thank you for the welcome . please dont look at any debate i start as an attack towards you or anything you guys believe . what I dont like is the need for some to use deception to make something look worse than it really is. I do try and poke holes in that bashing technique. if you guys feel charles is breaking any laws by all means report him to paypal , the sec etc and explain to them any real solid evidence that he is telling people to invest and that they will receive guaranteed money in return for that investment.

I know some people got hurt in ahp . mostly due to folks not knowing what they were buying . they listened to the big promoters say join me and make 20% per day crap . they never once listened to anyone telling them you do know that your buying yourself advertising that you clearly do not need ... someone should have been telling them that . they also didnt listen to anyone telling them it was a scam or a ponzi they just seen the $ signs which is unfortunate. I have always felt you can deter someone with the truth far faster than you can with an opinion or false made up accusations.

Stacy: First welcome to RS. Glad to have you here and hope you will post regularly when you have the time.

I felt it was only fair for those here to be able to read what you had to say about TM since there are few here who support TM like you do. Wanted to keep it fair and balanced so to speak.

You should also be asking why Charles is promoting Imy at all the European presentations since all he is about is making money and getting rich from being in TM. Ken Russo is a piker compared to him. Charles is just as guilty as Ken Russo in my opinion for letting Imy and Ken push the concept of getting rich. Charles does not get to have it both ways.

Despite all the claims of the other revenue sources of TM, they are all from members, not outside revenue that is needed for TM not to be an illegal pyramid scheme. TM is fast approaching critical mass, and when it does it will soon start falling apart just like AHP and all of his other failed programs. Besides the competition in heating up and there are dozens of new revenue sharing programs coming online in the coming weeks. Of course they picked the wrong time to do so because Black December is just a mere few weeks away. They will be lucky to survive December, but some never learn.

the main difference that Ive seen between imy and ken is Ive never seen imy make any investment claims like ken did in that coop thread that crap pisses me off...lol. at least he says the same things as Charles in every video that Ive seen that we are not investing . we buy a service and are being paid back as a bonus. i am a very open minded person and i believe that most of you guys mean well and I too share the sentiment that anyone wanting to live off of programs like this and do not plan on doing any real work but click on 10 ads a day need to find a real job. You do need to use the services , you can make money telling others to buy the services can make you an income also , but some only telling folks you will get a fixed return is not right and illegal. trying to live off of the share revenue itself is not a smart idea. Charles can do many things to try and keep the hit and runners from milking a website dry but ultimately it comes down to current sales and future sales . he cannot print money. so he needs to have extra income and products outside of the sales of the share itself to help back up the revenues.

Just because you don't call it an investment does not mean that it isn't. Ask ASD, Zeek, TeleFree, Profitable Sunrise, GemCoin, Wings Network, Achieve, Zhunrise, WCM777, and the list goes on and on and on and on as to how that worked out for them. All of them said don't call it an investment, when they were clearly an investment. But if you want to know what is classified as an investment/securities offering, all you have to do is read the Howey Test. If those 4 elements are present, it makes no difference what the admin calls it, it is an investment and a securities offering.

Just because Charles does not "guarantee" a stated return, does not mean you are not investing, it is not a HYIP, or an illegal pyramid scheme. The moment Charles misses a few payments, they are delayed for any length of time, or he cuts the payout percentage the members will be screaming scam. This notion that just because he says you could not get paid if the revenue is not there, does not mean he isn't running an illegal pyramid scheme. the hyip programs do not offer any advertising purchases . i joined a few of them never again. One had been online 1097 days paying 8% a day up to 108% the day i joined it closed...lol. I would like to know how they can operate with no sale of any products ?

I wonder how paypal still has a good relationship with charles in regard to ahp .?
Im sure once the earnings dropped under 1% per day everyone filed a dispute at once . then they were told by paypal. That you did sign fully knowing that it was an advertising purchase and that any bonus money back from ahp is not a guaranteed return . paypal account still working fine on ahp ... i would guess the same applies to the monsoon . folks can dispute all they want but those earnings on the adpacks are not promised in any way shape or form .

In response to the outside revenue how would one set that up exactly . i know retail stores you dont have to be a member to. buy something you pay cash at the point of sale. How would charles be able to receive money from anyone online if there was not a sign up process? When i bought advertising from google i had to sign up as well. That made me an adsesnse member. I could not drive to their headquarters and hand them any cash . lol

The services are not worth the money he charges for them. The only reason people are buying these services at these prices is to get revenue shares. The moment he is not able to pay revenue shares is the moment people will stop buying at these prices.

Some of the services have been booked now until 2018 the login ad purchases and start pages. Until 2017 . Im guessing someone is finding value in that service to purchase that many of them up. And you do not need to buy the other forms of advertising to reveive a share . those other purchases will not share any money back to you . they only provide the service.

As a member of TM I would not be "investing" I would be "buying advertising"....and I click on adds everyday and get paid a "bonus" to do so...And these adds that I view are for the most part adds for other "programs"....

So what is the difference between the business model of Traffic Monsoon and the business model used by Charris Johnson in 12dailypro back in 2006??....

All i can take screenshots of is my back office . if i cant buy a login ad until november 4th 2018 then id say the information is true . why block a sale ?

I have no idea about about 12daily pro . i was not in that one. I can say that on the monsoon more focus is directed at the advertising than the revenue sharing. For instance on global ad share . jbp etc they used a. Fake advertising product to try and hide behind. Just the one. Completly unsustainable. I know that for a fact . in the monsoon there is 8 other purchases completly away from any rev sharing that help keep the rev share pool filled. Only one product shares revenue. Some say no one purchases the other products . i have . so i know that to be a false statement. Again i say i respect your opinions and ill never try to change them all i can give you is my experiences whether good or bad . i dont need to lie about anything to prove a point..
