First, have you read and UNDERSTAND ALL the Terms and Condition? Do you know who are the founders of this App, not just the company name, but the individuals behind the app. Can you read their bio's to determine if they have the skills to keep the app current and can adapt to new technology as it enters the marketplace? In other words have you done real due diligence? Do you realize that you really don't own the "moment" as one would typically own something? You have very limited ownership. So if you can answer all those questions, and you are comfortable with their terms and conditions, then it makes no difference what anyone else thinks.

Just an observation: The rare and really unique and profitable "moments" that you can purchase will be bought up by high net worth individuals. Now if you are independently wealthy, then you have a shot at the rare and unique moments. Otherwise you will have limited return on your investment as your moment purchase will have limited upside value. Just my 2 cents worth.

Let's say for sake of discussion this is 100% on the level. How will you make money on your NFT other than the next girl paying you more?

So ... I have many "properties".
After several days ... their value increased ... several times!!

BUT .... problem is ... in order to have money back to your game account, somebody needs to buy your property.
AND NO ONE DOES!!
I posted some of my properties to below their market value in the game ... but no other players (or scammed victims) are willing to buy them.

Now ... the BIGGEST ISSUE is ... how to withdraw!!

Unless you have a ready market to sell your rights to a clip in say a movie or advertisement how is Top Shot fundamentally any different from game properties?
