached by a real IRS lien.
