I do agree that everything helps. I just have my eye on the prize. Sorry if I sound preachy. If someone has a better solution, I'm all ears. Harsh as my position sounds, about making endless chain recruitment based opps illegal, I see no other way.

We can't police all the criminals, so we have to make people responsible for the own actions. (Drunk drivers, not alcohol sellers)

This may be a little technical for the "I got paid" crowd, or in the case of Monsoon, "hope we get paid round August" crowd. You guys can just enjoy the stuff Bigg bought with your money, ask him about how cool it is.

All I really heard was regurgitated Rich Dad drivel about deprecating assets and tax advice that was equally uninformed.


Bigg mentions taking deductions for his truck over five years which is silly since it is a 179 asset, that is if he really has a business. Due to its size, almost certainly fully deductible year one. The only reasons I can think someone wouldn't take it is they don't know about it (that's not so bad ass) or they aren't making enough money (equally un-bad ass).

No wonder we're three scams up, and three scams down with this guy.

vehicle is a 1999 at worst, 2005 at best. I believe that loophole was only one year. contractors were allowed to buy big iron too - backhoe, excavator, etc

I put this out as food for thought, China is pretty harsh with its punishment for Ponzi and Pyramid schemes. As in the hangman might slap your wrist on the way up to the gallows.

Yet, I can think of several billion dollar scams that either targeted or originated out of China. Maybe people think "this guy will be hanged if this is a scam", so it has to be legit?

For discussions sake I don't know there is much difference if Scoville was arrested for fraud versus having eighteen scams to his name in how many of us would invest with him. Of course others have the doe eyed notion that if Monsoon was illegal the authorities would have moved in, and Chuck has learned from his past hiccups.

As much as I hate to say it until the latter happens, the first is nearly impossible. Too many of the people getting involved in these schemes want shiny stuff on the easy. Even if these things weren't charades telling some folks the world will demand a little more than 10 clicks per day and a BMW pic on the fridge is anathema.

Per Ernie Ganz, TM now has a 24 hour an online chat feature. Any bets on how long that will last? LOL!
