Full of perverts is a bit too strong of an expression, a pack of vicious and malicious haters is closer to the truth. I've been extremely disappointed with RS for mishandling Stacy's case and didn't express this disappointment correctly. I can no longer participate in RS agenda with clear conscience, but would still be happy to see the end of the fight.

In some cases it can take being vicious and malicious to bring an end to something. What Tm, Charles and Members like Stacy are doing is just plain wrong, and anyone actively promoting it in the way they do is just evil. When youve got to the stage that you believe your own lies then your truly lost.

Today's "hurry up and wait for your cash" makes no sense. Why would Paypal be playing Pat-A-Cake after they said they were going to release the funds? In fact why would they say it at all, if there was any legal question about holding the funds their lawyers would tell them to shut the hell up. On the other side, why would Scoville's lawyers issue a "demand letter" for something Paypal allegedly agreed to do in writing? Pretty certain a first year law student could get such a promise in front of a judge and force Paypal's hand to release all the funds.

That of course would be me speculating on what might occur in a world where I thought any of this was true.

Goodness knows how he's interpreting what has happened as being good news for either Traffic Monsoon or Payza, but he has.

Is he not conflating a judge ordering the release of funds being held by Payza three years after the collapse of a Ponzi with Paypal allegedly holding TM funds?

Even if the two were identical, like say a receiver doing actual accounting in the case of Zeek, sure is grasping at straws to hope anyone will be seeing money in 6 months. Specially considering the SEC was involved in Zeek, and Monsoon isn't even a scm.

There are plenty of red flags about TM, there is no definitive proof it's either a scam or not a scam. Could be Charles got a bit of bad legal advice, anything is possible.
