By the way, that Monday morning was March 7, not today. Not one peep about issues with PayPal. You are about as good at lying as Charles is. And by the way, nothing has changed on your website.

Eagle, this is what happened.
When I spoke to my account manager over at PP, regarding the limitation, he informed me that everything looked good according to the specialists, told me again to lose payza from the site and expressed how they were upset by me having payza on the site and then informed me by that weekend everything will be done and the limitation ( freeze ) will be lifted.

Come that monday... this did not take place. I called him again, he then tells me that the specialists signed off on the account and the system automatically will release it come the 60 day mark. Keep in mind, being that I followed everything they wanted to a T, this was a limitation of 60 days, as opposed to the full 180 days. Scoville will get the full 180 days to comply, when he fails to do so, he will receive an extended 180 days limitation ( freeze ) as I explained in a previous post. Those account freezes are serious, and when a company and the people running the company do not comply, then the account closes and all monies go back from whence it came.

Now... Back to me, yes I was misinformed and jumped the gun with that email about the new front page advertisements, and yes those banners did change... the first banner read, advertising coming soon, now the banner reads, advertise here!.

That was just changed early this morning. The limitation release didn't take place until today, not last weekend as told originally by my account manager. I wasn't going to state anything about the limitation until I knew more about it. Being that we were following protocol with them, there was no reason to raise any kind of flags until there was a reason to raise flags. We gave them everything they requested and they went through everything with a fine tooth comb. Unless they came back and told us, oh well youre not getting the account back, then I would have made an annoucement about the limitation, however, being that is not the case... there was no reason to say anything, until there was a reason to say something.

The reason why scoville made the announcement when it took place with him ( they froze us basically around the same day ) was because he already knows he's not giving them anything, he knows that account is as good as gone, which is why he made a strong move to power his members into the other payment processors, Which I don't trust at all, payza and STP. NOOO WAY. I waited years for payza to be accepted in the USA again, mind you, they still have over 100K of my money frozen through obo from a few years ago, that is money I'll probably never see, and has been written off as a business loss last year finally. I didn't want to put payza on the site, but a few members were upset that I didn't, so I went out on a limb and said well, they are accepting merchants again in the usa... but, my gut says get out of payza for good... which I will be doing now.

So no, not more lying, just went on word of my account manager who was just telling me what he thought would take place that weekend prior, which didn't end up happening until monday 14th of march.

Everything I mentioned in that previous post about the limitation ( freeze ) and about scoville is the truth. I just went through it myself. I was told many things by the specialists department and if I didn't comply I would never get that account restored. That is the bottom line. "There is no 180 day risk window" like he says, that's a bunch of BS. They are asking for his financials and personals so they can see with their own eyes is traffic monsoon a classic ponzi or is it in fact a sound business model. Which in my opinion, he wouldn't be running from them if it was not.

I didn't run! I gave them everything they wanted, and got the account restored back to 100%. That is the bottom line, now I can kick off payza and just work with paypal exclusively, like they want me to do, and had told me now twice to think about doing so.

Hi, I don't believe Scoville has ever publicly stated anything about me, unless he did and I have not seen it.

Also, so everyone knows.... people think Im that UK guy steve lawson from Traffic Monsoon, but I am not. I am Steve Lawson Owner of MBP. I have no affiliation with TM, never have and never purchased not one ad pack on scoville's site. WHY...? because I have been working online for a long time. I have seen all of his sites come and go over the years.

I've spoken to Eagle on the phone a few times, He'll tell ya there's no way i'm that UK guy by far, just same name, but absolutely no relation. I'm born and raised in New York and have lived here my whole life.

Also, fat city, LA. You fail to see the most important piece of all of this. PP froze my site and his site at right around the same time, I believe within 3 days of each other. I followed protocol and did exactly what I was told by them and gave them whatever they asked for. Scoville ran. 60 days later our accounts were restored back to 100% normal. Scoville has been dodging them, which has been raising all sorts of red flags ever since. Just saying.... Not the smartest thing to do is dodge a multi-billion dollar company based in the usa.

Back in 2007, I moved to Cali to continue a relationship I was in at the time. I was out there for just a couple of years, it wasn't a long stay. Hmm, on the 14th you said that the updates to the website were going to be done within the next few hours. Payza would be removed, and the home page would be showing advertising. Just checked your website, and no adverts, Payza is still there and no new payments made. Just the same ole, same ole website since it launched. Then again I guess 48 hours in New York time is the next few hours.

Some changes also take a bit of time to propagate, depending on the servers, and the web of servers throughout the world which cache some of the stuff on the pages.
It's all good Eagle, you'll see everything update. We are getting ready for a lot of TM members to make their way over now.

When you said the website would be updated within the next few hours, and it wasn't, it wasn't a lie. When you said payments were resuming, and they haven't, it wasn't a lie. When you said Payza would be removed form the website, and it wasn't, it wasn't a lie. Got it.

Eagle, I like how you pull everything apart to make points, Like I said you will see all of the changes take place, that's a given. My site team has completed most of the changes already and are uploading it all to the servers. Once that is done, I'll be sending out an email to the members and updating the news section with all of the important info. I do appreciate it though that you are staying on top of me to make sure I'm continuing to do the right thing, I do appreciate the accountability checks... and you're right, when I do type, keeping in all minor details, especially about a relationship that didn't end up working out in Cali, which is why I was there for a little while, but most of my 40 years on this planet ( roughly 38 of them ) has been here in New York, lol... hahaha :-) You're right though, and I do have a tendency to speak prior to things happening, its just that I get excited about it. Going forward, I won't say a stitch of anything until any changes/additions are done and live on site.

Steve: If I am pointing these things out, you an imagine what your members are thinking when you keep missing deadline after deadline. Every Ponzi admin gives the same lame excuses and yes they are lame. They've heard it a hundred times if not a thousand times before. In short they stop believing you and move on, as many of your members have already done.

Most remember the big lie you told when you said you were going to give me the name of your company that is registered in New York by Email and by PM here because I promised not to reveal the address; but would acknowledge the company was registered. You didn't say you would think about it, you said you were going to do it. You see what they didn't know that I knew was there was no way in hades you were going to give that information to me; and you didn't disappoint.

So if you really think you can overcome all these credibility issues, good luck. Because it is not our fault you are in the mess you are in. You did it to yourself, and your members know it. And at this point you are no different than Charles Scoville.

I do agree, I wanted to speak about the limitation and of my experience, to show the difference of what happens when businesses work with the merchant processor and what happens... in Traffic Monsoons case... when a person or a business does not comply.

Having shed additional light on the whole "freeze" process, now more people will understand, and more people will see that Traffic Monsoon is on the run... they may try to make up the 54 million, but that is a far cry. They are starting to topple and fast.

Having said all of these things, just to add information and value to this community...

There is really not much more I can say. My team and I are focused on further developing and growing our Advertising Network.
