His ridiculous- "TM/Scamville is NOT under USA court jurisdiction even though Scamville is a US resident who used US banks because it was 75% (or whatever the % was) international members argument has been already laughed out of every level of courts.
Much as I would have enjoyed the prospect of seeing Charles defend himself in court, he's clearly stating that he is unable to do so. Why would he say that? Just think it's an odd thing to say...
