    wery little info available on the URL Valley Organization the IP address seems to slip into a black hole and a route cant be traced to it.

    Dave's Eslcafe who advertises it

    Mind you that was in 2007/8 and while questionable the eslcafe site seems legit.

    Interesting, the previous FB and Twitter accounts seem to have been deleted;

    I got ValleyOrganization.com WHOIS, DNS, & Domain Info - DomainTools:
    Besides it having a private registration it is a WIX.com site.
    WIX is a free/cheap website design/hosting service.
    The IP appears to be run through (or may actually be hosted at) DDoS Attack Protection | Defense.net for Protection from DDoS Attacks in Austin Texas. That's likely why you can't trace it.

    I broke this into separate post since it somewhat relates to another matter.

    Very interesting link there, absolutely fascinating actually.
    Did you notice the date of the article (6JAN2007) and the deleted Wiki article cited (deleted 17JAN2007)?
    Anyway, I looked for the missing Wiki page and found this at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam/2007 Archive Jan, it appears about half-way down the page;
    First off, Dave's ESL Cafe's url is Eslcafe.com (WhoIs). So those two pages were about the same topic. (Double post and/or spamming in forum speak)

    Second, TEFLWatch is TEFLWatch.org, a website/forum that started in early 2006 and appears to have gone offline in late 2008. Interestingly, teflblacklist.blogspot.com also hasn't been updated since late 2008.

    Third, the actual subject header at Wiki is 'WikiProject Spam- Teaching English as a second language -- spambait articles' and there was a edit war ongoing on the 'Dave's ESL Cafe' page. This was all flagged on 10/11JAN2007, 4-5 days after the article at The TEFL Blacklist: Dave's ESL Cafe appeared.

    Needless to say, all three pages were deleted by 21JAN2007.
    No discussion about deleting the 'ESLCafe' or 'Dave's ESL Cafe' pages.
    A discussion took place in regards to deleting the 'TEFLWatch' page, that can be read at Articles_for_deletion/TEFLWatch

    A few of the acronyms used in the above deletion comments;
    WP:WEB (Notability) applied to all three Wiki pages.

    Applying only to TEFLWatch;
    WP:RS (Identifying reliable sources).
    WP:V (Verifiability).

    NOTE
    Absolutely no hackers were involved in the removal of these three Wiki pages.

If you choose to believe this over the dozens of reviews we have from real teachers we've placed on our FB page, video testimonials we have on our YouTube, and the many teachers we have that are more than willing to talk to new applicants about our service - then I don't know what to tell you. This page appears to us to have been put up by a competitor trying to damage our reputation, perhaps someone linked to you? I have no idea who you are and you even managed to spell my name completely incorrectly on your post on another website, so I don't think you have any idea who I am or what my company actually does either.

    2) We are a business registered in Hong Kong. We recruit people from all over the world and send them over to schools we trust and work with in China. These schools are licensed and have all the appropriate documentation necessary that teachers can verify.

    3) We do not have a physical office. As I said, we work with people all over the world and the only way to do this is using Skype and other tools of the modern world. This is the way ESL recruiting is done in many markets throughout the world and it's not unique to our business.

    I tried to research David Valley and Craig Hill online and I can't find any trace of them. On the other hand, we use our real names, our real Skype handles, and I regularly talk to teachers on my personal FB page. We aren't hiding anything here, so you can stop the witch hunt now. Thanks.

    Yeah, my english is not the best, but not the worst. I never came back with proofs because I have a lots of conversations with Derrick so it's hard to sort them, but I also have my visa and a contract from you. And I will add that what I wrote there what I wrote after 36 house of no sleep and no food, because I was like a fugitive in China for this time because of you, and after I
    "escaped", and left China I wrote that in the airport. I was so furious.... so it's understandable. But because I was accepted with my poor english by New Life Esl, this prooves that for you it does not matter the quality of the teachers, because you only want to scam people.
    And by the way, I have the invitation letter too. And if you insist I will post them!
    SCAMMERS!
    And if you insist seriously , my embassy knows about this case, because they helped to leave China!!!!

    We are an independent recruiting agency owned by three Americans and have zero connections to these people. Please do not post inaccurate information about our company. I have no idea where you go this nonsense from, but it's not correct.

    We have a bunch of reviews from teachers we've placed on our FB page, YouTube testimonial videos, and a whole bunch of teachers that would be happy to talk to any new applicants about who we are and what we do. Stop posting lies please.

    I can be contacted directly at Derrick@NewLifeESL.com if you want to speak to me about any of this. Thanks!

