And right on cue, the shills and promoters of TM at MMG have come out in force to sing the praises of Charles to try and offset the members who have been posting their problems and dissatisfaction with TM and Charles. Got to bury all those "negative" posts so only "positive" posts can be read.

Stacy, since Charles is so upset that lyndell doesn't think he is operating legally, have him give you lyndell's contact info and give it to me. I'll ask lynndell if lyndell will give me an answer. I'll gladly do it so Charles doesn't lose any more sleep or cause him any more stress wondering why.

Who the hell still uses stp.. ? If u know paypal is instant and folks have live videos of 10k withdraws why would you use another processor? Makes no sense.. And im now trying to get him to show me his promotion. He likely has an over saturated company issued referral link he is promoting.. Hell i advertise the dipyourcar.com ad and got almost 200 clickers in a night.. What is so confusing about it? It is clearly spelled out for all to see. Guess people have a reading comprehension problem, especially Charles. If Charles is so proud of TM, why does he use a moniker instead of his real name to post at MMG? In fact he wouldn't even respond when someone asked who was the admin of TM. Rather strange for someone who claims they are running a legal business and is proud of it.

But I failed to tell you that I appreciated you posting William's comments about TM. Haven't laughed that hard in a long time, except for Charles telling his story about how TM came into being. Talk about creative writing 101. And here I thought you said you could spot BS when you read it.

i would do a little more research our buddy megaplex does not like Charles he likely lost money in one of the paid to click sites or maybe even ahp..

he does agree that the terminology used on most of the ladder or levels of adpacks these new rev shares have implemented does not sit well with the paypal terms of service and needs to be worded more like the monsoon has it in the form of a purchase of service with no direct suggesting of returns..

i enjoy chatting with him .
i dont believe or like everything he says , or anyone else for that matter. but i do listen and provide him with my experiences online. we get along quite well..

I said I'm interested in other online revenue sharing programs that share 100% of all revenue proceeds back to active members:

Here's you cheat code in TNC: 60/40 Repurchase rule means 40% of all revenue gets locked into the program. That percentage number means no matter how much new revenue comes into the program, the 40% could never be used to help the 60%'s shortcoming.

But TNC's cheat code is even more diabolical than that: It has a monthly membership and a mandatory repurchase rule! According to its script: 60% of the subscription fee goes into the revenue pool. Well, guess what: That means that of the $6 that goes into the revenue pool from the subscription fee, 40% of that subscription fee also goes into the repurchase containment. Now that's what you call diabolical! The man created a way to procure greater money to go under the repurchase rule, which means greater take away from the revenue pool.

I think what I'll start doing, just to be fair, is start pointing out the glaring scam implications behind programs when people be inboxing me. I don't want to miss out on anything viable, but I bet I know how to keep these scam programs out my inbox.

That only increases liabilty.Imagine if you promise to pay your customers 110% or the purchase price everytime they buy your product.This business model make zero sense.

It can be years or even decades for the site itself as there is no time limit on 10% return. One thing this admin did learn from his previous failures is how to twist the language right. You can buy an ad pack for $50, wait 20 or 30 years to get back $55, and technically he is still within TOS as long as you eventually get it. Not necessarily within law, but within his own rules.

Meeting has nothing to to with it, it's all a bunch of parroted blather.

The money contractually needs to be held so Charles has no personal access and an independent auditor needs to sign off on the veracity. $30,000,000 today could be wired anywhere tomorrow, your tale is meaningless.

To you it doesn't because you don't think like an admin. You look at 10% and think "instant impossible debt".

An honest admin doesn't think like that. An honest admin thinks "no time frame in TOS basically means I can borrow millions at the promise of 110% from peeps who think I'm going to pay it off some time soon".

The admin doesn't have to run. Take the money, stick it into a high yield checking account, take most of interest for yourself and start paying off peeps at rates lower than a standard bank rate.

No one is auditing the accounts, you can do whatever you want with the money for however long you want. They'll still think you are the most trusted admin ever when you open your next gig.

This is only one example of admin thought process, and an honest admin at that. You don't even want to know how a dishonest admin thinks.
