The "proof" already came when people lost money in AHP. I think italman refers to proof beyond reasonable doubt, and that's something no one but a jury of 12 of his peers can rule on. Even judges make mistakes and accept guilty pleas when there is no guilt, only the desire to get out sooner.

So let me get this straight monsoon was registered in the state of utah for 14 months while charles lived there but it did nothing for its legitimacy? Now its expired and he currently lives in the uk and now all of a sudden its expired and that makes it even more of a ponzi ? Even if he registered to do business in every country on earth it would not change your views on the payplan so whats the use?

People over spent on ahp hoping to get rich due to overzealous leaders
They presented ahp as a way to get 20% daily returns not as a way to get traffic
People joined bought the services got a low bonus earing in return and wanted their money back .. Paypal. Had to show them what they bought was a service which they received but didn't want

It was clearly explained it was never an investment that the rev share was a bonus on top of a service purchase .. Every webinar

I tried to find this info to even see if amazon was legal in every country i kept getting the run around .. So i ask again does the llc renewal make it legal and bot a ponzi ?

I posted on purpose the expired monsoon llc
To see if some would take the time to see if it was expired or not .. No one did and they took the post to be fact because it looked negative to have it expired.. It almost looked as if the members here wet on themselves at the chance to bash the monsoon for it . Why believe things posted if they are negative ? but if someone post something positive it must not be believed without a fine toothed comb and must be scrutinized.

And you are still ducking the fact that TM is not registered to do business in the UK, Germany, India, Russia, or any other country where it has members. Hard to admit that Charles is operating illegally isn't it.