    As I said, when I sent you to Rebecca, I had no idea there were any

    Beacon is right, this fly by night New Life ESL only tells you what they want you to know and never answers your questions. It is October, 2014 and they still have no license to operate a business in Arizona or China. SCAM! Also note that TOTALESL.com is yet another ChinaESL front company and all six of them were outed at the Beijinger about 2 years ago.

    Re: Rebecca's China ESL Scam Continues As New Life ESL With David Valley

    This Valley guy has no shame. Even after all the bad press he is getting on line, he is STILL telling China teacher applicants to come work in China illegally without a Z visa. I pretended to be interested in a teaching job and after exchanging two emails, he called me "for a interview" - with himself - not any school. When I told him I did not have a university degree which is another legal requirement to teach in China he said "Don't worry I can get you one for $500!" This guy is slime.

    Hy guys.
    I'm the owner of https://newlifeeslscam.wordpress.com/ blog. I forgot to specify that Derick told me not to tell the chinese authorities that I will come there to work..I WONDER why's that, if everything is legal? And after what happened to Rebecca he told me hat is not working with her anymore, but with other people, and after I checked them, I saw the same reputiation's as Rebecca's."A few of the schools we work with are Best Learning and Easy English."
    I also post my invitation letter for the visa...

    yazwa2.jpg

    And if you search that company's phone number on the internet you will find this company: ChinaESL|Chinese visa|Chinese visa application|Chinese visa form|Visa Beijing|Visa service center|Visa service|Foreigner visa|Z visa|F visa|Visa extension|Provide visa|Chinese Working visa|Chinese Business visa|L to F
    A company that obtain visa's..everything make sense now how they can obtain you the visa with 500$.:))

    NewLifeESL.com Scam - China Job Recruiter Derrick Yazwa - New Life ESL - Foreign Teachers Beware

    UPDATE ON DERRICK YAZWA and New Life ESL...

    I see you rented a virtual office in Hong Kong to give yourself a China"presence"

    New Life ESL - 20th Floor, Central Tower, 28 Queen's Road, Central, Hong Kong Info@NewLifeESL.com

    See: https://www.propertysales.com/Listin...tral-Hong-Kong and

    Serviced Office To Let 20th Floor, Central Tower, 28 Queen's ...

    http://www.propertysales.com/Listing...Central...Rent a Serviced Offices in 20th Floor, Central Tower, 28 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong

    But you still have no business license in China nor America to legally offer any HR nor agency services and IRS says you have no EIN (taxpayer identification number) registered to New Life ESL. More importantly, you are STILL telling people to work in Shandong (China) illegally without a Z visa.

    Why is it so hard for you to be honest and legit and get licensed, pay taxes, and open a real office in Phoenix where you live and can be legally accountable for what you do?

    Yes, it does appear that Derrick is helping over fifty foreign teachers busted and deported in China. And although we cannot be sure is his "cooperation" is voluntary or coerced, anyone who signed up with or through him is now at risk. Re: Rebecca's China ESL Scam Continues As New Life ESL With David Valley

    Some of this info is 4-5 years old.

    The Chinese deported around 10,000 illegal immigrants in 2009. I can only assume that this number has gone up since then. Total numbers of illegal immigrants in China are unknown. But, there are estimated to be around 100,000 illegal immigrants from Africa in Guangzhou alone. Also, 5-10,000 or so crossing over the Vietnamese border per year and even some crossing over from Mongolia. Interestingly, the Chinese appear to have stopped any and all illegal immigrants coming from North Korea.

    The PSB is the Chinese equivalent of ICE here in the US. The Chinese police offer 100 RMB ($16 USD) for information on illegal immigrants that leads to deportation. And just like in many other countries if you get caught with fake/forged documents you will be charged with a crime and have to pay a fine and/or serve time in jail before being deported. The EU passed a law a back in 2007-8 that allows member states to hold illegals in detention camps for up to 18 months before deportation. I haven't found that anyone has actually been held for that long.

    Here in the US any business that employs illegals can be fined up to $5,000 USD (30,600 RMB) per illegal worker. Yet, the US still has an estimated 10-20 million illegals (the US deported over 400,000 last year). The EU has similar penalties.

    If you are in a country illegally your options are rather limited. You can take a pro-active stance and get your paper work in order or you can leave said country. Your other option is to just keep hiding and hope you don't get caught.

    Figures given in some of the posts on this topic here at RS suggest around 30,000 foreign teachers in China, about half (15,000) are estimated to be there illegally. Per China sees number of teachers grow - Xinhua | English.news.cn the total number of teachers in China was 14.6 million in 2009.
    Foreign teachers make up about 0.2%.
